Abstract

This study aims to formulate financing management strategies in Islamic educational institutions, specifically at Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an Al-Harun, using a SWOT analysis approach. The analysis explores the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the institution's financing management. The findings indicate that the institution's dependency on family donors is a major weakness, while the loyalty of family donors represents a strength that needs to be maximized. The study also identifies significant opportunities to expand external networks and diversify funding sources, which can strengthen the institution's financial stability. The recommended strategies include diversifying funding sources, implementing technology-based budget management, and enhancing human resources capacity in financial management. By consistently applying the results of the SWOT analysis, Rumah Tahfidz Qur'an Al-Harun is expected to develop a sustainable and adaptive financing system in response to ongoing changes.

Abstract

This study evaluates the inclusive education practices for children with special needs (CSN) at Hayat School, focusing on the integration of Islamic values in educational management. The main objective of this study is to create a fair and inclusive learning environment that accommodates all students without discrimination. A qualitative approach was used in this research, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of inclusive education. The findings indicate that challenges in managing inclusive classrooms include the need to stabilize the emotions of students with diverse needs. Teachers face difficulties in maintaining student engagement due to the unstable mood changes of CSN students. Therefore, adopting teaching methods and maintaining a continuous focus are crucial for fostering an inclusive atmosphere. In the student assessment system, Hayat School implements tailored examination methods for CSN, supporting inclusivity in the evaluation process. In conclusion, inclusive educational management requires ongoing professional development for educators, with teaching strategies that enhance empathy and understanding among regular students toward their peers with special needs. These efforts are essential to ensure that CSN develop academically and socially alongside their peers in an inclusive environment.

Abstract

This research explores the role of ontology as a philosophical foundation in shaping contemporary educational theory. Ontology, which focuses on the nature of reality and existence, has profound implications for teaching methods, curriculum design and evaluation of learning outcomes. This study highlights that ontological assumptions influence how knowledge is understood and implemented in educational contexts, especially in the complex digital age. Using a qualitative approach and desk research, this study reveals that ontology in education includes not only an understanding of physical reality but also the complex interactions between humans, technology and the environment. The results show that a more holistic, integrative and contextual ontological approach is needed to face today's educational challenges, such as character education and inclusion. In conclusion, critical reflection on the ontological assumptions underlying educational practices is essential for curriculum development that is more adaptive, relevant and responsive to global change.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of therapeutic communication in Islamic counseling guidance to address career anxiety faced by Generation Z. Utilizing a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, this study integrates data from relevant scholarly journals, articles, and textbooks. The analysis was conducted using thematic techniques to identify the key concepts of therapeutic communication and its relevance to career counseling in Islam. The findings indicate that therapeutic communication plays a significant role in building empathetic relationships between counselors and clients through elements such as empathy, openness, and active listening. In the Islamic context, this approach emphasizes spiritual values such as tawakal (trust in God), rahmah (compassion), and ikhtiar (effort), which help Generation Z face career anxiety more calmly and purposefully. A holistic approach that integrates spiritual and psychological values is also proven effective in assisting clients in overcoming career dilemmas and building their confidence. This study concludes that the integration of therapeutic communication in Islamic counseling guidance can provide holistic solutions to the career challenges of Generation Z. It not only focuses on psychological issues but also strengthens the clients' spiritual relationship with God, creating emotional balance and providing motivation to face life’s challenges.
