Abstract

Masa pra sekolah merupakan masa awal pengembangan kemampuan fisik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial emosional, konsep diri, disiplin, kemandirian, seni, moral, dan nilai-nilai agama. Oleh karena itu, agar pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dapat tercapai secara optimal dibutuhkan kondisi dan stimulasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak, terutama bisa dilakukan oleh ibu. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Desa Sandik Batu Layar Lombok Barat tentang penggunaan alat permainan edukatif dengan mewawancarai 10 ibu, hasil yang di dapatkan, 7 ibu memberikan alat permainan edukatif kepada anaknya dengan memperhatikan fungsi dan manfaat alat permainan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik ibu yang menggunakan APE untuk menstimulai anak pra sekolah Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang memiliki anak pra sekolah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh dengan besar sampel 45 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden paling banyak berada pada usia 20-35 tahun (71.1%), berpendidikan menengah (SMP/SMA/sederajat) sebanyak 64.4%, dan sebanyak 66.7% responden adalah ibu bekerja. Pengetahuan responden pada kategori baik sebanyak 64.4%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah karakteristik responden yang menggunakan APE untuk menstimulasi anak pra sekolah adalah usia 20-35 tahun, berpendidikan menengah, bekerja, dan tingkat pengetahuannya baik. Untuk itu disarankan kepada Ibu agar terus meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang alat permainan edukatif melalui berbagai sumber informasi yang benar.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems faced in the world. Stunting prevention intervention activities include health education through audio-visual media, but this still experiences obstacles, namely there is no special audio-visual material about stunting and its production is still limited to the campaign period only. It is predicted that there will be several alternatives for updating audio-visual materials for different target groups and that they can be broadcast consistently, so that the public understands ways to prevent stunting. The purpose of this study was to develop interactive educational media as an effort to prevent early stunting. The research design used Quasy experimental. Based on the results of the study, all respondents (100%) from the intervention group and the control group complied with the recommendations in educational media, either through interactive animations or leaflets. Analysis of the t-test value of p = 0.00 < 0.05. this shows that there is no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group. Interactive animated video and leaflets are equally effective for education to prevent stunting risk. The interactive animation educational as a result of the development of this research is effective in preventing the risk of stunting.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit jenis baru yang ditetapkan sebagai Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat Yang Meresahkan Dunia (KKMMD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Identifikasi aksesibilitas deteksi kegawatan pada pasien Covid-19 dengan menggunakan aplikasi e-EWSS dan Riwayat Penyakit (Komorbid) ; (2) Identifikasi aksesibilitas deteksi kegawatan pada pasien Covid-19 dengan menggunakan aplikasi EWSS manual; (3) Menganalisis perbedaan aksesibilitas deteksi kegawatan pada pasien Covid-19 menggunakan aplikasi e-EWSS dan Komorbid dengan EWSS manual. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Quasy experimental dengan pendekatan pre test-post test with control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aksesibilitas setelah pemberian e-EWSS pada kelompok intervensi diperoleh nilai rerata 47.00 dan pada kelompok kontrol setelah pemberian EWSS Manual diperoleh nilai rerata 16.00. berdasarkan hasil analisis uji Mann Whitney nilai p= 0.000 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang bermakna nilai aksesibilitas kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan alat untuk deteksi kegawatan pasien Covid-19.

Abstract

Pre school period is the beginning of the development of physical abilities, cognitive, language, social emotional, self-concept, discipline, independence, art, morals, and religious values. Therefore, so that the child's growth and development can be optimally needed and stimulation that suits the child's needs, can be done by the mother. A preliminary study conducted in the Sandik, Batu Layar, Lombok Barat, NTB about the use of educational play instruments by interviewing 10 mothers, the results obtained, 7 mothers provided educational play tools for users by using tools and benefits of play tools. APE to stimulate pre school children in 2019.The research design is descriptive method. The population in this study is mothers who have pre-school children. The sampling technique is saturated sampling with a large sample of 45 people. Data collection using questionnaires.The results showed that the most respondents were aged 20-35 years (71.1%), had secondary education (SMP / SMA / equivalent) as much as 64.4%, and as many as 66.7% of respondents were working mothers. Knowledge of respondents in the good category was 64.4%. The conclusion of this study is that the characteristics of respondents who use APE to stimulate pre-school children are aged 20-35 years, have secondary education, work, and have a good level of knowledge. For this reason, mothers should continue to improve their knowledge of educational game tools through the correct sources of information.

