Abstract

Keadaan pandemi menjadi hal yang tak pernah diduga oleh masyarakat, sehingga banyak keadaan yang tidak mampu dikondisikan sebab tidak adanya kesiapan baik dari masyarakat maupun dari pemerintah. Hal ini dirasakan  bukan hanya pada aspek ekonomi tetapi juga pada aspek pendidikan yang sangat meresahkan masyarakat karena situasi yang belum juga mampu dikondisikan. Sebagai salah satu instansi pendidikan ditingkat perguruan tinggi, Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul ‘Ulum Jombang (Unipdu) turut mendukung pemerintah dalam upaya memutus mata rantai persebaran Covid-19 dengan mematuhi aturan, yaitu memberhentikan sementara pembelajaran tatap muka atau penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring serta membuat kebijakan baru work from home bagi staf dan dosen. Dengan penerapan kebijakan tersebut peneliti melakukan analisis penerapan kebijakan tersebut serta dampak nya terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa perubahah kebijakan baik bagi mahasiswa, staf, maupun dosen. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perubahan kebijakan sebelumnya menjadi kebijakan baru selama pandemi tidak berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawai karena seluruh pegawai mampu menjaga komunikasi dan kerja sama yang merupakan budaya para staf dan dosen Unipdu untuk selalu menjaga nilai kekompakan dan kekeluargaan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Good communication can attract new customer so companies can earn profits that have an impact on financial performance.The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on crporate image and the financial performance study of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang. The population in this research is the entire clientele of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang is 980 customer and sample as much as 98 client using random sampling techniques. It also uses financial report publication company from 2011 to 2016. These studies use quantitative methods using simple regression analysis of data with 5% significance.The results of the analysis show that variable interpersonal communication significantly influential taking action against corporate image with t value calculate of 8.06 and have 0,00 significance. Whereas interpersonal communication variables there is not influance against financial performance because the t value calculate amounted to 1.236 with 0.236 significanc Keywords: Corporate Image, BPRS Lantabur, Financial Performance Interpersonal Communication.

Abstract

Today’s marketing world not only focuses on the quality of products or services but also focuses on the quality of company relationships with customers. Companies that keep relationship afloat with customers have the power to compete with competitors in the same area. Marketing strategies that have the essense of maintaining relationships and increasing customer quantity are customer relationship management. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe financing murabahah and customer analyses management in increasing customer loyalty. The study uses descriptive qualitative research with tehniques of observation, interview and documentation collection. The results of this study are known that the murabahah financing prosedure was undertaken systematically and implementing CRM through prime service by combining aspects of the process, people and technologies, which have resulted in increased financing loyalty to BTM Surya Amanah Jombang.

Abstract

At this time santri have become part of a non-cash society, or less cash society, one of which is the Sidogiri Pasuruan Islamic Boarding School students in East Java, who use electronic money with the Basmalah E-maal brand. In carrying out transactions every day in the Islamic boarding school environment, electronic money is not only used for administrative payments. Santri can also shop, and guardians of students can send money allotments via transfer to electronic money. With the convenience of this technology, it is necessary to have regulation and self-control so that students can control their consumption behavior in accordance with consumption limits in Islam. The purpose of this study was to determine regulation and self-control in the consumptive behavior of students in the less cash society era. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The source triangulation in this study was the Basmalah Shop admin and the student guardians who became informants. The results of this study indicate that the self-regulation of students is supported by the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School environment, which has a maximum spending limit policy and a mandatory savings program. Meanwhile, students' self-control can be assisted by budget constraints to reduce their expenses.

