Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran agribisnis kaktus di Medan dengan menyoroti aspek budidaya, pengaruh lingkungan, efektivitas pupuk, pengendalian hama, sumber bibit, serta adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim. Budidaya kaktus dilakukan menggunakan metode sederhana, seperti perbanyakan melalui stek batang dan penggunaan media tanam berupa campuran tanah, pasir, sekam, dan pupuk organik. Faktor lingkungan, seperti intensitas cahaya dan kelembapan, menjadi elemen penting dalam pertumbuhan kaktus. Penggunaan paranet terbukti efektif dalam mengontrol paparan sinar matahari. Pupuk organik lebih diutamakan dibandingkan pupuk anorganik karena mampu menjaga kesuburan tanah sekaligus memperindah warna tanaman. Penyiraman dilakukan secara terbatas untuk mencegah risiko pembusukan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang praktik budidaya yang berkelanjutan dan strategi pemasaran yang relevan untuk mendukung pengembangan agribisnis kaktus di Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the basic concepts of organizational behavior with a focus on the meaning, objectives, levels of analysis, and managerial implications. Using a literature approach, this research reviews relevant literature in three journals related to organizational behavior and leadership. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a deep understanding of organizational behavior is very important to increase managerial effectiveness in organizations. This study also highlights how leadership style and organizational culture influence human resource performance, as well as how psychological and sociological approaches can be applied in the management of educational organizations.

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of this research is to analyze how communication, conflict, work stress, and the work environment affect employee productivity in an organization. Methods. The research method uses a systematic approach by formulating relevant keywords to search for information about the influence of communication, conflict, work stress and the work environment on employee productivity through academic databases and trusted information sources. Findings. (1) Effective communication in the organization, which includes message understanding, conflict management, and transparency, is positively correlated with increased employee productivity; (2) Conflict in the workplace, whether interpersonal, role, or goal, can hinder cooperation, role clarity, and goal alignment, which in turn reduces employee productivity, so effective management of conflict is key in increasing their productivity; (3) Job stress, arising from excessive job demands and lack of social support in the workplace, can significantly reduce employee productivity as well as their well-being; (4) A comfortable, safe and supportive work environment has a positive influence on employee productivity, by increasing physical and psychological comfort and fulfilling basic needs that enable employees to achieve optimal work potential; and (5) Research results at the Tom's Silver Company in Yogyakarta show that communication, a good work environment, and work stress management significantly influence employee productivity, while workplace conflict has a negative impact, although not statistically significant. Implication. This research can provide insight into the factors that influence employee productivity, as well as help in designing more effective management strategies to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak isu keamanan pangan terhadap minat beli dan perubahan perilaku konsumen pada kasus Roti Aoka tahun 2024. Isu yang menyebutkan bahwa produk tersebut mengandung bahan pengawet berbahaya (diduga natrium dehidroasetat) menyebar cepat melalui media sosial dan memicu kekhawatiran publik. Meskipun BPOM pada 28 Juni 2024 menyatakan bahwa Roti Aoka aman dikonsumsi, persepsi negatif konsumen tetap bertahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan kuesioner online yang melibatkan 35 responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 77,1% responden mengetahui isu dari media sosial, dan 68,6% masih meragukan keamanan produk pasca-klarifikasi BPOM. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada minat beli: 34,3% responden berhenti membeli dan 37,1% mengurangi frekuensi pembelian. Perubahan perilaku meliputi meningkatnya kebiasaan membaca label (77,1%), peralihan ke merek alternatif (62,9%), dan peningkatan persepsi risiko. Temuan ini konsisten dengan Theory of Planned Behavior dan teori krisis reputasi yang menekankan pengaruh persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi komunikasi krisis yang cepat, transparan, dan efektif untuk memulihkan kepercayaan konsumen.
