Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan pemanfaatan Google Antigravity sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran pemrograman bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan berbasis praktik dengan melibatkan 28 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, pre-test dan post-test, tugas praktik, respon peserta, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengenalan AI-assisted programming, konfigurasi Google Antigravity, prompt engineering, pengembangan aplikasi berbasis proyek, validasi kode, debugging, dan etika akademik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa. Rata-rata nilai peserta meningkat dari 52,7 pada pre-test menjadi 84,3 pada post-test dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 31,6%. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih mampu menerjemahkan masalah pemrograman ke dalam prompt terstruktur, membaca kode hasil AI secara kritis, mengidentifikasi kesalahan, dan menyelesaikan prototipe aplikasi web sederhana. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini efektif memperkuat literasi AI dan kesiapan belajar pemrograman, dengan tetap menekankan bahwa AI berperan sebagai asisten belajar, bukan pengganti kemampuan berpikir mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged teachers to adapt learning practices through the use of innovative and engaging instructional media. However, many teachers still experience limitations in developing audio-visual learning media that are pedagogically appropriate and easy to produce. This community service activity aimed to improve teachers’ digital competence in developing audio-visual learning media using Canva at SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. The activity was conducted from August to December 2025 through a training and mentoring approach. The implementation stages consisted of needs identification, material delivery, demonstration, guided practice, product review, and evaluation. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test questionnaires, observation of participants’ practice, and assessment of the learning media products developed by teachers. The results showed an increase in teachers’ understanding from 46% before the training to 84% after the training, indicating an improvement of 38%. In addition, 88% of participants were able to produce audio-visual learning media adapted to their respective subjects. The training also encouraged collaboration among teachers and increased their confidence in applying digital media in classroom instruction. This program demonstrates that practical and continuous Canva-based training can support teachers in creating more interactive, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences in vocational schools. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru untuk mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan. Namun, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran audio visual yang mudah dibuat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pedagogis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis Canva di SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Agustus sampai Desember 2025 melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik terbimbing, review produk, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket pre-test dan post-test, observasi praktik, serta penilaian produk media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dari 46% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 84% setelah pelatihan, dengan peningkatan sebesar 38%. Selain itu, sebanyak 88% peserta berhasil menghasilkan media pembelajaran audio visual sesuai dengan mata pelajaran masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antarguru dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam menerapkan media digital di kelas. Dengan demikian, pelatihan berbasis praktik dan pendampingan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung inovasi pembelajaran dan penguatan kompetensi digital guru di sekolah kejuruan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem deteksi kesamaan dokumen ilmiah berbasis integrasi algoritma Jaro–Winkler dan teknik machine learning sebagai dukungan awal menjaga integritas akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian terapan dengan pendekatan pengembangan sistem (analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur, implementasi aplikasi, dan pengujian fungsional). Objek penelitian berupa dokumen ilmiah yang difokuskan pada judul dan abstrak artikel jurnal; data pembanding diperoleh melalui integrasi Open Journal Systems (OJS) menggunakan REST API. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi JARWIN mampu melakukan pra-pemrosesan teks, menghitung kemiripan berbasis Jaro–Winkler per kata dan rekap per jurnal, menyimpan jejak hasil pemeriksaan, serta menyediakan dashboard administrasi untuk pengelolaan data pembanding dan riwayat pemeriksaan. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada implementasi similarity engine Jaro–Winkler yang terintegrasi dengan arsitektur aplikasi modular (siap diperluas menjadi model hybrid berbasis machine learning) dan mekanisme sinkronisasi dataset jurnal dari OJS, sehingga sistem dapat digunakan sebagai fondasi operasional pemeriksaan awal kemiripan dokumen ilmiah di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop digital learning media to strengthen literacy and numeracy among fourth-grade students at SDN 015 Rambah and to examine its feasibility and effectiveness. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages, while the effectiveness test used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The limited trial involved 20 fourth-grade students, and product validation involved four validators, consisting of two material experts and two media experts. Data were collected through observation, interviews, validation sheets, and literacy-numeracy pre-test and post-test instruments covering information comprehension, numerical reasoning, contextual problem solving, and simple data interpretation. The data were analyzed descriptively and using the N-Gain index. The results showed that the developed media took the form of a lightweight, interactive, multi-device educational game application based on Progressive Web App (PWA) technology and was suitable for use under limited internet connectivity. The material expert validation score was 4.60 and the media expert validation score was 4.40, with an overall mean of 4.50 categorized as very feasible. The effectiveness test showed that students' mean score increased from 57.45 to 82.55, with an average N-Gain of 0.59 in the moderate category, indicating that the media was effective. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a PWA-based literacy and numeracy medium without a backend server that integrates concise materials, interactive exercises, immediate feedback, gamification, and local progress storage for elementary school settings with limited infrastructure. Therefore, the developed media is highly feasible and effective as a supporting tool for literacy and numeracy learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study analyzes the transition from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture within a corporate environment, specifically at PT.MALINDO. While the monolithic architecture was once effective, it now presents several challenges, including maintenance complexity, limited scalability, and frequent occurrences of deadlocks. The analysis highlights the growing need for a more adaptive and flexible system to respond to dynamic business requirements. In this context, a microservices architecture is proposed as a solution to overcome the limitations of the monolithic approach. Microservices break down applications into small, independent services, enabling easier and more efficient development, deployment, and maintenance. By using components such as an API Gateway and message brokers like Apache Kafka, inter-service communications can be managed more effectively, ensuring improved system performance and resilience. The findings indicate that transitioning to a microservices architecture can significantly enhance the system's performance, flexibility, and scalability. The resulting hypothesis suggests that adopting microservices will offer long-term benefits for PT.MALINDO, particularly in addressing system complexity and improving responsiveness to evolving business needs. Recommendations include implementation strategies and change management practices necessary to ensure a smooth and low-risk transit

