Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pencoretan/penghapusan jaminan Hak Tanggungan dengan akta konsen roya di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan mengetahui kedudukan akta konsen roya sebagai pengganti sertifikat Hak Tanggungan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan sosiologis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data kepustakaan dan data lapangan dari hasil wawancara yang dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam implementasi pencoretan/penghapusan Hak Tanggungan (roya) dengan menggunakan akta konsen roya, semestinya penghapusan dilakukan menggunakan sertifikat Hak Tanggungan. Namun dalam praktik, sertifikat Hak Tanggungan tersebut hilang maka notaris berwenang mengeluarkan suatu akta yang bisa menggantikan fungsi dari sertifikat Hak Tanggungan. Akta konsen roya memenuhi keadaan atau persyaratan untuk menghapuskan Hak Tanggungan.

Abstract

This study investigates the simultaneous impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) variables on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2023. A 2020 survey by Globescan and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) revealed a significant rise in public trust regarding sustainability report disclosures, with Indonesia ranking first among 27 countries at 81%. Despite this, Indonesia's ESG implementation shows weaknesses in social and environmental responsibility, as reflected in the 2021 Environmental Performance Index (EPI), where Indonesia ranked 22nd out of 25 Asia-Pacific countries in environmental sustainability. This quantitative study utilized documentation techniques and secondary data from the IDX, focusing on 79 companies, with 11 ma.nufacturing firms as the sample. The findings indicate that ESG factors positively affect financial performance, with a significant (Sig) value of 0.000. However, the environmental aspect alone does not significantly impact financial performance (Sig 0.151). In contrast, both social and governance factors show a strong positive effect on financial performance, each with a Sig value of 0.000. These results highlight the importance of social and governance practices in enhancing corporate financial outcomes.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) aims to increase educational synergy and strengthen the empowerment of Islamic boarding schools. This activity was carried out for 30 days at the Al Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on improving the quality of students through practice-based training and seminars. In its implementation, communication obstacles are overcome through regular meetings, a clear leadership structure, and an organized division of tasks to strengthen coordination. Despite facing communication challenges, the KKN program at Al Wathoniyah Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in improving the quality of education and skills of students. The steps implemented during this activity had a positive impact on the development of students and society.

Abstract

The “purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between profitability and the variables of liquidity, leverage, and firm size. Information for this study came from textile and garment businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. The purposive sampling technique was used to do the sampling. The following tests are employed for data analysis: Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Descriptive Statistics, and Classical Assumption Test. This study's findings demonstrate that ROA is significantly impacted by liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), and firm size (LnTA) all at once. Profitability (ROA) is positively impacted by liquidity (CR) and leverage (DER) in textile and garment firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2020, while company size (LnTA) has no effect on” ROA.
