Abstract

Human resources in an organization are a very important determinant of the effectiveness of activities within the organization. Human resources in an organization are people who provide their energy, talent and creativity to the organization. Every organization always tries to improve employee performance, with the hope that the goals of the organization will be achieved. This study aims to determine whether compensation and career development have a significant effect on the performance of private employees in Pekanbaru. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population is 32 employees and all of them are used as samples. The results of the study show that compensation and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and career ladder partially have a significant effect on employee performance. For leaders, further improve the provision of compensation in the organization so that employee performance becomes better. Keywords: Compensation, Career Ladder, Performance

Abstract

Online marketing media with creative and educational displays containing comprehensive information about prices, promotions, product quality, and secure payment methods have captured consumer interest. However, not everyone is inclined to make purchases on online platforms due to distrust or uncertainty. Additionally, difficulties in online transactions and concerns about receiving incorrect orders contribute to consumer hesitancy. To continuously attract consumer interest in online shopping, online business practitioners are required to employ various effective and efficient online marketing (digital marketing) strategies. This applies not only to online entrepreneurs but also to traditional entrepreneurs in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Presently, numerous online product ordering applications offer various promotions and service conveniences to indulge consumers. With just a smartphone, consumers can conveniently order desired products to be delivered to their addresses and pay upon the arrival of the goods. This research analyzes the extent of the influence of online marketing on consumer decisions to purchase products in traditional retail stores in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The conclusion of this research indicates that changes in marketing can be made in four aspects: product changes involve providing goods that meet the needs and arranging them in an orderly and attractive manner. Price changes include setting prices according to market affordability and offering price options. Promotion changes involve word-of-mouth promotions, advertising placements, discounts, and gifts. Service and facility changes include improvements in friendly and polite services, providing comfortable spaces, and offering credit purchase facilities

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nahdhatul Islam in Mandau District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional competence on the performance of MTs teachers in Mandau District. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the professional competence variable (X), it was obtained that t count (4.117) was greater than the t table value (2.035) with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05. So it can be concluded that teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance at MTs in Mandau District. The R. Square (R2) value is 0.339 or 33.9%, so the percentage of contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 0.33.9 or 33.9% while the remaining 66.1% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. The recommendation that can be submitted is that the teacher's professional competence variable must carry out continuous scientific development for a better learning plan in order to improve teacher performance at MTs in Mandau District.

Abstract

Based on the test results on the work environment variables have a significant effect on employee productivity in the Production Division of the Saudara Ngadjunjung Rasa (Sdr) Bread Factory in Kualu Village, Kampar Regency, this is proven based on the t-test found t-count is greater than t-table (4.981> 2.017). The magnitude of the influence of the work environment variables on the productivity variable is 0.366 (36.6%) this is proven based on the results of the determination test where the R2 value is 0.366. The recommendation that can be submitted is for the company to further improve and fix the lighting problem in the workplace because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

Camping-based tourism development is an effort to positively impact community income. This community service project aims to identify strategies for developing camping-based tourism in Batu Bersurat Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The method used in this community service project is a SWOT analysis to measure the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of camping-based tourism development to increase the economic income of the Batu Bersurat Village community, Kampar Regency. Based on the community service team's analysis, a) the potential natural resources of the Batu Bersurat Village tourist attraction can be utilized to develop various nature tourism activities, such as camping, and others. This can increase the local community's economic income. b) various promotional activities for camping-based tourism in Batu Bersurat Village, Kampar Regency, including marketing the local community's potential, and c) optimizing the role of tourism awareness groups (POKDARWIS) to collectively increase visits to tourist attractions around Batu Bersurat Village, Kampar Regency, thereby impacting the community's economy.ABSTRAKPengembangan Wisata Berbasis Camping merupakan suatu upaya agar mampu menghadirkan efek yang menguntungkan dalam mendorong peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk menelusuri strategi pengembangan wisata berbasis kegiatan camping di Desa Batu Bersurat, Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar, Kabupaten Kampar. Metode yang diterapkan dalam program pengabdian ini memakai pendekatan Analisis SWOT guna menilai unsur Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman dalam pengembangan wisata berkonsep camping untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan ekonomi warga Desa Batu Bersurat, Kabupaten Kampar. Berdasarkan temuan analisis dari tim pengabdian, diketahui bahwa: a) Potensi sumber daya alam yang dimiliki Objek Wisata Desa Batu Bersurat dapat diberdayakan untuk merancang beragam aktivitas wisata alam, seperti kegiatan camping, dan sebagainya. Hal tersebut dapat meningkat ekonomi pendapatan masyarakat setempat. b) Mengadakan berbagai kegiatan sebagai media promosi mengenai objek wisata berbasis camping di Desa Batu Bersurat Kabupaten Kampar, termasuk dalam memasarkan potensi hebat yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat setempat, serta c) Mengoptimalkan peran kelompok sadar wisata (POKDARWIS) untuk bersama-sama meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan ke objek wisata disekitar Desa Batu Bersurat Kabupaten Kampar sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.
