Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of moral education in the Alpha generation in Beraim village, the impact of moral education on the Alpha generation, efforts made to implement moral education as a form of practicing the second principle. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach and literature study. This method can describe the actual situation at the time of the research through data collection which is then interpreted to obtain data to be analyzed. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and literature study and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that: a). The development of moral education in the Alpha generation at MTS Darul Muttahudin is quite good and good. b). The impact of Moral education on the Alpha Generation can increase social awareness, develop interpersonal abilities, train emotional intelligence, strengthen cultural identity, reduce dependence on technology, and build value-based character. c). Efforts are made to implement moral education as a form of practicing the second principle by integrating moral education into the curriculum, encouraging the practice of empathy and tolerance, implementing values in schools, building role models for teachers and parents, and we carry out evaluation and reflection.

Abstract

Desa yang mandiri pada dasarnya yaitu desa yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga nya, mampu menyediakan serta membuka akses pelayanan dasar, hingga mencukupi infrastruktur yang memadai. Saat ini banyak pemerintah desa yang ingin mencapai desa yang mandiri, karena hal ini tentu mampu memajukan desa salah satunya adalah Desa Banjar Sari, Kab. Lombok Timur. adapun permasalahanya yaitu Bagaimana Strategi yang dilakukan, Tantangan yang dihadapi, dan Program-program apa yang dilakukan Desa Banjar Sari sebagai Upaya menjadikan desa yang mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi, tantangan, hingga program yang dilakukan oleh Desa Banjar Sari dalam mewujudkan Desa yang Mandiri. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Banjar Sari Kab. Lombok Timur. Teknik Analisis Data dengan Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Teknik Pengabsahan Data dengan Uji Kredibilitas (Triangulasi Sumber dan Teknik Menggunakan Bahan Referensi), Uji Dependabilitas, Uji Transferabilitas, Uji Konfirmabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Strategi yang digunakanan yaitu: Penguatan Pendapatan Desa, Penguatan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat. Tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu: Faktor SDM, Aset-aset yang ada, Faktor Finansial. Program-program yang dilakukan yaitu: Pembangunan Jalan Usaha Tani, Pembangunan PustuPrima, Rehabilitasi PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to identify Students' Independent Learning Strategies in Understanding and Developing Subject Matter that has been obtained at School at SMPN 6 Mataram. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study involved students of SMPN 6 Mataram who have various learning preferences. The results of the study indicate that Students' Independent Learning Strategies consist of: (1) Identification of effective independent learning methods for students, (2) The influence of motivation and discipline on the success of independent learning, (3) Utilization of technology-based learning media to support understanding of the material, (4) Obstacles faced by students in implementing independent learning strategies, and (5) The role of teacher guidance in helping students determine appropriate learning strategies. This study provides insight into the importance of independent learning as an effort to improve students' understanding of subject matter and prepare them to become lifelong learners.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai multikultural yang dikembangkan melalui kegiatan Sabtu Budaya, menjelaskan upaya sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan kegiatan tersebut sebagai bagian dari penguatan pendidikan multikultural, serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan faktor pendukung pelaksanaannya di SMAN 1 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap guru koordinator Sabtu Budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Sabtu Budaya berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural peserta didik. Nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan mencakup disiplin, tanggung jawab, gotong royong, toleransi, dan kebiasaan hidup sehat. Upaya sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan Sabtu Budaya dilakukan melalui sistem ko-kurikuler dengan tema GAKIH (Gerakan 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat). Kendala yang dihadapi terutama terkait manajemen waktu dan kesiapan fasilitas, sedangkan faktor pendukungnya berasal dari dukungan dinas pendidikan, peran aktif guru, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Secara keseluruhan, Sabtu Budaya berkontribusi positif terhadap penguatan pendidikan multikultural di lingkungan sekolah melalui pembiasaan nilai-nilai karakter berbasis budaya. Kata kunci: Sabtu Budaya, Pendidikan Multikultural, GAKIH, Karakter Siswa   Abstract This study aims to describe the multicultural values developed through the Saturday Cultural activities, explain the school's efforts in integrating these activities as part of strengthening multicultural education, and identify obstacles and supporting factors for their implementation at SMAN 1 Mataram. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation and interviews with the coordinating teacher of Saturday Culture. The results indicate that Saturday Culture activities play a significant role in character formation and strengthening students' multicultural values. The values instilled include discipline, responsibility, mutual cooperation, tolerance, and healthy lifestyle habits. The school's efforts to integrate Saturday Culture are carried out through a co-curricular system with the theme GAKIH (7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children Movement). Challenges encountered primarily relate to time management and facility availability, while supporting factors include support from the education office, the active role of teachers, and student involvement in the planning and implementation of activities. Overall, Saturday Culture contributes positively to strengthening multicultural education in the school environment through the instillation of culture-based character values.
