Abstract

WARM UP CYCLE DALAM RANGKA PROSES PEMELIHARAAN DETEKTOR HPGE. harus dilakukan, saat indikasi vakum bermasalah dan arus bocor meningkat muncul. Apa bila tidak dilakukan maka akan membuat kinerja detektor menurun dan berakhir dengan tidak dapat digunakan. Tulisan ini menguraikan penyebab menurunnya kinerja detektor seperti vakum bermasalah dan setup instrument yang tidak lengkap serta unjuk kerja detektor pasca warm up cycle dilakukan. Harapannya akan berguna bagi pengelola laboratorium, mahasiswa, peneliti diluar spesialisasi mereka untuk memperluas pemahaman mereka.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a research and development study using the ADDIE model whichincludes stages (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5)Evaluation. The purpose of this study was to produce teaching materials in the form ofengineering modules for the repair and maintenance of audio-based electronic videoequipment based on STAD grade XII students of SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. Moduledevelopment is based on an analysis of the needs and characteristics of students ofSMK Negeri 5 Surabaya.Material/content experts give validation of 83.13%, learningdesign experts give validation of 76.67%, individual trials get a percentage of 81.00%,small group trials get a percentage of 80.33%, field trials get a percentage 77.45%,and teacher assessment in the field of audio-video electronics engineering gave apercentage of 85.62%. Based on the level of achievement converted into 5 scales, itcan be concluded that the development of learning modules meets the criteria well.STAD based module learning is effective learning. Classical learning completeness hasbeen achieved, 25 of 30 students (83.33%) have achieved mastery learning. Thedevelopment of an engineering module for the improvement and maintenance of STADbased audio-video electronic devices is effectively used in classroom learningactivities.Keywords: Modules, Audio Video Repair, and Maintenance Techniques, STAD

Abstract

Warga suatu negara yang ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan, meliputi TNI, POLRI, petani, pedagang, dan profesi serta kelompok masyarakat lainnya yang telah memenuhi syarat Menurut Undang-Undang. Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 2006 tentang Kewarganegaraan Indonesia, yang dimaksud warga negara adalah warga suatu negara yang ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan. Abstract

Based on existing facts in the field, it shows that there are still those who are less serious in planning their finances as in the PKM that Sundjaja (2015) has done on financial planning for employees at private educational institutions in Bandung, it shows that there are still 27% of 52 people or around 14 people who have not made a monthly financial budget, and still cause difficulties in managing their finances in old age or retirement, the purpose of delivering financial knowledge and preparing finances at the time before retirement so that after retirement they can be more prosperous and calmer. Their understanding of post-retirement income to be conveyed through counseling by the PKM Team from the Kordos Akmil Manhan Study Program in the implementation of PKM to carry out counseling and discussions related to the topic of discussion regarding Financial Knowledge of Income Results on Retirement Fund Planning Behavior of Manggis Village Mojosongo Sub District Boyolali Regency. Financial knowledge planning that a person has can make them wise in managing their finances and also provide benefits to the individual economy. The higher the level of financial knowledge a person has, the lower the level of external locus of control they have. This is because they will be more able to manage their finances well.

Abstract

For improving the quality of human resources, it is necessary to train the unit/Binsat which is programmed through the management of training techniques in the unit in a systematic, gradual, multilevel and continuous manner, so that the knowledge and skills of soldiers can be maintained and can even be improved so that the mission/tasks of the unit can be carried out effectively and efficiently in achieving the main tasks of the Military Academy according to the purpose of research to determine the technique of training/Nikgarlat. Implementation of Exercise Management in the army can be evaluated in a measurable and accountable we use qualitative research methods that include goals and objectives. The results of the implementation of the exercise, before and after training were compared to determine the technique of conducting training on changes in the level of shooting ability of each soldier. This step is important because the goal of exercise management is to change the behavior or level of ability in the achievement of soldiers towards improvement through planned methods and approaches. Technical organizer of Binsat is at the Director of the Institution as one of the implementing units of the Military Academy which has a very strategic role in supporting the educational operations of the Akmil cadets, especially in organizing demonstrations and training demonstrations as well as the support of shooting trainers who are practical according to the standard level of ability. Of training management has been able to maintain and improve the level of proficiency both individually and positions in the unit, based on the results of data collection and analysis of the results of the conclusion of the Jatri shooting training products, in principle the training has been carried out correctly and the effectiveness in training management is comparable to the standard of BPUJ and BPKJ training result, but the achievement of Target results in terms of the quantity of the level of training capability has not been evenly distributed due to assignment factors, munitions support in the standard level of capability needs to be driilnis and dry shooting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the courage to improve the image of the army and build the unity of the army and the people, especially Akmil with the community in use Cadet Training Area. Given the success of Cadets in carrying out one of the exercises is determined by the comfort of the village community used for training. Therefore, the research emphasized on the response and expectations of the community to the service activities carried out by the Defense Administration program of the Military Academy. This study was conducted by qualitative method by conducting purposive interviews. The respondents who were observed consisted of community leaders, village heads, village officials and villagers. The results of this study first in general the public has a positive response. It is more influenced by motives or interests. In this condition, the community is very happy because the service activities carried out by the Military Academy are an effort to answer the problems faced by the Ngadirejo Village Community. Meanwhile, the poor response in the form of pessimistic state of the service carried out occurs because of the experience of the community so far, seeing that the service that has been carried out by other agencies there is no assistance and follow-up. Abstract

