Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan tentang strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia berkarakter khususnya pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Paiton, dengan fokus penelitian mencakup; 1) Strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia berkarakter, 2) evaluasi strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia berkarakter, 3) pengembangan strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia berkarakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) proses peningkatan sumber daya manusia di SMA Negeri 1 Paiton dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan dibidang keagamaan. Yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan sistem ruti nitas dan regulasi secara bersama baik dari siswa maupun guru; (2) evaluasi strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia berkarakter; (3) pengembangan strategi peningkatan sumber daya manusia berkarakter melalui kegiatan kesiswaan seperti kepramukaan, rumah tahfidz sehingga dihasilkan lulusan yang memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkarakter yang siap bersaing di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational qualifications and compensation on employee performance through the motivation of civil servants in the regional treasury and treasury sector in Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires offline by asking 5 questions per variable. A sample of 35 Civil Servants in the Regional Treasury and Cash Office of the City of Probolinggo uses the simple proportional sampling method. This type of research is a method of descriptive analysis and data verification using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that educational qualifications have no significant effect on motivation. Variable educational qualifications have no significant effect on performance. The pressure has no significant effect on motivation. The compensation has a significant effect on performance. The motivation has no significant effect on performance in Civil Servants in the Treasury and Regional Cash Office of the City of Probolinggo.

Abstract

Purpose in this research is to know and analyze form knowledge development apparatus at the Library and Archives Office of the City of Probolinggo. The research method used is descriptive research approach qualitative, the data collection instruments are observational studies, documentation and interviews, while the data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the development of apparatus resources at the Library and Archives Service of the City of Probolinggo has been going quite well, including the development of apparatus knowledge, the development of employee capabilities/skills, the development of attitude And employee behavior. What needs to be improved is the development of self-competence through training for employees who have not yet improved their formal education, further improving education and training for employees.

Abstract

The implementation of community service through leadership and entrepreneurship training activities at Sukapura Probolinggo State Vocational School aims to increase teacher leadership and entrepreneurial capacity. This training helps teachers improve their competence in terms of leadership and entrepreneurship. These competencies are essential for managing the classroom, inspiring students, and managing school projects. We design this program to equip teachers with the practical and theoretical skills required to become effective leaders and successful entrepreneurs. The training methodology includes various approaches, such as lectures, group discussions, case studies, and business simulations. This activity involves collaboration between academics, business practitioners, and schools to provide a holistic and applicable learning experience. The results of this program show a significant increase in teachers' knowledge and skills related to leadership and entrepreneurship. Apart from that, this program also motivates teachers to develop their potential and prepares them to be able to educate the younger generation to face the challenges of the world of work and business in the future. Periodic program evaluations ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of this service activity

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of teacher competency and school culture on the quality of education in Gugus Paud AH. Nasution, Probolinggo City. AH Early Childhood Cluster. AH Early Childhood Cluster. Nasution is a coordination platform for various PAUD institutions, such as TK, KB, SPS and TPA, which operate in Wonoasih District, Probolinggo City. This research utilizes a quantitative approach by applying statistical formulas for data analysis. The main aim of the research is to evaluate the impact of teacher competency and school culture on the quality of education through teacher performance in Gugus Paud AH. Nasution, Probolinggo City. From the research results, it was concluded that the influencing variables were the school culture variable on the quality of education, the teacher competency variable on teacher performance. Meanwhile, other variables have no influence, such as teacher competency variables on the quality of education, teacher performance variables on the quality of education, school culture variables on teacher performance, teacher competency variables on the quality of education through teacher performance and school culture variables on the quality of education through teacher performance. Abstract