Abstract

This study develops an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for continuously monitoring the environmental conditions and freshness indicators of post-harvest fish storage. The system integrates an ESP32 microcontroller with a DHT22 temperature-humidity sensor, an MQ-137 ammonia sensor, and an analog pH probe. Sensor measurements are sampled every five seconds, transmitted through Wi-Fi using the MQTT publish-subscribe protocol, stored in a MySQL database through a Node.js backend, and visualized on a React.js web dashboard. A research-and-development design with iterative prototyping was applied, followed by sensor calibration, integration testing, transmission-performance testing, and a 72-hour storage experiment using tuna and snapper samples. The system achieved average accuracies of 97.3% for temperature, 96.8% for relative humidity, 94.2% for ammonia, and 95.1% for pH. Average end-to-end latency was 0.856 s on a local network, 1.230 s on a 10 Mbps Internet connection, and 2.145 s on a 5 Mbps connection. Continuous operation for seven days produced 99.2% uptime. During the storage test, ammonia increased from below 2 ppm to 28.4 ppm while pH decreased from 6.8 to 5.2. The dashboard issued warning and critical alerts when predefined ammonia thresholds were exceeded, demonstrating its capability for timely quality-risk detection.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi referensi digital merupakan kebutuhan mendesak pada era akademik modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan aplikasi Mendeley dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Universitas Rokania dalam mengelola referensi digital dan menyusun sitasi ilmiah. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam impor referensi, pengelolaan metadata, penggunaan Web Importer, hingga otomatisasi daftar pustaka. Penerapan aplikasi Mendeley meningkatkan efisiensi penulisan ilmiah dan meminimalisasi kesalahan sitasi yang sering terjadi dalam karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa literasi referensi digital perlu menjadi bagian integral dari pengembangan kompetensi akademik di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Folklore is a cultural heritage that can be used as a means of disseminating the values of character education to the younger generation. The research aims to produce web-based teaching materials containing Rokan Hulu folklore which is full of character education values for class X high school students. The research method used is research and development of the ADDIE model. This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Rambah, SMA N 3 Rambah, and SMA N 3 Rambah. This research involved 81 class X students from the high school, 3 Indonesian language teachers, and Rokan Hulu cultural figures. The folk tales used as material in this e-module are folk tales from Rokan Hulu, totaling 8 folk tale titles. The results of the folklore analysis obtained 12 types of character education values. The development of teaching materials containing folklore and the character education values contained therein was realized in the form of a web-based electronic module, entitled E-module Indonesian Language Wisdom of Folklore: Exploring Character Education in Narrative Texts. The results of the e-module feasibility test based on content/material aspects, linguistic aspects, and graphic/presentation aspects obtained an average of 92.2% with a very feasible category. The results of student responses to the e-module obtained a result of 83,21% which indicated that the e-module was very feasible.

Abstract

Meskom Village, Bengkalis Regency, is a coastal area where fisheries and seafood processing generate heads, bones, viscera, skin, scales, and trimming residues. When unmanaged, these organic materials deteriorate rapidly, create odour, increase pollution loads, and eliminate potential income. This study formulated a village-scale fish-waste utilization model, prioritized feasible products, and proposed an implementation pathway supporting environmental sustainability. An exploratory case study based on secondary data was conducted through literature synthesis, material-flow mapping, multicriteria assessment, and preliminary economic simulation. The criteria were technical simplicity, capital accessibility, market potential, environmental benefit, and social suitability. Liquid organic fertilizer and fish silage ranked first, with weighted scores of 4.80 and 4.60 on a five-point scale. Fish meal scored 3.75, fish oil 2.95, and collagen/gelatin 2.75. Under a 100 kg waste-per-cycle scenario, liquid fertilizer and silage showed higher revenue-to-cost ratios than fish meal; however, these values are planning simulations requiring validation through pilot production and local price surveys. The model emphasizes source segregation, rapid processing, sanitation, mass-balance recording, quality testing, and group-based enterprise management. A phased approach can reduce organic waste leakage while creating additional income opportunities for coastal households.
