Abstract

The book of Managing Millennials as a whole is not arranged like a textbook that is heavy to read and study. The sentences arranged in it seem straightforward and effective and encourage readers persuasively to be able to understand millennials from a different point of view. The adaptation tips and recipes presented also have the impression of being very practical and easy to implement in a corporate and organizational environment.In the present, this book is still very relevant because millennials still dominate the employment today. In addition, the generation after millennials, namely those born above 2000, the way of handling is also still relatively the same as millennials themselves. So that managers and leaders of the organization are still recommended to read this book.The author of this book who is a military veteran but has an MBA education background, and has experience as a consultant in various companies in which there are elements of the millennial generation, tends to choose sentences with a predominance of command words that arouse the spirit of the reader. So for readers who come from among practitioners, this book is very suitable and light enough to be read repeatedly before being practiced to the real world. But for readers from academics, this book can be a short and concise reference alternative for teaching or for students who are doing research.

Abstract

The purpose of this development is to create an interactive learning media for Automatic Electronic Electronic Configuration based on Articulate Storyline that is feasible and effective to use to achieve maximum student learning outcomes in science subjects with class IX electron configuration material at SMP Negeri 1 Wonoayu Sidoarjo during the COVID-19 pandemic. 19. The product is in the form of an Html5 application for ONLINE learning and flash/CD for OFFLINE learning. This study utilizes the ADDIE development model which consists of five interrelated stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the development of interactive learning media for Automatic Electronic Electronic Configuration based on the assessment of content experts on average 98.95%, media experts 89.73%, and design experts 92.26%. The assessment belongs to the very good criteria and the very feasible category. The results of the expert's assessment are relevant to the impact of learning on student learning outcomes which show classical completeness of 88.13%.AbstrakTujuan dari pengembangan ini yaitu menciptakan media pembelajaran interaktif Konfigurasi Elektron Elektronik Otomatis yang berbasis Articulate Storyline yang layak serta efektif digunakan untuk mencapai hasil belajar peserta didik secara maksimal pada mata pelajaran IPA dengan materi konfigurasi elektron kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Wonoayu Sidoarjo di masa pandemi COVID- 19. Produk berbentuk aplikasi Html5 pada pembelajaran DARING dan flashdisk/CD untuk pembelajaran LURING. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yang saling berkaitan, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil Pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif Konfigurasi Elektron Elektronik Otomatis berdasarkan penilaian ahli isi rata-rata sebesar 98,95%, ahli media 89,73%, dan ahli desain 92,26%. Penilaian tersebut tergolong dalam kriteria yang sangat baik dan kategori yang sangat layak. Hasil penilaian para ahli relevan dengan dampak pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik yang menunjukkan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 88,13%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas atau mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Guru dapat meningkatkan aktivitas anak didiknya melalui pembelajaran yang berbasis masalah dan penemuan. Untuk ini maka perlu adanya strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai. strategi pembelajaran yang mengacu pada suatu cara untuk mempertanyakan, mencari pengetahuan, informasi, mempelajari suatu gejala dan memecahkan suatu masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 2 macam instrument yaitu (1) Tes motivasi belajar, dan (2) Tes Hasil Belajar. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis statistik yang dipergunakan dalam menganalisis data penelitian yaitu digunakan teknik analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh strategi PBL dan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VI, (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VI, (3) Ada interaksi strategi PBL dan metode konvensional serta motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan strategi PBL dan motivasi belajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi PBL dapat dijadikan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a productive vocational program model to shape the entrepreneurial character of graduates. The design applied in this research is research and development. The results of the application of the research and development approach, in the areas of expertise in Technology and Engineering, Tourism, and Business and Management, can develop a productive vocational program learning model that includes three aspects, namely learning materials, learning methods, and evaluation of productive learning outcomes. Learning materials need to be designed by focusing on productive activities (making or creating products, both goods and services) that emphasize the entrepreneurial character, learning methods are assignment or project-work, and evaluation of learning outcomes needs to apply performance evaluation techniques by emphasizing process and product evaluation. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested: to ensure that vocational graduates enter DU/DI and work independently, it is necessary to be equipped with entrepreneurial productive competencies; and so that the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship can be put into real practice in DU/DI or starting a business, it is necessary to choose a learning model that is considered effective to be applied in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of concept map learning, problem solving and achievement motivation on Indonesian language learning outcomes. The method used in this research is experimental. The research population was all students of Class IX SMPN I and SMPN 2 Sidoarjo. As a sample, the students of Class IX A and B are 123 students. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant difference in Indonesian language learning outcomes between those taught using the concept map learning model and those taught problem solving by Class IX students at SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 Sidoarjo, (2) there was a significant difference in the results. learning Indonesian between students who have high achievement motivation and students who have low achievement motivation for Class IX students of SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 Sidoarjo, and (3) there is an interaction between concept map learning methods, problem solving and achievement motivation on the acquisition Indonesian language learning outcomes for Class IX students at SMPN 1 and SMPN 2 Sidoarjo. Based on the research results, the following suggestions can be made: (1) the application of the concept map method can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process, and (2) teachers should be able to be more creative in creating a pleasant atmosphere in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this development is to produce an English Language Learning Interactive Media. The selection of this model is based on the consideration that this model is easy to understand, developed systematically, and is based on the theoretical foundation of the developed learning design. The development process involves (1) learning design experts (2) content experts in the field of study (3) small group trials to provide feedback and input for improvements. The results of this development research are that this interactive media product has a material feasibility level of 90%, learning design feasibility is 94% and small group trials are 90% with very decent qualifications and does not need to be revised. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that using Interactive Learning Media can improve English learning outcomes. The implication of this research is that Learning Interactive Media can be used as a way to improve English learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out (1) to test the differences between the Inquiry Method and the conventional method on English Learning Outcomes, (2) To test the differences in learning styles on English Learning Outcomes, and (3) To test the effect of the interaction between the Inquiry Method and the Inquiry Method conventional and learning styles on English Learning Outcomes. This quantitative research uses the experimental method. The data analysis technique in this study was a two-way analysis of variance test using SPSS 25. The research design used was a 2x3 factorial design. Based on the results of the data analysis are: (1) Application of the Inquiry Method and Convention Method with a significance value of less than α <0.05, namely 0.000, so that it can be explained that there are differences in the English Learning Outcomes of class VII students of SMPN 48 Surabaya who are taught using Inquiry and Direct Instruction Methods, (2) Audio, Visual and Kinesthetic Learning Styles of students with a significance value of less than α <0.05, namely 0.000, meaning that there are differences in the English Learning Outcomes of class VII students of SMPN 48 Surabaya, and (3 ) the inquiry interaction method and the convention method with a significant value less than α <0.05, namely 0.001, so that there is an interaction between the inquiry method and the convention method and the Audio, Visual and Kinesthetic Learning Styles on the English Learning Outcomes of Class VII students of SMPN 48 Surabaya. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that using the Inquiry Method and Learning Styles could improve English Learning Outcomes. The implication of this research is that the Inquiry Method can be used as a way to improve English learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abad 21 menuntut pada para pengajar untuk menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang berbasis masalah nyata. Project Based Learning adalah salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang dianjurkan, namun masih belum banyak proses pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam bentuk proyek yang banyak melibatkan mahasiswa dalam aktivitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin meneliti tentang Aktivitas WISE yang mengarah kepada kebiasaan mahasiswa bertanya, mencari, berkolaborasi dan berkomunikasi agar nanti mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan critis, creative, collaboration, communication (4Cs). Sejalan dengan hal tersebut strategi project based learning merupakan strategi yang mendukung aktivitas WISE. Keserasian ini juga terkait dengan gaya kognitif mahasiswa yang mempertimbangkan gaya berpikirnya, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari pengaruh penggunaan strategi Project Based Learning dengan menggunakan aktivitas WISE dan Gaya Kognitif terhadap kemampuan 4Cs pada mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1, mendapatkan F=7,68 dengan probabilitas=0,007<0,05, artinya kemampuan 4Cs lebih baik antara PjBL-WISE dari PjBL-tanpa WISE. Hipotesis 2, nilai F=34,21 dengan probabilitas=0,000<0,05 artinya mahasiswa yang memiliki Gaya Kognitif Filed Independence lebih baik kemampuan 4Cs dari mahasiswa yang memiliki Gaya Kognitif Filed dependence. Hipotesis 3, nilai F=0,98 dengan probabilitas=0,323>0,05 artinya tidak adanya interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap kemampuan 4Cs.