Mathematical representation is a crucial tool in modern science and technology development, facilitating deep understanding, clear communication, and progress in many areas of life. Mathematics is used to model things already known, develop new theories, and identify patterns or relationships that have not been seen before. Mathematical representations are often the starting point for discoveries and innovations in various scientific disciplines. This research was conducted at one of the X Vocational Schools, where the research subjects were class XI students. The research subjects were six students, and a purposive random sampling technique was used. The research results produced representations in line and series questions in this study, namely images of full dot patterns, images of circle pattern objects, images of monera bacteria, and images of bulb viruses. ABSTRAKRepresentasi matematis adalah alat yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi modern, memfasilitasi pemahaman yang mendalam, komunikasi yang jelas, dan kemajuan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Matematika tidak hanya digunakan untuk memodelkan hal yang sudah dikenal, tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan teori-teori baru dan mengidentifikasi pola atau hubungan yang belum terlihat sebelumnya. Representasi matematis sering kali menjadi titik awal untuk penemuan baru dan inovasi dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu.Penelitian ini dilakukan di di salah satu SMK X dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 6 siswa dengan pengambilan subjek dalam penelitian ini dilakukan teknik purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan representasi pada soal barisan dan deret pada penelitian ini adalah gambar pola titik-titik penuh, gambar objek pola lingkaran, gambar bakteri monera dan gambar virus bulb.

Abstract

This research aims to develop android-based learning media on Curved Side Spaces material, and evaluate the feasibility of the developed media. This Android-based learning media development was developed using 4 (four) software, including: (1) Canva; (2) PowerPoint; (3) iSpring Suite; and (4) Website 2 APK Builder. In this study, the development model refers to the ADDIE development model, with its stages, namely: (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluation. The research instruments include validation sheets for experts and student response questionnaires. The results of expert validation show an average feasibility of 83% (quite valid), while the results of student responses get an average of 79.5% (good). Based on these findings, the learning media “Barung Silung” is considered feasible to use to support math learning. This research is limited to the media development stage. ABSTRAKPenelitiani inii bertujuani untuki mengembangkan mediai pembelajarani berbasisi androidi pada materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Lengkung, serta mengevaluasi kelayakan media yang dikembangkan. Pengembangani mediai pembelajarani berbasisi Androidi ini dikembangkan menggunakan 4 (empat) software, di antaranya: (1) Canva; (2) PowerPoint; (3) iSpring Suite; dan (4) Website 2 APK Builder. Dalam penelitian ini, model pengembangannya mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE, dengan tahapani-itahapannya iyaitu: (1) iAnalysis (analisis); (2) Designi (desain); (3) Developmenti (pengembagan), (4) Implementationi (implementasi), (5) Evaluation (evaluasi). Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi untuk ahli dan angket respon siswa. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 83% (cukup valid), sementara hasil respon siswa mendapatkan rata-rata 79,5% (baik). Berdasarkan temuan ini, media pembelajaran "Barung Silung" dinilai layak digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap pengembangan media.

