Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini (1) Untuk mengetahui Konten Marketing, Endorsement, dan Diskon berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Generasi Z melalui Tiktok Shop di Kota Parepare. (2) Untuk mengetahui Konten Marketing, Endorsement, dan Diskon berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Generasi Z melalui Tiktok Shop di Kota Parepare. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan study keperpustakaan. Penentuan sampel ditentukan dengan insidental sampling dan didapat sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara parsial, Konten Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Generasi Z di Kota Parepare. Secara parsial, Endorsement berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Generasi Z di Kota Parepare. Sedangkan secara parsial Diskon berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Generasi Z di Kota Parepare. (2) Secara simultan, Konten Marketing, Endorsement, dan Diskon berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Generasi Z di Kota Parepare. (3) Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan Konten Marketing variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu 75.6%, oleh karena itu bagi peneliti yang akan meneliti dengan tema yang sama, disarankan sebaiknya menambahkan variabel lain yang belum terdapat pada penelitian ini agar hasil penelitian dapat lebih baik lagi dan membuktikan hipotesis. Hal ini dimungkinkan akan memberikan hasil perbandingan pengaruh dari penelitian yang sebelumnya.

Abstract

Innovation is crucial to technology companies' success in an ever-changing environment. Organizational culture has been identified as a factor capable of influencing a company's innovation level. This qualitative research explores this further by examining how organizational culture affects innovation in technology companies. Our literature review covers the concepts of corporate culture innovation and relevant previous research. We used a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews with leaders and members of innovation teams at several leading technology companies. This research reveals a complex relationship between elements of organizational culture, such as norms, values, organizational structure, and innovation. This research provides a deeper understanding of the cultural factors that can motivate or hinder the innovation process in technology companies. The practical implications of this research include suggestions for companies to design an organizational culture that supports sustainable innovation. The results of this research provide important insights for technology companies seeking to increase their level of innovation in an ever-evolving world. By understanding the impact of organizational culture on innovation, companies can design more effective strategies to remain competitive in an era of ever-changing technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of human resources (HR) in universities with an accounting approach. The results of the study show that human resource management using an accounting approach can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing human resources. Although there are several challenges, the use of an accounting approach can help universities in improving employee performance and productivity. This study recommends the implementation of an accounting approach for human resource management to achieve better academic goals
