Abstract

Data in the world states that 462 million are underweight, 47 million children under the age of 5 are wasting,14.3 million are very thin, and 144 million are stunting. Previous study reports about 45% of child deaths<5 years are related to malnutrition—the study aim to analyzing the relationship between poverty andnutritional status of the toddler in Indonesia ecologically. The study used secondary data from the officialreport of the Indonesia Ministry of Health. The study takes all provinces as samples. Moreover, the studyused the percentage of poor people as an independent variable. On the other hand, the researchers analyzedthree other variables as dependent variables: the proportion of underweight toddlers, the proportion ofstunting toddlers, and the proportion of wasting toddlers. The study examined the data using a scatter plot todetermine the relationship. The results show that the greater the percentage of an underweight toddler in acountry, the higher the proportion of underweight toddler in that region. Meanwhile, the more significant theproportion of the deprived population in an area, the more considerable proportion of stunting in that area.Moreover, the higher the poor people in the province, the higher the proportion of wasting in that province.The study concluded that poverty has a relationship with nutrition status of the toddler in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, etos kerja, pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling berjumlah 49 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari karyawan PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya dan data sekunder yaitu data absensi karyawan PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa Karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya memiliki disiplin kerja, etos kerja, pelatihan, dan kinerja yang tinggi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and improve the quality of services, marketing relationships and switching handling of customers loyalty at Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro. In addition to test and handle changes in service quality, relationship and handling either partially or simultaneously to customer loyalty at Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro Regency. Sampling technique using accidental sampling is sampling is done by giving a questionnaire to the customers encountered at the time. In this study the number of samples obtained as much as 100 customers. The method used is descriptive statistics and type of this research is expalanatory research. The result of data analysis shows the variable of service quality, marketing reliability, handling switching to customer loyalty of Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro Regency in good condition. Quality of service, marketing relationships, handling of switching simultaneously significantly influence customer loyalty Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro regency. Service quality partially has a significantly influence on customer loyalty, while marketing relations and handling of switching is partially insignificant to customer loyalty at Bank BRI Kedungadem Bojonegoro Regency. Abstract

The potential of the domestic shipyards market in serving the shipbuilding industry and also to contribute or supply marine transportation is very large market opened, it can be seen by high sea transport demand for domestic/local sea transportation and international as well. Competition between shipyards on shipbuilding industry is also tight increasingly, so it becomes a new challenge and demands for each shipyard to be able to keep loyal customers or seize the new market accordingly. Therefore, strategic steps are quite needed by each shipyard to survive and compete in the shipping business industry. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of variables to the customers loyalty of PT PAL Indonesia. This research uses explanatory research, quantitative approach with path analysis by using SPSS tool software. Population in this research is entire customer PT PAL Indonesia Persero Surabaya with total 60 companies/agencies. Results of analysis and hypothesis proved that direct or indirect was giving positive results which means it found significant influence accordingly.

Abstract

Human resource management in the regional apparatus organization (OPD) plays a role in managing human resources as the subject of policy and activity implementers. The success of an organization to achieve its best performance level is influenced by leadership style. High employee satisfaction supports the smooth working process. Organizational culture has a significant impact on long-term performance. Self efficacy improves job satisfaction and employee performance. The type of research is a statement using a questionnaire as a tool to retrieve data. Using exsplanatory research with sample of 93 employees through path analysis method. Based on the results of model analysis, the empirical casual relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, self efficacy and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Surabaya.

Abstract

The hospital is an integral part of the overall healthcare system serving patients with different types of services that had the task of implementing the health effort in succeeded to by giving priority to curative and rehabilitative efforts undertaken in harmony and integrated with promotif and preventive efforts. The method of the research is an explanatory research, and the approach used is quantitative. The scope of human resource management is about the influence of training control system on behavior and its impact on employees performance. The sample in this study is 100 employees Darmo Hospital Surabaya. Based on the description of the respondents against the research questionnaire, that there are 35,66 % of Darmo Hospital Surabaya employee performance is still bellow standard. The training and system control influence the behavior of employees, the employees behavoir have an effect on e is significantly to employees performance, the training and system control have on significant effect to the employees performance. The training and system control are through employee behavoir have an significantly effect to employees performance.

Abstract

This study tried to analyze the quality of service and accessibility to patient loyalty at the Cempaka Room in Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Surabaya. This study used 50 patients who visited patients at the Cempaka Room in Mitra Keluarga Hospital Surabaya as the study sample. The research method uses quantitative methods. The results showed service quality and simultaneous accessibility to patient loyalty. Service quality and accessibility are significantly significant for patient loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of Quality of Nursing Service, Hospital Image and Value of Patient Satisfaction in Inpatient Installation of Haji General Hospital Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale size of 1 - 5 which was distributed to respondents who were hospitalized in the Inpatient Installation of General Hospital Haji Surabaya as many as 90 people. Based on the results of the hypothesis test t, it shows that the variable quality of nursing services has a significance value of 0,000, the image of the hospital has a significant value of 0.021 and the value has a significance value of 0.020 which means that the significance value is <0.1 so it can be concluded the quality of nursing services hospitals and grades have a partially influence on patient satisfaction. The F test results are known that the significance value is 0,000 <0,1 so that it can be interpreted that the quality of nursing services, hospital image and value simultaneous positive effect on patient satisfaction Keywords: quality of nursing service, hospital image, value, patient satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the relationship between compensation factors, leadership, coworkers, organizational policies (agencies), the work itself to the work motivation of employees of Bojonegoro District Public Works Department. To know and analyze the influence of compensation factor, leadership, coworkers, organization policy (agency), work itself partially to work motivation of employee of Bojonegoro District Public Works Department. The population in this study is all employees of the Office of Bojonegoro District Public Works Department as many as 109 employees. Technique used in this research is purposive sampling that take sample research based on certain criterion. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The result of data analysis shows the compensation and job factors respectively partially have significant effect on employee work motivation of Bojonegoro District Public Works Department, and factors of leadership, coworkers and policy organization (institution) partially have no significant effect on employee work motivation. Compensation factors, leadership, coworkers, organizational policies (agencies), and the work itself simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work motivation of Bojonegoro District Public Works Department. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the ShariÔÇÖa People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 50 people. To analyze which variables between functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a dominant and significant effect on the career development of employees of the marketing department of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously functional training, HR competency and motivation had a significant influence on the career development of marketing division employees at the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2) Partially functional training, HR competency and motivation have a significant influence on the career development of marketing division employees at the Syariah Community Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.
