Abstract

This community service program was conducted at Bumi Intan Permai Housing Complex, RT 20, with a focus on assisting with the digitalization of micro and small business (MSE) licensing through a risk-based Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The main problems faced by MSEs were a lack of understanding of licensing procedures and technical obstacles in online registration, particularly related to Business Identification Numbers (NIB), Home Industry Food (PIRT), and halal certification. The implementation method used a participatory approach through initial studies, outreach, workshops, practical assistance in creating OSS accounts, and providing halal certification materials in accordance with the latest BPJPH regulations. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding and awareness among MSEs regarding the importance of business legality. As many as 75% of participants successfully created OSS accounts and processed NIBs, while all participants gained an understanding of halal certification procedures. This program not only produced practical benefits in the form of legal documents but also had strategic implications in increasing MSEs' competitiveness, credibility, and market access.
