Abstract

This paper aims to remodel musharakah Mutanaqishah to transform your home equity into real wealth without taking on debt and riba-free, compared with the existing Musharakah Mutanaqishah (MMQ) in the Islamic Financial Institution (IFI)  model. This study uses secondary data and Islamic literature. We use simulation data to explain the proposed model. The calculation will be based on the risk-adjusted cost of capital for the capital eligible to finance. The results show that this proposed model through Islamic Finance can be an alternative financing method due to its ease and reliability, especially for Islamic fintech, which has a different business model from banking

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi manajemen pendidikan yang terintegrasi dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan keadilan dan kesejahteraan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang secara khusus ditujukan untuk menambah referensi terkait pengabdian masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber ilmiah termasuk Google Scholar dan website resmi lembaga pendidikan serta pemerintah, antara tahun 1964 hingga 2025. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa transformasi manajemen pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berperan penting dalam memperkuat kemandirian, inovasi, dan kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini berlandaskan pada Human Capital Theory, Empowerment Theory, dan Sustainable Development Theory, yang menegaskan bahwa pendidikan berperan strategis dalam membangun masyarakat yang berdaya dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the technology usage behavior of tourists according to the modified acceptance and use of technology theory (UTAUT) model. Data were collected from a survey of 265 tourists using a random sampling technique. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, and habit significantly influence tourists' behavioral intention to use information and communication technology, while effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have no significant influence. However, actual usage behavior is highly dependent on tourists' behavioral intention and their habits, while facilitating conditions have no influence in this regard. The findings reveal the main factors influencing tourists' usage behavior that can help relevant stakeholders in designing tourism planning and marketing. The findings provide a strong contribution by extending the existing UTAUT-based literature by adding two new moderators in the relationship between behavioral intention and actual usage behavior.