Salah satu fungsi yang dilaksanakan oleh prajurit TNI AD untuk mendukung pelaksanaan tugas pokoknya adalah melaksanakan fungsi pembinaan teritorial (Binter). Tugas pokok TNI AD sendiri terdiri dari OMP (Operasi Militer Perang) dan OMSP (Operasi Militer Selain Perang). Salah satu faktor keberhasilan satuan tempur dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok adalah melalui pembinaan teritorial terbatas yang salah satu motodenya adalah komunikasi sosial. Dalam Komsos TNI-AD tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi atau melakukan kegiatan , tetapi juga juga mendengarkan dan merespon umpan balik dari Masyarakat, dan dengan ini akan lebih bisa dipahami kebutuhan dan harapan Masyarakat. Sesuai Bujuknik Binter TNI-AD, bahwa komunikasi sosial adalah upaya, pekerjaan dan kegiatan satuan TNI AD bertujuan untuk penyampaian pikiran dan pandangannya yang terkait dengan pemberdayaan wilayah pertahanan di darat yang meliputi wilayah pertahanan dan pendukungnya serta membangun, memelihara, meningkatkan dan memantapkan kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat. Banyak fakta yang memperlihatkan keberhasilan satuan tempur di daerah operasi yang degan mudah menaklukan lawan-lawan hanya dengan pendekatan-pendekatan sosial sehingga lawan akhirnya dapat menyerah dan kembali bergabung dengan NKRI. Bahkan tak jarang banyak separatis bersenjata yang dengan suka rela menyerahkan senjatanya kepada prajurit TNI AD tanpa melalui kontak senjata. Seperti yang diberitakan oleh Jayapura, Kompas.TV - Mantan Panglima Organisasi Papua Merdeka Lambert Pakikir menyerahkan enam pucuk senjata api kepada Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih pada 1 Mei 2023 lalu, Mayjen TNI Muhammad Saleh Mustafa.[1] Tentu dapat dipahami bahwa tidak mungkin sorang mantan Panglima Operasi dengan serta merta menyerahkan senjata kepada TNI tanpa ada proses. Abstract

According to the standards contained in the Military Academy, all cadets of the Military Academy including cadets Level II/Sertar are required to have a good basic tripola, ranging from qualified academics, good personality and excellent physical fitness. However, in the implementation in the field, there are still found some cadets Level II / Sertar who have problems in the physical field, especially the value of the physical freshness Test (TKJ). Based on the data from the TKJ results of the first semester of Sergeant cadets in 2023, there were 190 cadets who received TKJ grades with very good predicates (BS), 221 Cadets with good predicates (B), 13 cadets could not participate in activities due to illness, and 1 Cadet who did not graduate or did not meet the requirements set by the institution. In addition to the data already mentioned, there are 13 cadets whose pull-up value is below 10 movements (below the standard set by the adult Cadet Battalion). The purpose of this study was to convey concepts and ideas after the management of Management, Management effort constraints Pasipamops in increasing the value of physical freshness Test Sergeant cadets in Battalion cadets adults. research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with a specific purpose and usefulness. In addition, the research method is a way to conduct an investigation using certain ways that have been determined to obtain scientific truth, so that later the research can be accounted for. Advise the battalion commander of adult cadets through Pasipamops Battalion of adult cadets in order to provide a measurable and targeted physical refresher training schedule to the sergeant cadets and reschedule the physical refresher training schedule.