Abstract

Guru untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensinya dalam bidang penelitian. Untuk mendukung pengembangan profesi dan literasi digital guru, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui Workshop Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mendeley Bagi Guru SMAN 6 Surabaya yang dapat membantu guru dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Dalam kegiatan ini, tim PPM mengadakan Workshop Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mendeley Dalam Kegiatan Penelitian Bagi Guru SMAN 6 Surabaya secara luring. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dibagi menjadi dua sesi, yaitu presentasi dan praktik. Pada sesi presentasi, Pemateri menyampaikan manfaat dan pentingnya aplikasi Mendeley. Kemudian, pada sesi praktik, tim PPM memperagakan dan mendampingi para guru untuk menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Hasilnya, guru-guru berhasil mencoba menyusun daftar pustaka menggunakan Mendeley untuk meningkatkan kualitas karya tulis ilmiahnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membina kepuasan kerja guru di UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Takisung Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian dengan kualiatif melalui studi analisis. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dengan reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan sedangkan keabsahan data dengan triangilasi dan konfirmasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: sebagai pelaksana pendidikan, kepala sekolah mengembangkan program keagamaan. Sebagai evaluator, kepala sekolah secara terbuka menangani permasalahan dengan melakukan evaluasi rutin melalui forum Coffee Morning setiap Senin. Sebagai pelatih, kepala sekolah mendorong sumber daya manusia termasuk guru untuk mengembangkan kompetensinya. Sebagai pembimbing, kepala sekolah aktif memimpin kegiatan keagamaan seperti shalat berjamaah dan maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW, serta mengkoordinasikan program-program keagamaan lainnya. Sebagai motivator, kepala sekolah mendorong semangat gotong royong dan saling membantu melalui kegiatan "Jum'at bersih" dan tradisi Batamat Al-Qur'an
