Abstract

The Nusantara Real Work Lecture on Religious Moderation is a priority program of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion focusing on community service through collaboration with Religious Universities in realizing religious moderation at KKN locations. In this case, Tewang Rangkang Village became the selected village by the Ministry of Religion by implementing a competition program, namely the organizer of the Christian Guidance Committee for Religious Moderation to become a Religious Moderation Village. The aim of the NMB KKN is to strengthen the religious values of the Tewang Rangkang Village community through the main and superior work program of group IX of the Nusantara KKN Religious Moderation. The NMB KKN implementation method uses a type of research and service, namely PAR Participatory Action Research or action research involving the community, the Tewang Rangkang Village government and the Elementary School and Junior High School Education sectors in facing the excesses of globalization with a lack of community participation in religious activities and a lack of ability to realize moderation. religious. The results of the NMB KKN for 40 days showed that Tewang Rangkang Village had become a Religious Moderation Village by being able to implement the 4 pillars of religious moderation, namely diversity based on ideology, non-violence, tolerance and accommodating local culture. Based on the main and superior work program of Group IX, there is the principle of sustainable development as one of the elements of PAR. Furthermore, the results of NMB Group IX KKN can have an impact on all parties involved through the socialization of religious moderation at the educational levels of SDN 1 Tewang Rangkang, SDN 2 Tewang Rangkang, SMPN 2 Tewang Sangalang Garing and the output obtained, namely inter-religious religious competitions (Islam, Christianity, Hinduism). so as to create harmony between religious communities which is an embodiment of the values of religious moderation at the KKN location in Tewang Rangkang Village, Tewang Sangalang Garing District, Katingan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, work environment, and digital engagement on employee performance at PT BPR BKK Boyolali. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 employees as respondents. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are included as research samples. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that career development, work environment, and digital engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, career development and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while digital engagement does not show a positive effect on employee performance at PT BPR BKK Boyolali. The coefficient of determination test (R²) shows that the three independent variables contribute 51.6% to explaining variations in employee performance, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the importance of career development and a supportive work environment in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Management recovered means tourism to passed strategies empowerment travel awareness group in controlled Kalongan tourism village needed synergy among stakeholder, government, non-government and citizen. The empowerment travel awareness group Lokajaya has been important leaded for branded Kalongan tourism village to appointed tourism village improvement. This research aims to know how the strategies empowerment travel awareness group to controlled Kalongan tourism village, how to impact empowerment travel awareness group Lokajaya and strengthens or weakness from empowerment. This research used qualitative method analyze descriptive nearing ethnography. Results for this research to showed that strategies empowerment travel awareness group to controlled Kalongan tourism village to implementation 4M1P Concept (Modal, Marketed, Product, Management, Mentor) and One Village One Product (OVOP) with the product education nature tourism and Javanese culture to passed concept ecovillage tourism village awareness conservation. The impact for empowerment travel awareness group to passed capacity building has growth knowledge to upgrade tourism packet and indicator social welfare from sale UMKM. The factor of strengthens for empowerment is naturalism potency is bigger, opportunity for wide job, full general and social service then weakness factor is means of modal, human resource weakness, social participate low and nature disaster.

Abstract

Case of mistreatment for children (PSTA) are still found in Semarang regency. There are neglected children who engange in social deviant behaviour caused social dysfunction. The research aims to knew factors  social problem mistreatment for children (PSTA) in Watuagung village, do it implementation human service management for children with near strategic education. This research used qualitative method analyze descriptive nearing case studied, research sample is children with name NN and local people, data collection techniques through with snowball sample with observation, interview, documentary and participatory, data analyze used triangulation of data validity. Results for this research showed are still family doing PSTA because economy poverty and citizen haved discriminative culture with PSTA victim and didn’t intervention from goverment, institution, or social activist to cleared social problem phenomena. Of this is influenced by less responsive from goverment with case PSTA and the need for regular assistance for families who carry out PSTA.
