Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Pesantren Al-Wathoniyah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan remaja di melalui program pelatihan. Literasi keuangan sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang efektif. Namun, banyak santri di pesantren ini memiliki pengetahuan yang terbatas tentang anggaran, menabung, dan perencanaan keuangan. Inisiatif ini menggabungkan pendekatan tradisional dan digital untuk mendidik santri tentang pengelolaan keuangan, dengan fokus pada membedakan kebutuhan dan keinginan, menggunakan teknologi keuangan secara bijak, serta membentuk pola pikir perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang. Pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil menunjukkan dampak positif pada pemahaman santri terhadap konsep literasi keuangan, sehingga mereka lebih siap mengelola keuangan secara bijak dan menghadapi tantangan di masa depanKata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan; Pengelolaan Keuangan; perencanaan keuangan; Remaja. This study aims to improve financial literacy among adolescents at Pondok Pesantren Al-Wathoniyah through training programs. Financial literacy is essential for making informed decisions and managing resources effectively. However, many students at the pesantren have limited knowledge about budgeting, saving, and financial planning. This initiative combines traditional and digital approaches to educate students about financial management, focusing on differentiating needs from wants, using financial technology wisely, and fostering a mindset of long-term financial planning. The training included lectures, group discussions, and financial management simulations. Results indicate a positive impact on students’ understanding of financial literacy concepts, equipping them to manage their finances prudently and prepare for future challenges. Abstract

The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) aims to increase educational synergy and strengthen the empowerment of Islamic boarding schools. This activity was carried out for 30 days at the Al Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on improving the quality of students through practice-based training and seminars. In its implementation, communication obstacles are overcome through regular meetings, a clear leadership structure, and an organized division of tasks to strengthen coordination. Despite facing communication challenges, the KKN program at Al Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in improving the quality of education and skills of students. The steps implemented during this activity had a positive impact on the development of students and society.
