Abstract

This observe examines the software of the standards of simplicity, velocity, and occasional price within Indonesian civil procedural regulation, especially concerning the submitting of reconvention as a counter-claim. those ideas are critical for the management of justice, as mandated with the aid of Article 2 paragraph (four) of law No. forty eight of 2009 on Judicial strength. Reconvention, which is a counter-declare made through the defendant against the plaintiff inside the same case, holds massive potential for embodying these three ideas. The studies employs a literature assessment method, studying numerous prison texts, policies, and case research of reconvention practices across extraordinary courts. Findings suggest that reconvention methods, when filed alongside the defendant's reaction and addressed in a single series of hearings, can exemplify the precept of simplicity by means of keeping off complex processes, the principle of speed by way of shortening trial periods, and the precept of low value through preventing the duplication of prices.Case studies conducted at the Sidrap Religious Court and in land dispute cases demonstrate the effectiveness of reconvention in enhancing judicial efficiency. The study concludes that reconvention serves as an effective procedural law tool for achieving the principles of simplicity, speed, and low cost, while also emphasizing the need to uphold the principles of justice and legal certainty in its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly analyze the effectiveness of the peer teaching method in improving basic passing skills during basketball training for novice players. The research approach used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design employing a one-group pretest-posttest model. The research sample consisted of 50 junior high school students who actively participated in extracurricular basketball training programs. The instrument used was a passing skills test administered before and after the application of the peer teaching method over a four-week period. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the average passing skill scores of students after the implementation of the peer teaching method. These findings imply that the peer teaching approach can serve as an effective and efficient training strategy in developing early-stage basketball athletes.

Abstract

Pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Timbang Lawan merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang tetap memperhatikan aspek kelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran masyarakat lokal dalam mengelola pariwisata berbasis edukasi serta menekankan pentingnya kesadaran lingkungan bagi wisatawan maupun penduduk desa. Melalui pendekatan observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa kegiatan pariwisata di Desa Timbang Lawan tidak hanya memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga mendorong terbentuknya sikap peduli lingkungan melalui program edukasi, seperti pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga menjadi produk bernilai guna serta pelestarian ekosistem sekitar kawasan wisata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pariwisata berbasis masyarakat dengan prinsip keberlanjutan mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup penduduk lokal, memperkuat identitas desa sebagai destinasi wisata ramah lingkungan, sekaligus mendukung terwujudnya pariwisata berkelanjutan yang berorientasi pada generasi mendatang.