Abstract

Background: The responsibility that is carried out as a mother after giving birth to a baby becomes a conflict within women. Some mothers fail to adapt to these changes and experience psychological problems. The existence of various potential stresses in pregnancy and childbirth may be the cause. This condition is known as postpartum depression. Early detection and good early treatment is needed to prevent more severe depression. This study aims to determine the effect of phsyco on the incidence of post partum depression.Methods: This study used a literature review design by collecting data from a computerized database search study (PubMed, BMC, Cochrain, Google Scholar) in the form of research journals and review articles in the last ten years.Results: Based on the various literature reviews that have been presented, there is an effect that offers Phsyco Education on post partum depression.Conclusions: there is an effect of educational interventions on the incidence of post partum depression. It is hoped that the next researchers will use the basic data of this literature review as a reference frame for further research and provide initial information for the development of similar research.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg at two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a fairly healthy or calm condition. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge in hypertensive patients.Methods: This study used the Literature method with journal search using Google Scholar to determine journals according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and then reviewed. Based on a review of 5 journals found, the research method was obtained using pre-experimental research with a pretest-posttest one group design, the sampling technique with purposive sampling supported by 30-65 respondents, analyzed by the Wilcoxon test.Results: Based on the 5 journals that were conducted, the literature review concluded that there was an effect of health education on the level of knowledge in hypertensive patients.Conclusions and suggestions: Based on the results of the journal analysis obtained from the research that there is an effect of health education on the knowledge level of hypertensive patients. It is hoped that respondents who can apply the knowledge issued to reduce the suffering of hypertension.

Abstract

The health service referral system is one of the efforts to improve the quality of health services which has the impact of reducing maternal and infant mortality due to delays in handling emergencies. The purpose of this community service is as an effort to improve maternal and neonatal referral services. This effort is realized by increasing the capacity of nurses and midwives so that they can provide emergency services quickly and accurately with guaranteed service quality, prioritizing community satisfaction, paying attention to the response time of emergency patients, so that it is expected to reduce neonatal maternal mortality and morbidity. This community service was carried out in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province in October-November 2022, with the target of a Referral Team consisting of 50 nurses and midwives. The stages of this activity include: preparation, licensing, implementation, and evaluation. The conclusions from the implementation of this community service are: 1) The referral team's understanding of Basic Life Support (BLS) increased to 80% 2) The referral team's understanding of Stabilization and Evacuation of patients increased significantly, which reached 100% 3) All participants had understanding in fluid management 4) After the community service activities were carried out, 100% of the target group had skills in the management of maternal and neonatal referrals. For the continuity of the program, it is suggested that the local regional government and related agencies continue and follow up on this activity, the skills that have been mastered by the referral team should be updated continuously.

Abstract

Almost ten thousand people are affected by cardiac arrest, and the prevalence tends to increase every year in Indonesia. Nursing students need to have skills in performing basic life support (BLS) to increase the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest inside or outside the hospital. An effective method for facilitating students in gaining such skills is educational simulation. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the simulation method in improving students' skills in providing BLS. This is a quantitative quasi-experiment with a pre-posttest design. The sample is all fourth-year students in Nursing at Poltekkes Kemenkes Mataram who have had emergency classes in the previous semester. Data were collected using observation sheets and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to identify students' skills before and after they were given educational simulations. Before the educational video method was implemented, most respondents had insufficient skills in carrying out BLS, with 11 people (55%) falling into this category. Only two respondents (10%) demonstrated good skills in conducting BLS. After the simulation, all respondents acquired the skills to perform BLS in the "good" category, with 32 people (82%) exhibiting these skills. There were no respondents who had sufficient or poor BLS skills. Educational simulation significantly influenced students' skills in performing BLS (p=0.000). It can be concluded that the simulation method was effective in improving the students' skills in performing BLS. Educational simulation of BLS can be applied as an alternative method in the learning process.

Abstract

Rendahnya penggunaan Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang, menurut data dari profil BKKBN Kabupaten Bima yaitu peserta KB aktif 45,787 orang atau 85,5%. Jenis Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) IUD 2,286 orang (4,99%), MOW 637 orang (1,39%), MOP 20 orang 0,1%, dan IMPLAN 9,578 orang (20,92%). Sedangkan di wilayah kerja BLUD Puskesmas Palibelo Peserta KB Aktif MKJP yaitu: IUD (1,05%), MOW (0,31%), MOP tidak ada (0,0%), IMPLAN (19,65%). Rendahnya penggunaan MKJP di Kecamatan Palibelo salah satunya disebabkan oleh pengaruh budaya, oleh sebab itu pada penelitian ini penulis memberikan konseling kepada Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) dengan melalui pendekatan budaya yaitu Mbolo Weki (Musyawarah Mufakat) di Puskesmas Palibelo. Tujuan penelitian ini ntuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konseling (Mbolo Weki) terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Wanita PUS tentang Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di Puskesmas Palibelo Kabupaten Bima tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Pre- Eksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) yang ada di Puskesmas Palibelo, dan sampel berjumlah 86 responden dengan kriteria Analisis data menggunakan statistic non parametrik yaitu Uji Wilcoxon, untuk skala ukur nominal dan ordinal berpasangan pre dan post test. Hasil dari 86 responden ditemukan jumlah terbanyak pada kategori usia 20-35 tahun yaitu 73 responden (84,88%), tingkat pendidikan dominan pada pendidikan menengah (SMA dan sederajat) yaitu sebanyak 59 responden (68,60%), sebanyak 70 responden (81,40%) tidak bekerja, dan 63 responden (73,26%) dengan karakteristik paritas Multigravida. Selanjutnya data responden di analisis pengaruh dengan Uji Statistik dan diketahui nilai p value adalah 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga terdapat pengaruh dari konseling (mbolo weki). Terdapat pengaruh konseling (Mbolo Weki) terhadap pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) tentang Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) di Puskesmas Palibelo tahun 2023.
