Abstract

The Eco-Pesantren program comes as a strategy to create a clean, healthy, and environmentally friendly pesantren ecosystem. This study aims to analyze innovations in the implementation of the Eco-Pesantren program and its contribution to the formation of environmentally friendly santri characters at Pesantren Darunnajah Bogor. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The main informants include pesantren managers, educators, and students who are actively involved in environmental conservation activities. The data analysis technique refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Eco-Pesantren program effectively fosters the character of students who care about the environment through various activities such as waste management, recycling practices, organic farming, ecoliteracy training, and pesantren garden management. The values of Islamic teachings, especially the concept of khalifah fil ardh (caretaker of the earth), strengthen the internalization of ecological awareness among santri. The positive impact of this program is reflected not only in the daily behavior of santri, but also in their increased contribution to the surrounding social environment.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) berperan penting dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui pengelolaan tenaga kerja secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis peran strategis, operasional, dan administratif MSDM dalam meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas fungsi MSDM seperti perencanaan, rekrutmen, pelatihan, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir. Tantangan eksternal seperti kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan sosial budaya turut memengaruhi implementasi MSDM. Oleh karena itu, MSDM dituntut untuk beradaptasi secara strategis guna meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Implikasinya, organisasi perlu mengadopsi inovasi dalam pengelolaan SDM untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan harmonis.

Abstract

Digitalization in education encourages teachers to adapt in creating learning experiences that are relevant and meet the needs of students in the technological era. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education. AI supports teachers by providing tools that promote creativity and innovation in teaching. This study uses a qualitative literature review approach to analyze the development of AI technology in supporting learning, identify types of AI that can enhance teachers' creativity and innovation, and explore the challenges and opportunities of using AI in education. The findings of the study indicate thatAI plays a crucial role in supporting teachers' creativity and innovation. It helps enhance the quality of learning through tools that enable personalization and efficiency in the teaching process. Although AI holds great potential, its implementation in education still faces challenges, such as limited training for teachers and the risk of over-dependence on technology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi optimalisasi sumber dana dan pengelolaan keuangan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs PUI Tenajar Lor, Indramayu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah memanfaatkan dana BOS, infaq tahunan, syahriyah, serta mengembangkan sumber alternatif seperti koperasi dan peternakan kambing. Pengelolaan dilakukan melalui perencanaan RAPBS, pelaksanaan, pencatatan digital, monitoring, dan pelaporan transparan. Sistem keuangan digital dan keterlibatan seluruh elemen memperkuat akuntabilitas dan partisipasi. Dampaknya terlihat pada peningkatan sarana prasarana, kesejahteraan guru, dan pembelajaran digital. Tantangan seperti keterlambatan pembayaran diatasi dengan dana cadangan, kerja sama eksternal, dan strategi penagihan persuasif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya tata kelola keuangan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan kolaboratif guna mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan bermutu, terutama di madrasah swasta dengan keterbatasan dana.

Abstract

Teacher career development is a strategic aspect in improving the quality of education, especially in today's dynamic digital era. However, career development for teachers faces various challenges, such as the need to adapt to technological advancements, changes in educational policies, and increasingly complex professional competency demands. This study aims to analyze the strategies and challenges of continuous professional development (CPD) for teachers in the digital age. The method used in this research is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, books, research reports, and academic publications. The literature was analyzed based on thematic relevance, research methodology, key findings, and provided recommendations. The results show that teacher career development through the CPD approach is crucial for enhancing teachers’ competencies in a sustainable manner. Supporting factors include training, motivation, education, digital technology, and regulatory support such as the Teacher and Lecturer Law. The challenges encountered include inefficiencies in the career development documentation system and the still low level of professionalism among some teachers. Nevertheless, the digital era also presents significant opportunities through online learning platforms, digital certification, and professional networking collaborations that can accelerate the teacher career development process.