Abstract

Abstract. This community service activity aims to empower the potential of the two partners as prospective entrepreneurs of Tali Kur bags by providing training to market products (marketing 4.0) and educating good business management patterns. This is based on the problems faced by the two partners who have less knowledge about how to market this strap bag product. So both partners only have the ability to produce, and do not have the ability to sell or market their products. The constraints of the two partners do not have networks and channels in marketing their products in the digital era like now. The solutions offered include providing skills training in the field of marketing and training on good business management and making a brand for these products. The method used is to observe the production sites of the two partners, conduct interviews about the problems faced by the two partners, establish cooperation with the two partners to resolve the problem in accordance with the mutual agreement. The results obtained indicate that, the two partners are better prepared to become independent entrepreneurs by being given the knowledge of marketing management and having a business network digitally. The two partners gained an increase in the turnover of the number of sales of Tali Kur bags after implementing the 4.0 marketing concept. As a conclusion of this service activity are 4.0 marketing activities for UKM Curly strap bags in Ds Mojongapit, Kec Jombang, Kab Jombang, East Java, with training and marketing solutions 4.0 very helpful in overcoming the problems of marketing the products of the two partners.Keywords: marketing, marketing 4.0, bag strap, micro business Abstrak. Marketing 4.0 Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan potensi kedua mitra sebagai calon pengusaha mandiri tas tali kur dengan memberikan pelatihan untuk memasarkan produk (marketing 4.0) dan edukasi pola manajemen usaha yang baik. Hal ini didasarkan pada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kedua mitra yang memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang terhadap cara memasarkan produk tas tali kur ini. Jadi kedua mitra hanya memiliki kemampuan dalam memproduksi saja, dan belum memiliki kemampuan menjual atau memasarkan produknya. Kendala kedua mitra tidak memiliki jaringan dan channel dalam pemasaran produknya di era digital seperti sekarang ini. Solusi yang ditawarkan diantaranya adalah memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan dalam bidang pemasaran dan pelatihan tentang manajemen usaha yang baik serta membuatkan merek untuk produk tas tali kur ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan observasi ke tempat produksi kedua mitra, melakukan wawancara tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi kedua mitra, menjalin kerjasama dengan kedua mitra untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa, kedua mitra lebih siap menjadi pengusaha mandiri dengan diberikan bekal pengetahuan menajemen pemasaran dan memiliki jaringan usaha secara digital. Kedua mitra memperoleh peningkatan omzet jumlah penjualan tas tali kur setelah menerapkan konsep marketing 4.0.  Sebagai kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kegiatan marketing 4.0 untuk UKM Tas tali kur di Ds Mojongapit, Kec Jombang, Kab Jombang Jawa Timur, dengan adanya pelatihan dan solusi marketing 4.0 sangat membantu mengatasi permasalahan pemasaran produk kedua mitra.Keywords: marketing, marketing 4.0, tas tali kur, usaha mikro

Abstract

Education has an influence in changing the attitude of someone in deciding something. Therefore, the success of the education applied to provide knowledge of the capital market conducted by GI BEI Unipdu Jombang has a very significant effect on the development of galleries and increasing knowledge of capital markets in the lines of academics and students. To respond to the impact of education in the Jombang GI BEI Unipdu, qualitative descriptive methods were used. the results revealed after the BEI GI education Experiencing an increase in Unipdu GI IDX investors from 2015 as many as 222 students, 2016 as many as 95 students and 2015 as many as 169 students and giving achievements in the Yuk Nabung Saham competition sent by the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze how business competition is between grocery store traders according to Islamic business ethics in Jombang Regency by using a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that the five aspects that affect the competitive power include the threat from new entrants to thegrocery store industry which is moderate, the threat from substitute products is quite strong, the bargaining power of suppliers is moderate, the bargaining power of buyers, and competitive competition in the market. between members of the industry are both strong. And the results of the competition in the grocery store business in theJombang Regency, in Islamic business ethics are categorized as healthy and unhealthy competition. For the healthy category, there are 80% store business actors who are in accordance with Islamic business ethics. As for the unhealthy category, there are 20% business actors who are not in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat dijaman sekarang, namun adanya permasalahan baru munculnya pandemi Covid-19 yang dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat di hampir semua penjuru dunia membuat perubahan pada kehidupan masyarakat pada beberapa keadaan salah satunya pada keadaan ekonominya. Sehingga peneliti melakukan riset terkait hal tersebut pada salah satu UMKM yang menggunakan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produknya yaitu UMKM Omesh_id di wilayah Mojokerto yang memproduksi makanan ringan. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa digital marketing sangat membantu pemasaran bukan hanya di hari-hari biasa tetapi juga pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Masa mandemi yang tak kunjung usai hingga hari lebaran idul fitri ternyata tidak berpengaruh terlalu besar, hal ini tentunya bukan hanya karena hari lebaran masyarakat membutuhkan banyak stok makanan ringan, akan tetapi strategi pemasaran dari pihak produsen untuk tetap mencapai target pemasaran menjadi penentu volume penjualan atau kemampuan penjualan khususnya dikeadaan pandemi yang membuat masyarakat harus lebih banyak waktu didalam rumah saja mematuhi himbauan dari pihak pemerintah.

Abstract

The Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School (PPDU) is one of the largest Islamic boarding schools in Jombang Regency. PPDU has approximately 11,000 students with a total of 40 dormitories and 16 educational units. Formal education units start from State Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, Junior High School (equivalent), High School (equivalent) to University. Apart from providing religious education facilities and general education facilities, PPDU also collaborates with banks to make it easier for students to carry out banking transactions such as paying tuition fees, taking monthly transfer money from parents, and saving. One of the banks that has collaborated with PPDU is Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This type of research is qualitative. The results of the research show that one of BSI's superior products in PPDU is the Easy Wadi'ah Savings. The success of the Easy Wadi`ah Savings product was followed by an increase in the number of customers at BSI PPDU. Easy Wadia`ah Savings is the product of choice for sharia banking products for the PPDU pesantren community with a total of approximately 1,000 (one thousand) students from the santri community. There are 3 (three) largest dormitories that are customers, namely: Hurun Inn, ArRisalah, and Bani Umar. And the most numerous education units in PPDU are: SMP DU1, SMA DU1, and SMA DU2.
