Abstract

Screen printing t-shirt business on a large scale level can be included as a manufacturing business. In the screen printing t-shirt business, business actors often focus more on t-shirt production and printing designs, so that the container for customer information is often overlooked. With more and more customers in the screen printing t-shirt business, businesses often take up their time in serving and providing information to customers. The media that customers usually use in asking for information is usually via WhatsApp. The implementation of customer service using whatsapp bots in screen printing t-shirt businesses is expected to be a solution so that good relations are maintained between customers and businesses.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut lembaga pendidikan dan sosial beradaptasi melalui pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana komunikasi dan publikasi. Yayasan Riyadhul Jannah Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul masih menghadapi kendala karena belum memiliki media digital terintegrasi, sehingga informasi kegiatan sulit diakses dan komunikasi dengan masyarakat kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga pendekatan, yaitu pendidikan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan tentang pentingnya transformasi digital, difusi ipteks berupa perancangan dan pembuatan website yayasan, serta pelatihan teknis bagi pengurus agar mampu mengelola konten secara mandiri. Website yang dihasilkan memuat profil, program, dan dokumentasi kegiatan yayasan sehingga menjadi solusi atas keterbatasan publikasi dan memperluas jangkauan informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan website dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif, sementara pengurus memperoleh keterampilan baru dalam pengelolaan konten, sehingga keberlanjutan pemanfaatannya dapat terjamin. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan produk teknologi informasi berupa website, tetapi juga mendorong peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yayasan serta memperkuat eksistensi lembaga di era digital..

Abstract

Bengkel Namura merupakan sebuah retail yang bergerak di bidang penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor, seperti busi, aki, oli, bengkel Namura setiap hari banyak terjadi transaksi pada penjualannya namun data tersebut tidak dimanfaatkan untuk informasi bisnis dan strategi bisnis, bengkel Namura juga memiliki kendala dalam menentukan promosi produk dan tidak mengetahui pola pembelian produk yang paling diminati, hal ini apabila dibiarkan akan mengalami kendala pada produsen bengkel karena tidak memanfaatkan sumber data yang ada sebagai informasi atau detail yang baru, Menemukan pola asosiasi produk yang paling umum untuk dijadikan panduan dalam bundling promosi dan mengidentifikasi tren pembelian merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Algoritma apriori yang menggunakan teknik asosiasi untuk mengidentifikasi pola pada data transaksi untuk digunakan sebagai aturan menghasilkan tiga aturan tertinggi yaitu sebagai berikut: jika anda membeli kampas rem, anda akan membeli oli Mpx dengan lift ratio sebesar 2.110874 dan nilai support sebesar 0.091667 serta confidence 0.492537. Jika Anda membeli oli Mpx, Anda juga akan membeli oli gardan dengan rasio daya angkat sebesar 2,542373, tetapi jika Anda membeli oli gardan, Anda akan membeli oli Mpx dengan nilai dukungan sebesar 0,097222 dan keyakinan 0,593220 serta rasio daya angkat sebesar 2,542373.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service aims to increase moral and ethical awareness in the digital era among teenagers from the Al-Lathifah Mosque Youth Association, West Cikarang, through a structured and interactive counseling program. In its implementation, community service involves four main steps: preparation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, surveys and discussions were carried out to determine teenagers' needs regarding digital ethics. Next, at the planning stage, outreach materials are prepared thoroughly and delivery methods are chosen carefully. The outreach includes lectures, group discussions, and interactive activities designed to strengthen understanding and application of digital ethics in everyday life. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to measure changes in participants' understanding and attitudes. The results of this research show that there is a significant increase in digital moral and ethical awareness among teenagers after attending the counseling. This program has also succeeded in creating an environment that supports the development of better character. Thus, this outreach program has made a positive contribution to increasing digital moral and ethical awareness and could be an example for similar programs in the future.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has an impact on every field, one of which is the development of the world of education. Developments in the world of education can be seen in learning methods, including teaching and learning processes that are currently easily accessible for teachers and students. In the field of education, new learning methods such as the Moodle-based Learning management system are used to facilitate the teaching and learning process, but there is no implementation of a learning management system to manage online learning activities at SMK Negeri 1 Tambelang, Bekasi Regency. In this service, the implementation of the learning management system was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Tembelang, Bekasi Regency. The Learning Management System is proven to facilitate the teaching and learning process for teachers and students at SMK Negeri 1 Tambelang, Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the ability of IT Insan Kamil Cikarang Middle School teachers in conducting learning evaluations using the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Teachers will be given training and an introduction to CBT and given practice to create questions and enter them into the CBT platform. The training method used is a competency-based training approach using demonstration methods and hands-on practice in learning. The results of this training indicate an increase in teacher competency in designing, developing, and implementing information technology-based learning evaluations. It is hoped that this program can increase effectiveness and efficiency in learning evaluation, as well as increase student motivation in learning. Challenges that need to be overcome include the lack of understanding and use of technology by teachers and students, and the need for the right approach in implementing CBT. This program is expected to provide greater benefits for teachers and students.

Abstract

UKM XYZ is a computer embroidery service business. Based on observations and interviews with the head of production, computer embroidery machines often experience problems and cause machine downtime every month which can cause losses. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of computer embroidery machines using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and identify the causes of losses using the Six Big Losses. After knowing the cause of the low effectiveness of the machine, the next step is to identify it using the Fishbone Diagram, then provide suggestions for improvement. The results showed that the calculation of OEE resulted in an average value of 76.46%, in the context of JIPM standards categorized as “MEDIUM”, the calculation of Six Big Losses the cause of the highest losses is Reduced Speed Losses with a value of 15.57% and Idling & Minor Stoppage Losses as much as 13.34%. Based on the Fishbone Diagram analysis, the proposed improvements to increase effectiveness are providing training to operators, conducting a daily checklist of machines, ensuring materials according to specifications and machine capabilities, implementing a preventive maintenance system, implementing a 5 R work culture.
