<![CDATA[ General election or what is often abbreviated as Election is the process of selecting people to fill certain political positions. These positions are varied, ranging from president, people's representatives at various levels of government, to village heads. At the local level, the means of implementing democracy are called regional head elections or pilkada. Beginner Voters are the basis of voters who use their rights for the first time in the 2020 simultaneous elections. In this community service, the aim is to provide socialization to Wisnuwardhana Malang High School students about the 2020 Beginner Voters "Pilkada in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic". The method used in this study is an empirical legal research method, namely by looking for data obtained directly from the community as the first source through field research, which is carried out either through observation (observation), interviews, or distributing questionnaires in SMA-SMK Wisnuwardhana Malang. The participants of this socialization were 26 students. The result of this community service is that there is a socialization of local election novice voters in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at the Wisnuwardhana High Schools. . While the level of achievement in this program is 90%. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe strategies for prospective female Regional Heads in various socio-cultural limitations of patriarchy. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, this study seeks to present data on the strategy of female regional head candidates in the Regional Head Elections of Batu City, 2017. DewantiRumpoko as a female regional head candidate in the Batu City Election is quite active in attracting support from women to vote for her in this political contest. His efforts produced results with his election as Mayor of Batu elected for the period 2017-2022. Some efforts such as blusukan (observation) or attending face to face with citizens, determining strategic work programs based on gender mainstreaming, approaches based on household needs, special attention and care of a woman who prioritizes deep feelings and imaging as a strong, and independent woman became the right strategy done by Dewanti Rumpoko. ]]>

<![CDATA[Pekerjaan di bidang konsultasi dan konstruksi bangunan cenderung memiliki nilai yang tidak sedikit. Dimana budget yang diberikan oleh pemerintah dalam melakukan pembangunan baik untuk kepentingan dinas yang bersangkutan ataupun untuk fasilitas umum yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat kebanyakan bernilai ratusan juta rupiah. Untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan di bidang jasa konstruksi menjadi tidak mudah. Ada banyak pesaing dalam prakteknya oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengangkat masalah mengenai sistem pemberian pekerjaan/Proyek Jasa Konsultasi dan Konstruksi pada umumnya dan peran serta tanggung jawab pihak terkait dalam pemberian pekerjaan Jasa Konsultasi dan Konstruksi. Sebagai penelitian empiris penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan data di lapangan dan menggali data secara langsung dari pelaksanaan pemberian pekerjaan jasa konstruksi di lapangan yang dilakukan oleh penyedia jasa dan pengguna jasa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa semua pihak terkait baik pemerintah, penyedia jasa konstruksi, pengguna jasa konstruksi, organisasi jasa konstruksi serta, masyarakat memiliki peran yang cukup penting, dimana satu dengan lainnya saling terkait dalam hal proses pengawasan dalam pemberian pekerjaan jasa konstruksi.]]>