Abstract

Students' misconceptions pose a significant challenge to secondary school learning. Misconceptions are an inaccurate understanding of a scientific concept. Various factors often contribute to this phenomenon, such as the teacher's delivery of the material, the use of learning resources, and students' initial understanding, shaped by everyday experiences that may not align with scientific concepts. The type of research is qualitative research. This research involved seven junior high school students from class VIII. We used written tests and interviews as data collection techniques. The instrument used in this research was the students' misconception test questions. The data collected in this research is student misconception data obtained when students work on questions. The research utilizes mathematical questions related to number patterns as its tools. The analysis of student misconceptions focuses on examining the students' comprehension of the questions and the outcomes of their assignments. The results of the research show that there are misconceptions that occur among students regarding the fifth pattern image. These misconceptions include classificational misconceptions, then there are misconceptions regarding completing tables on apple trees and durian trees. These misconceptions include correlational misconceptions, as well as misconceptions regarding how to complete tables on apple trees and durian trees. One type of correlational and theoretical misconception is the belief that the number of apple trees equals the number of durian trees based on the value of n. Misconceptions among students about trees tend to increase as the number of apple trees and durian trees increases. These misconceptions encompass both theoretical and correlational aspects. The causes of misconceptions that occur in students can come from teachers and from students themselves. ABSTRAKPembelajaran di tingkat sekolah menengah seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, salah satunya adalah miskonsepsi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Miskonsepsi merupakan pemahaman yang kurang tepat terhadap suatu konsep ilmiah. Fenomena ini sering kali terjadi karena berbagai faktor, termasuk cara penyampaian materi oleh guru, sumber belajar yang digunakan, dan pemahaman awal siswa yang terbentuk dari pengalaman sehari-hari yang tidak selalu sesuai dengan konsep ilmiah. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas VIII, yang diambil 7 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis, dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes miskonsepsi siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data miskonsepsi siswa yang diperoleh pada saat siswa mengerjakan soal. Soal yang digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian ini adalah soal matematika tentang pola bilangan. Fokus análisis miskonsepsi siswa pada hasil telaah pemahaman soal oleh siswa dan hasil pekerjaan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan miskonsepsi yang terjadi pada siswa mengenai gambar pola kelima, miskonsepsi ini termasuk jenis miskonsepsi klasifikasional, kemudian miskonsepsi mengenai melengkapi tabel pada pohon apel dan pohon durian, miskonsepsi ini termasuk jenis miskonsepsi korelasional, serta miskonsepsi mengenai cara untuk melengkapi tabel dari pohon apel dan pohon durian, miskonsepsi ini termasuk jenis miskonsepsi korelasional dan teoritikal. Miskonsepsi mengenai nilai n untuk mengetahui banyak pohon apel sama dengan banyak pohon durian, miskonsepsi ini termasuk jenis miskonsepsi korelasional dan teoritikal. Miskonsepsi siswa mengenai pohon yang lebih meningkat antara pohon apel dan pohon durian, miskonsepsi ini termasuk jenis miskonsepsi teoritikal dan korelasional. Penyebab miskonsepsi yang terjadi pada siswa dapat berasal dari guru serta dari siswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of tactile methods in mathematics learning based on Pancasila values ??for blind students. This approach is based on the needs of blind students to get access to adequate and meaningful education, especially in mathematics subjects which are often considered difficult because of their abstract and visual nature. The tactile method is a method that uses the help of physical objects and prioritizes the ability to touch. This method is implemented by integrating Pancasila values. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in Special Schools (SLB). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of students and teachers involved in the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the application of tactile methods can improve the understanding of mathematical concepts for blind students. In addition, the integration of Pancasila values ??in learning has a positive impact on the development of student character, such as increasing a sense of togetherness and mutual respect. This study concludes that the tactile method based on Pancasila values ??is effective in improving the accessibility and quality of mathematics learning for blind students, as well as contributing to the development of their moral and social values. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode taktil dalam pembelajaran matematika yang berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa tunanetra. Pendekatan ini didasari oleh kebutuhan siswa tunanetra untuk mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang memadai dan bermakna, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran matematika yang sering kali dianggap sulit karena sifatnya yang abstrak dan visual. Metode taktil merupakan metode yang menggunakan bantuan benda-benda fisik dan mengutamakan kemampuan perabaan. Metode ini diimplementasikan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa dan guru yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode taktil dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika bagi siswa tunanetra. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan karakter siswa, seperti peningkatan rasa kebersamaan dan sikap saling menghargai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode taktil berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila efektif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa tunanetra, serta memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan nilai-nilai moral dan sosial mereka.

Abstract

Creative villages are currently in the spotlight of the local government as an effort to increase village resources that can develop superior innovations from the creative economy subsector. Creative villages have a close relationship with the quintuple helix concept, which in its implementation involves government, academics, economic actors, society and the environment to build creative village synergy. The aim of this service is to provide understanding and provide solutions as an effort to create a developing and creative village. As in Kedungdalem Village, Probolinggo Regency, creating a creative village requires the involvement of various parties and key actors for empowerment. The initial implementation of this service was outreach to the Kedungdalem village community. This community service is carried out using the method of socialization and education to the community by providing counseling. With the existence of a service program regarding the quintuple helix concept, it is hoped that it can create a creative village in Kedungdalem village, especially in implementing the implementation of government policies in creating village innovation.
