Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach to Islamic Philanthropy to Build Muhammadiyah Charity Business: Case Study of Fundraising for the Construction of the At-Tanwir Mosque PCM Bojongsari-Depok City, with a focus on how to carry out effective and efficient fundraising. The data used in this research include: documentation and observation. The data that has been collected will be processed and analyzed using the Miles Huberman interactive model, which includes: (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) data display; and (4) drawing conclusions from the data/or verification stage. Then, reliability and validity are carried out by, among other things: (1) carrying out careful re-checking procedures; (2) carrying out varied and comprehensive data mining techniques; and (3) increasing the number of research subjects and informants. The focus of questions in this research include: (1) What strategies did the Muhammadiyah Bojongsari Branch Leader use in raising Islamic philanthropic funds to build the At-Tanwir Muhammadiyah Bojongsari Mosque? ; and (2) Does the use of Islamic philanthropic fundraising strategies have a significant impact on raising funds to build the At-Tanwir Muhammadiyah Bojongsari Mosque? From the results of the analysis of the data, answers can be obtained, including: (1) the strategy used is to utilize the internal and external community of Bojongsari, both from Muhammadiyah and non-Muhammadiyah communities; and (2) the use of this strategy was very significant, it was proven that PCM Bojongsari was able to receive funds of more than IDR 1 billion.

Abstract

This study investigates the key determinants of consumer preference for digital services provided by Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. It examines the influence of relative advantage, Sharia financial literacy, Islamic religiosity, and initial trust on consumer preference. A sample of 524 respondents was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SmartPLS 4.0.9.9). The results show that relative advantage and Sharia financial literacy significantly influence initial trust, which in turn positively impacts consumer preference. Islamic religiosity was found to significantly influence Sharia financial literacy but not consumer preference directly. However, it plays a moderating role in strengthening the relationship between relative advantage and consumer preference. These findings offer both theoretical and practical implications by enhancing our understanding of digital service adoption in a religious financial context and providing strategic insights for Islamic financial institutions aiming to improve digital service engagement.======================================================================================================== ABSTRAK - Peran Religiositas dan Literasi Keuangan dalam Adopsi Layanan Digital Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi preferensi konsumen terhadap layanan digital yang disediakan oleh lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menelaah pengaruh keunggulan relatif, literasi keuangan syariah, religiositas Islam, dan kepercayaan awal terhadap preferensi konsumen. Sebanyak 524 responden dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SmartPLS 4.0.9.9). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan relatif dan literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan awal, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif terhadap preferensi konsumen. Religiositas Islam terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan syariah, namun tidak secara langsung terhadap preferensi konsumen. Namun demikian, religiositas Islam berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara keunggulan relatif dan preferensi konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dan praktis, baik dalam memahami adopsi layanan digital dalam konteks keuangan berbasis agama maupun dalam menyediakan wawasan strategis bagi lembaga keuangan syariah untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan layanan digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Zakat Institutions through funding and training provided by amil zakat institutions and mustahiq's knowledge on the success of mustahiq businesses based on the perspective of maqashid sharia. This study uses Partial Least Square analysis techniques. The sample used in this study were 75 small-scale traders (Mustahiq) assisted by LAZNAS Al-Azhar and LAZNAS Dompet Dhuafa in the Bogor Regency and Depok, West Java. The results show that funding and training provided by LAZNAS Al-Azhar and LAZNAS Dompet Dhuafa and knowledge possessed by Mustahiq significantly influence the success of mustahiq businesses.

Abstract

Conventional bank users still significantly outnumber those using Islamic banks, influenced by various factors, one of which is a lack of public understanding of Islamic banking services. In fact, Islamic banks already provide almost all the services available at conventional banks. To address this, community service was conducted in the form of face-to-face outreach explaining the various products, services, and benefits of Islamic banking. This activity was carried out at the women's study group of the Al-Amanah Jami Mosque in RW 03 Pamulang Barat, South Tangerang, Banten, with the aim of expanding understanding and interest in Islamic banking products and services. The methods used included planning, implementing outreach discussing the characteristics, products, and benefits of Islamic banking, as well as monitoring and evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the activity. The results of the outreach showed an increase in participant awareness regarding the operational principles of Islamic banks that are free from usury, the profit-sharing system, Sharia-compliant fund management, and the convenience of digital banking services offered by Islamic banks.. ABSTRAK Pengguna bank konvensional masih jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan bank syariah, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fasilitas layanan bank syariah. Padahal, bank syariah telah menyediakan hampir semua layanan yang ada di bank konvensional. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi tatap muka yang menjelaskan beragam produk, layanan, dan manfaat perbankan syariah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di komunitas pengajian ibu-ibu Masjid Jami Al-Amanah RW 03 Pamulang Barat, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, dengan tujuan memperluas pemahaman dan minat terhadap produk serta layanan perbankan syariah. Metode yang digunakan mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi yang membahas karakteristik, produk, dan manfaat perbankan syariah, serta monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran peserta mengenai prinsip operasional bank syariah yang bebas riba, sistem bagi hasil, pengelolaan dana sesuai syariah, serta kemudahan layanan digital banking yang ditawarkan oleh perbankan syariah.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the effect of programs Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) Productive to the performance of micro-enterprises and prosperity mustahik; while specifically the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of productive ZIS programs on the performance of mustahik micro enterprises and mustahik welfare. This study was conducted in Bogor and Depok districts of West Java. Data collection was done by survey method by taking samples of 89 mustahic households as respondents. Data analysis was done by quantitative approach and completed with qualitative and intuitive analysis. Quantitative approach used is Partial Least Square (PLS) model, while data processing is executed with SmartPLS program version 3.0. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that productive ZIS program can improve the performance of UMK mustahik. Improved performance represented by an increase in assets and profits can also make it easier for UMK mustahik to achieve better welfare.
