Abstract

A Scoping Review of Green Chemistry-Oriented Chemistry Learning: Strategies and Content Scope. Green chemistry has become an important approach in the development of sustainable and environmentally ethical chemistry education. This study aims to map chemistry learning strategies that incorporate green chemistry perspectives, as well as the scope of chemistry content integrated within this approach. The method used is a scoping review involving several stages: topic determination, article search and selection, article analysis and synthesis, and conclusion drawing. The scoping review focuses on 15 selected scientific articles published between 2014 and 2024. The results show that the most dominant strategies are project-based learning, problem-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. Furthermore, the implementation of green chemistry principles is also reflected in chemistry laboratory practices. The chemistry topics most frequently associated with green chemistry principles include stoichiometry, redox reactions, environmental chemistry, and carbon compounds. These findings highlight the need to integrate green chemistry principles into the curriculum and teaching practices in order to foster students’ ecological awareness from an early stage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation and impact of using Augmented Reality (AR) in science learning at schools through a literature review approach. The method used is a descriptive-analytical literature review of scientific publications from 2015 to 2025 that discuss the integration of AR in science education at primary and secondary levels. The findings indicate that the implementation of AR enables the visualization of abstract concepts in a more interactive and contextual manner, and strengthens the constructivist approach to learning. The positive impacts of AR on students are evident in improved conceptual understanding, increased learning motivation, and the development of 21st-century skills. Nevertheless, the use of AR requires adequate infrastructure, teacher competence, and well-planned instructional design to ensure its effective and sustainable application.

Abstract

Science-gamification: Forms of gamification and implementation in science learning. This study aims to identify and map the types of gamifications and their implementation in science education. Using the scoping review method, this research analyzed ten relevant scientific articles from various academic sources. The findings indicate that gamification in science learning can be classified into two main categories: application-based gamification and student activity-based gamification. Application-based gamification utilizes digital technologies such as mobile apps, interactive websites, and online quiz platforms to enhance student motivation and engagement. In contrast, student activity-based gamification relies on physical games, simulations, and active student participation in contextual and collaborative learning tasks. While both approaches show positive impacts on student involvement and conceptual understanding, each presents its own advantages and implementation challenges. This review provides a comprehensive overview of gamification trends and practices in science education and highlights opportunities for further research and the development of innovative gamified instructional strategies

Abstract

The global environmental crisis demands a transformation in education, particularly through the enhancement of ecological awareness and the implementation of sustainability-oriented learning. This article aims to examine the forms and implementation strategies of the green ecopreneur concept in science education through a scoping review approach. This method was employed to map the scope of relevant literature and identify key patterns in the integration of green ecopreneurship within science education contexts. Literature was sourced from multiple academic databases using inclusion criteria that covered peer-reviewed publications from 2014 to 2024. Literature was sourced from multiple academic databases using inclusion criteria that covered peer-reviewed publications from 2014 to 2024. The most widely used implementation strategy is Project-Based Learning (PjBL), which effectively integrates scientific knowledge, 21st-century skills, and sustainable entrepreneurial values. However, challenges such as limited teacher understanding, lack of learning resources, and technical constraints remain significant barriers. The study concludes that green ecopreneurship holds great potential to support contextual and transformative science education, and recommends systemic support to ensure its sustainable implementation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of multicultural education in schools and its impact on students. The research employs a narrative literature review method by examining various studies, policies, and educational practices in different contexts. The findings reveal that multicultural education is implemented through curriculum integration, experience-based teaching strategies, and inclusive school policies. These implementations positively impact students by enhancing their understanding of cultural diversity, fostering inclusivity and tolerance, and developing social skills. However, challenges such as inadequate teacher training, limited resources, and gaps between policy and practice remain. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening teachers' capacity in multicultural education, providing more inclusive learning materials, and implementing systematic school policies to support diversity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) strategies in virtual classrooms and their impact on student engagement and learning outcomes. PBL is an approach that emphasizes solving real-world problems as part of the learning process. However, its application in online environments faces various challenges, such as limited interaction, varying student motivation, and technological readiness. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing previous research related to the implementation of PBL in virtual classrooms. The findings indicate that PBL in online learning can be effective if supported by appropriate strategies, such as the use of collaborative technology, active facilitation by educators, and the integration of gamification elements to enhance student engagement. Additionally, technological infrastructure readiness and digital literacy play crucial roles in the successful implementation of PBL in virtual settings. Therefore, this study recommends the development of educational policies that are more adaptive to the needs of problem-based learning in digital environments and training programs for educators to optimize PBL implementation in online learning.