<![CDATA[In the Indonesian context, a coalition is formed before the Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections with the aim of winning the candidates carried by the coalition. A coalition that has been formed does not guarantee that the combined parties in the coalition will always support government programs. The problems faced are: (1) What is the practice of political coalitions in the Indonesian Presidential system, and (2) how are the legal implications of political coalitions formed in the 2014 presidential election. In this study, the authors used research that is normative juridical by focusing the research on literature data or secondary data. Based on the results of the theoretical study, the following conclusions can be drawn: The coalition's practice in the presidential system in Indonesia is associated with the electoral system occurs due to the unfulfillment of the voting conditions to propose the pair of presidential candidates and vice presidents. <![CDATA[Abstrak: Perlindungan hukum mengacu pada tindakan, baik lisan maupun tertulis, yang dilakukan untuk melindungi hak dan kepentingan individu atau entitas di dalam sistem hukum. Langkah-langkah ini dapat bersifat preventif atau hukuman. Perlindungan hukum dapat dianggap sebagai aspek independen dari tujuan hukum, yang mencakup gagasan bahwa hukum menjamin keadilan, ketertiban, kepastian, manfaat, dan kedamaian. Masyarakat adat Tengger yang telah eksis sejak masa Negara nusantara dengan corak monarkinya hingga transformasi menjadi Indonesia dengan corak demokrasinya menjadi menarik untuk ditelisik berbagai macam nilai-nilai yang tersemat dalam interaksi sesamanya seperti Kejujuran dan ketulusan masyarakat adat Tengger masih dapat dilihat sampai hari ini sebagai nilai luhur yang tetap dipertahankan. Berbagai upacara adat dan kebudayaan yang memiliki nilai filosofi tersendiri bagi masyarakat adat Tengger. Komposisi demikian menjadikan sebuah pertanyaan bagi kami para tim peneliti untuk melihat bagaimana kedudukan dan pengaruh nilai yang masih dipertahankan oleh masyarakat adat Tengger sebagai anotasi pada anggapan yang berkembang dengan mempertimbangkan kaidah-kaidah nilai yang masih hidup didalamnya yang salah satunya adalah eksistensi dan kedudukan nilai pada Kebudayaan Kasodor sebagai representasi budaya terdeterminan terhadap hukum dan sejauh mana cerminan nilai pada Kebudayaan Kasodor tersebut mendistorsi kecenderungan pemilihan nilai pada norma yang eksis di masyarakat Tengger sebagai variable terpengaruh. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian hukum empiris, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Kebudayaan masyarakat adat Tengger di Kecamatan Tosari serta mengetahui Peran Ketua Adat dalam upaya perlindungan kebudayaan masyarakat adat Tengger. <![CDATA[The aim of this research is to examine the revitalization of BUMDes Ngudi Sejahtera in Ngunut Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province. This research uses a sociological approach and empirical juridical research methods. While secondary data was collected through literature reviews and observations, primary data was collected through interviews and analysis using sociological juridical analysis with stages of data display, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The problem that arises currently is that BUMDes have an important role in exploring, collecting and monitoring village potential, so revitalization initiatives are needed. A professional BUMDes governance structure can contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the local economy as part of local village potential. The aim of revitalizing BUMDes is to increase the role of the organization as a forum for assessing the potential of nearby villages and also to increase the economic independence of the village.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas tinjauan hukum bisnis syariah terhadap penggunaan OVO PayLater, sebuah layanan pembayaran cicilan yang semakin populer di Indonesia. Dengan pertumbuhan pesat teknologi finansial, penting untuk menganalisis kesesuaian OVO PayLater dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, termasuk larangan riba, kejelasan transaksi (gharar), dan tujuan yang halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang meliputi analisis dokumen, wawancara dengan ahli fiqh, serta observasi praktik penggunaannya di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OVO PayLater memiliki potensi untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna, namun juga mengandung risiko yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti keterlambatan pembayaran yang dapat menimbulkan biaya tambahan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi penyedia layanan untuk menerapkan prinsip transparansi dan edukasi kepada pengguna. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengguna dan penyedia layanan dalam memahami implikasi hukum syariah dari penggunaan OVO PayLater.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian migrant workers' legal awareness shows the importance of integrating legal and health literacy to increase their access to basic rights, including health care. The concept of this educational program includes preparing educational materials that are easy to understand, tailored to the literacy level and needs of migrant workers. This educational material not only contains general legal information, but also real case examples to clarify understanding. <![CDATA[Cyberbullying or intimidation in cyberspace has become an increasingly disturbing phenomenon in the current digital era. With increasingly widespread access to online platforms, these actions threaten the emotional well-being of individuals, especially young people. This service reviews the negative impact of cyberbullying on the victim's mental health, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and even the potential for suicide, increasing legal awareness regarding cyberbullying both in civil aspects and statutory regulations. Factors such as anonymity and the vast reach of the internet complicate prevention efforts. Therefore, there is a need for cooperation between parents, educators and online platforms in creating a safe and educational environment for users, as well as implementing stricter regulations to protect individuals from the negative impacts of cyberbullying. This activity aims to provide outreach regarding cyberbullying. The methods used are field surveys, outreach and evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this outreach activity will increase legal awareness. Socialization about cyberbullying at Sriwedari Malang Middle School is an important step to equip students with the understanding and skills needed to deal with cyberspace wisely and responsibly.]]>

<![CDATA[Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are business entities established and owned by the Village with one of the aims of increasing the village's original income. The Tulungagung Regency Government has implemented facilities for the formation of Village BUMs in 257 villages which are divided into the advanced category of 41 Village BUMs. One of the villages in Tulungagung Regency which has quite large local potential is Ngunut village. Along with the increasing number of local industrial sectors in Ngunut Village that have economic value, BUMDes in Ngunut village are still not being utilized optimally by some village communities. The aim of the research is to find out how the strategy for developing Ngudi Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprises is to improve community welfare in Ngunut Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. The type of research in this research is empirical legal research or sociological legal research and can also be called field research. The approach method used in this research is a sociological juridical approach. The village government's efforts in developing an independent village strategy are by increasing sales of Ngunut Village community products, namely the production of agricultural equipment.
