Abstract

Mathematics is an important part of education. Mathematics not only plays an important role in the realm of formal education, but also has a close connection with the culture around us. The aim of this research is to determine projective geometry in the form of building numbers and projective coordinates of the saoraja mallangga museum, which is located in kec. tempe, kab. wajo, south sulawesi. The research method used is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, where data is collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research show that the building numbering and house diagrams at the saoraja mallangga museum obtained projective coordinates of . It is hoped that this research can improve students direct understanding of mathematical concepts through learning resources at cultural sites, especially at the simettengpola saoraja museum mallangga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya mendaftarkan kepemilikan atas tanah dan membuat sertifikat atas tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini dibutuhkan agar dapat mengetahui kekuatan hukum dan akibat hukum yang timbul jika transaksi jual beli dilakukan tanpa sertifikat. Tipe penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sudi literatur dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, transaksi tanah tanpa sertifikat memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sangat lemah, karena dengan tidak adanya sertifikat transaksi tersebut hanya dapat diakui sebagai perjanjian jual beli yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian antara penjual dan pembeli. Kesimpulan dari literatur dan aspek lain yang berkaitan dengan jual beli tanah tanpa sertifikat kepemilikan. This study aims to determine how important it is to register land ownership and make a certificate for the land. This study is needed in order to determine the legal force and legal consequences that arise if a sale and purchase transaction is carried out without a certificate. The type of research in this writing is a normative and empirical legal research method. Data collection techniques use literature studies and interviews. Based on the results of the study, land transactions without certificates have very weak legal force, because in the absence of a certificate, the transaction can only be recognized as a sale and purchase agreement that can cause losses between the seller and the buyer. Conclusions from the literature and other aspects related to the sale and purchase of land without a certificate of ownership.

Abstract

Background: Total Knee Replacement (TKR) et causa Osteoarthritis genu bilateral is a medical procedure for replacing the knee joint with an artificial material in the form of a plate. Weight gain or obesity may be the most common cause of meniscus/joint-cushion thinning. This will cause pain and limited range of motion after knee joint replacement surgery. By providing physiotherapy interventions in the form of IR, Tens and Exercise therapy based on the Rehabilitation Protocol For Knee Replacement Surgery, it is hoped that pain and functional limitations in the knee can return to normal soon. Purpose: the aim is to determine the effect of providing physiotherapy interventions in the form of IR, Tens and Exercise therapy in increasing functional ability in conditions after Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and causing bilateral genu osteoarthritis. Methods: this program is carried out directly to respondents with post-Total Knee Replacement (TKR) conditions and causes of bilateral genu osteoarthritis by administering 3 times of therapy to obtain results of increased functional ability as measured by scores on the KOOS index, namely T0: 36.406 to T3: 39.554. Conclusion: the provision of physiotherapeutic interventions in the form of IR, Tens and Exercise therapy after the case of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) et causa osteoarthritis genu bilateral is proven to reduce complaints in the form of edema, pain, limited range of motion of the joints, and decreased muscle strength which has an impact on increasing the functional abilities of the respondents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert lima tingkat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Etos kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan tingkat pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan komunikasi. Pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai memerlukan pengelolaan komunikasi yang efektif serta pembinaan etos kerja yang kuat dan konsisten. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris dalam pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada organisasi jasa publik strategis seperti pengelola bandar udara. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and work ethic on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Makassar. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed in this study. The population comprised all employees, and a total of 50 respondents were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS Statistics version 23. The results indicate that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a stronger effect compared to communication. Simultaneous testing reveals that communication and work ethic jointly have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance requires effective communication management and the development of a strong and consistent work ethic. This study provides empirical contributions to the field of human resource management, particularly in the context of strategic public service organizations such as airport management companies.
