Abstract

PT Jasa Marga, as a company in the field of transportation services and toll road management infrastructure in Indonesia, faces the challenge of understanding and utilizing the potential of social media to build a positive corporate image. Pre-surveys to followers indicate a fairly good understanding of the company's basic information, but need improvement in certain information such as rest areas, toll rate discounts, and "Jumat Kuis" programs. This research aims to provide new insights and strategic guidance for PT Jasa Marga in building and maintaining its corporate image through Instagram considering that a positive corporate image can increase public trust in the company, from this trust which will ensure that toll road users will feel safe and comfortable using the services provided, especially toll road services. This study used Stimulus-Response theory. This study uses quantitative methodology, positivism paradigm, with explanatory research type, using survey methods and simple linear regression analysis tests. Data from this study was taken through a google form survey with respondents as many as 100 Instagram followers @official.jasamarga. The results of this study show that the Sig (2-tailed) value between the variables of information quality and event marketing with the image of each company is 0.000 where this value is smaller than 0.005 and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables of information quality and event marketing on the company's image. Informative content is recognized as important in shaping positive perceptions, while event marketing strategies such as "Jumat Kuis" are effective in building positive interactions. Nevertheless, the study highlights areas that need further attention, such as increasing information related to rest areas and toll tariff discounts in the content presented.

Abstract

Semua wanita ingin menjaga dirinya semaksimal mungkin, termasuk wanita bercadar yang membutuhkan sampo khusus hijab untuk merawat rambutnya. Meski hijab dapat melindungi rambut dari sinar matahari, angin, dan polusi udara, namun seorang wanita berhijab tidak boleh mengabaikan perawatan rambutnya. Perawatan rambut harus lebih diperhatikan. Rambut kita yang tertutup dan tidak terkena sinar matahari akan mengalami berbagai masalah seperti lepek, gatal bahkan bercabang jika tidak dirawat dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh terpaan iklan televisi terhadap respon khalayak konsumen dalam melihat dan memahami pesan iklan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian regresi berganda. Teori yang digunakan adalah The Facet Models of Response Consumer dengan populasinya adalah siswa kelas XII SMA AL-Azhar 3. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh terpaan iklan tidak banyak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan sebuah iklan dalam membujuk konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut.

Abstract

Currently, there are few studies that examine how marketing strategies such as co-branding and brand experience affect corporate image in the context of the gaming industry. Most previous studies have focused on the impact of co-branding on sales or brand awareness without exploring its influence on corporate reputation. This study aims to analyze the influence of co-branding strategy and brand experience on the corporate image of PT Monster Entertainment Indonesia in the context of the Mobile Legends and Attack on Titan collaboration. In the digital age, collaboration-based marketing strategies are becoming increasingly important in increasing brand appeal and building relationships with audiences. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents, which is obtained through probability sampling techniques. The results show that co-branding has a significant and more dominant influence on the company's image than brand experience, with a β coefficient value of 0.432. Meanwhile, brand experience also contributes positively to the company's image, albeit with a smaller influence (β = 0.312). These findings indicate that collaborations with popular brands, such as Attack on Titan, can reinforce a positive perception of the company in the eyes of the public. Regression analysis showed that these two variables together explained 60.3% of the variability in the company's image, while the remaining 39.7% was influenced by other factors outside the study. Thus, collaboration-based marketing strategies and innovative brand experiences can be an effective step for companies in improving their image and competitiveness in the gaming industry
