Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on employee productivity in the production department of PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills Makassar. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills Makassar, totaling 70 people, were also sampled using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques include the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and R2 test which are aimed at testing the proposed hypothesis. With data processed through the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this research show that occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously. This shows that the higher the level of occupational health and safety of employees in the production department of PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills Makassar, the higher the level of employee productivity in the production department of PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of promotion and user experience on purchasing decisions, with purchase interest as a mediating variable, on the e-commerce platform Bukalapak. The focus of the research is to identify the key factors influencing purchase interest and the relationships between variables in influencing purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method, by distributing questionnaires to 114 respondents in Makassar City who are users of Bukalapak. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results of the study show that promotion and user experience significantly influence purchasing decisions. User experience also significantly affects purchase interest, while the effect of promotion on purchase interest is not significant. Purchase interest has been proven to play an important role in driving purchasing decisions. Additionally, user experience influences purchasing decisions through purchase interest, while promotions do not show a significant effect through purchase interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk Pengaturan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah Nelayan di Dusun Awang Asem Desa Mertak Kecamatan Pujut Lombok Tengah dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk Pertimbangan Hukum Majelis Hakim Dalam Menjatuhkan Putusan Perkara Nomor :11/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2022/Pn Mtrm Tentang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah Nelayan Dususn Awang Asem Desa Desa Mertak Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini mtode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum Normatif, yakni penelitian yang mengkaji serta menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan, asas-asas hukum, dan norma hukum dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual yang menjadi standar perilaku manusia khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan kasus yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Pengaturan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah Nelayan di Dusun Awang Asem Desa Mertak Kecamatan Pujut Lombok Tengah Melihat bahwa salah satu unsur Tindak Pidana Korupsi di dalam Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (UU Tipikor) adalah Urgensi mengenai tanah bagi kehidupan manusia mendapat perhatian lebih dari pemerintah, sehingga dikeluarkanlah Undang-Undang Nomor 5 tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-Pokok Agraria (UUPA). 2) Pertimbangan Hukum majelis hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan perkara Nomor :11/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2022/Pn Mtrm Tentang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah Nelayan Dusun Awang Asem Desa Mertak Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, berdasarkan Pasal 12 huruf e sub Pasal 12 huruf a sub Pasal 11 undang-undang nomor 31 tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah dirubah dengan undang-undang nomor 20 tahun 2021 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi jo pasal 55 bawa tersangka merupakan salah satu penerima manfaat dari program sertifikat tanah tersebut berdasarkan uraian dan pertimbangan sebagaimana tersebut diatas maka unsur pegawai negeri atas penyelenggara negara sebagaimana dimaksud oleh Pasal tersebut tidak terpenuhi, menimbang oleh karena salah satu unsur dakwaan primer tidak terpenuhi sehingga terdakwa di putus bebas dari dakwaan.
