Abstract

Pertanian organik telah menjadi subjek perhatian yang meningkat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir ini karena peran pentingnya dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Selain bermanfaat bagi keberlangsungan lingkungan, pertanian organik juga sangat potensial untuk mendukung perekonomian. Hal tersebut terlihat salah satunya dari Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kemuning yang beranggotakan 30 orang perempuan di Kelurahan Patih Galung yang mayoritas memiliki latar belakang sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan masyarakat prasejahtera. Metode Penelitian ini berbentuk kualitatif studi lapangan atau field research. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dengan partisipasi aktif, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan focus group discussion. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: Program Perempuan Berdaya, Bersama Kelola Sampah (MUDA BERSAMA) berlokasi di Kelurahan Patih Galung, Kecamatan Prabumulih Barat, Kota Prabumulih. Kegiatan dalam program ini berupa penanaman sayuran organik dan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA), pembuatan produk olahan, pembuatan pupuk kompos, Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) serta Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL). Pada tahun ini KWT Kemuning melakukan transfer knowledge kepada 9 kelompok lain dalam rangka penanaman tanaman secara organik dan pembuatan inovasi wood vinegar atau cuko para untuk mengeraskan getah karet. Dalam Program Perempuan Berdaya, Bersama Kelola Sampah (MUDA BERSAMA) dilakukan Pemanfaatan Internet of Thing untuk Penyiraman Otomatis Bawang merah (Allium cepa var. ascalonicum) dengan daya dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS).

Abstract

The waste problem has become a disturbing problem in Prabumulih City. In Prabumulih City, there is over capacity at the Final Disposal Site. This is because the volume of waste coming in is very large and has not been managed well. The impact is very negative from an environmental, economic and social perspective. CSR PT Pertamina EP Prabumulih Field is participating in overcoming this through Program Pusat Daur Ulang Sampah Mandiri dan Berkelanjutan (PADU PADAN) as a community development (comdev) program. This research method is in the form of a qualitative field study or field research. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation with active participation, in-depth interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. The research results show: Program Pusat Daur Ulang Sampah Mandiri dan Berkelanjutan (PADU PADAN) program is an educational activity for sorting and processing organic and anorganic waste into marketable products. This program is under the auspices of the CSR of PT Pertamina EP Prabumulih Field in South Sumatra. Program Pusat Daur Ulang Sampah Mandiri dan Berkelanjutan (PADU PADAN) consists of two main programs, namely: 1) Perempuan Berdaya Bersama Kelola Sampah (MUDA BERSAMA), 2) Rumah Inovasi Daur Ulang Sampah Residu Anorganik (RINDU RESIK). The Muda Bersama Program specifically processes organic waste, while the Rindu Resik Program is a process for handling anorganic waste. These two programs have a positive impact on society both from an economic, social and environmental perspective.

Abstract

This research method takes the form of a qualitative field study or field research. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation with active participation, in-depth interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. The research results show: In the Agribusiness Program Driving Talas Air Tourism Villages (ANGGREK DEWATA) there are 3 (three) programs carried out by PT Pertamina EP Limau Field, namely: BU JUSI (Organic Cultivation of Siamese Oranges), BUDE ARTA MAJU (Women of Air Talas Village Managing Oranges) and PUTERI JELITA (Liquid Fertilizer from Air Talas Orange Waste. The economic impact of this program for women is an increase in family income by IDR 2,500,000/person/month or 20% from the previous year from product sales. This program also has a positive social and environmental impact. This is in line with the fifth SDG goal, namely gender equality Talas (DEWATA ORGANGREK) from the Social Return on Investment (SROI) Report shows that the calculated SROI value of the program is 1.66, indicating that every rupiah of program costs produces a positive change worth IDR 1.66. Meanwhile, from the results of the Community Satisfaction Index assessment, the Anggrek Dewata Program obtained Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) results with the predicate "Very Good", with an index value of 3.44 with a conversion value of 86.07%. The Commitment aspect received an average SME score of 3.80 and is included in the Very Good category. And the community has optimism to continue the program after the intervention is carried out.
