Abstract

Berbagai masalah kesehatan, khususnya terkait obat masih ditemui di masyarakat. Berbagai permasalahan terkait obat dapat dikarenakan masyarakat kurang paham tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat dengan benar. Salah satu cara pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar adalah dengan menerapkan program DAGUSIBU (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang) obat tetes telinga. Berdasarkan informasi yang di peroleh, peserta lansia pada Posyandu Puskesmas Gadingrejo Pringsewu belum pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang DAGUSIBU sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang DAGUSIBU. Adanya penyuluhan ini diharapkan peserta posyandu lansia dapat membagikan informasi tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat tetes telinga yang benar kepada anggota keluarganya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pengenalan masalah, pelaksanaan sosialisasi DAGUSIBU dengan cara penyuluhan,diskusi interaktif, dan pambagian kuisioner DAGUSIBU. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang DAGUSIBU berjalan dengan lancar. Kehadiran peserta sebanyak 27 orang. Para peserta yang hadir sangat antusias dalam mendengarkan penjelasan dan aktif bertanya terkait penggunaan obat tetes telinga dan penanganannya. Hal ini dapat menunjang terwujudnya program pemerintah dalam peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Penyuluhan kali ini mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan yaitu 100% peserta lansia sudah mengerti tentang pentingnya DAGUSIBU.

Abstract

Developments in the industrial world cause many problems that are important to study considering the potential hazards that can result in the risk of health problems and even work accidents.PT. Sami Surya Perkasa is a factory engaged in manufacturing. An industry requires an Occupational Health and Safety (K3) system with the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method which, if applied, can easily find hazardous work activities and can be carried out immediately. control according to the level of risk (urgent, high, medium, and low). This research was conducted at PT.Sami Surya Perkasa and aims to know the identification of hazards, risk assessment, and risk control, especially in the Cutting process. The results showed that there were 18 potential hazards in 13 types of work in each. Controls that can reduce the level of risk are by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers and a safe work attitude, so that workers can safely perform work activities.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the shift workers of PT.Sami Surya Perkasa's production unit violated the rules for using PPE. Abstract

Nowadays, the world's attention is focused on the problem of global warming. This is because global warming contributes to ecosystem changes. The article reviews the factors that cause global warming, how the impacts are caused from various aspects including elevated sea levels, unpredictable weather patterns, and disasters caused by nature, disruption to productivity and crops, health problems and decreased biodiversity. Furthermore, this paper reviews what efforts can be made to mitigate global warming. This article uses a literature review method that synthesizes several international articles as reference information related to global warming. The study's findings indicate that the primary factors causing global warming are the increase in greenhouse gases and deforestation. This factor has an impact on ecosystem changes so that it has a high urgency in overcoming it. Mitigation efforts to address global warming include conventional mitigation strategies, negative emission technologies, and innovative geoengineering approaches. In addition, it requires seriousness and diplomatic cooperation from various parties in efforts to mitigate the impacts caused.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) aims to increase educational synergy and strengthen the empowerment of Islamic boarding schools. This activity was carried out for 30 days at the Al Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on improving the quality of students through practice-based training and seminars. In its implementation, communication obstacles are overcome through regular meetings, a clear leadership structure, and an organized division of tasks to strengthen coordination. Despite facing communication challenges, the KKN program at Al Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in improving the quality of education and skills of students. The steps implemented during this activity had a positive impact on the development of students and society.
