Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of management psychology in optimizing teacher motivation as a strategy to improve school effectiveness. Teacher motivation is a major determinant in achieving educational goals, but is often constrained by factors such as excessive workload, lack of appreciation, and an unsupportive work environment. Through a literature review approach, this study examines various previous studies to identify effective management psychology strategies in improving teacher motivation, such as providing support, recognition, training, and good communication. The results of the study indicate that high teacher motivation has a significant impact on their performance, learning effectiveness, and student achievement. In addition, inspirational leadership and a collaborative work environment also play an important role in encouraging teacher motivation. Thus, the application of management psychology principles can create a more effective and competitive education system.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has opened up new opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their marketing strategies through internet-based platforms. This study aims to enhance the digital marketing capacity of MSMEs by providing training on creating online stores via Tokopedia and Facebook in Kropoh Village, Raas Subdistrict. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show that digital marketing training improves the understanding and skills of MSME actors in utilizing marketplaces, and contributes to an average sales increase of 25%. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy and technology-based marketing strategies in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.

Abstract

A lack of understanding about the importance of maintaining health during the Hajj pilgrimage and low levels of compliance among pilgrims with health officials' recommendations are the main factors affecting the health of pilgrims in the field. In supporting the government's program aimed at ensuring pilgrims' readiness to participate in the series of Hajj activities, a common problem is the high incidence of illness among pilgrims during the pilgrimage. This situation is largely due to the lack of attention and supervision from Hajj organizers regarding health services, leading some pilgrims to neglect efforts to maintain their physical resilience. This service method employs a mentoring approach, with the aim of accompanying and assisting in the health examination process for Hajj pilgrims. The results of this service at KBIHU Nurul Haramain include the development of a health check schedule to ensure the smooth implementation of health checks. Additionally, several stages in the health examination process for pilgrims are outlined. The first stage is the medical examination (Medical Check-Up), which includes verifying the pilgrims' identities and reviewing their current health history, past medical history, and family medical history. After completing the first stage, the second stage involves a physical examination, including vital signs, body posture, inspection, and palpation of the skin, head, eyes, ears, and neck. This is followed by a chest examination, including the lungs and heart, muscle strength and reflex tests, and rectal and urogenital examinations. The final examination is a mental health assessment of the pilgrims.

Abstract

Ibadah haji merupakan ibadah yang kompleks dan rukun Islam kelima, membutuhkan bimbingan yang tepat agar jamaah dapat melaksanakan ibadah dengan benar dan berharap mencapai Haji Mabrur. Petugas bimbingan memegang peran penting dalam memberikan pemahaman mengenai manasik haji. Namun, pelayanan untuk jamaah penyandang disabilitas masih kurang, karena belum ada petugas khusus, fasilitas, dan infrastruktur yang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya peningkatan bimbingan bagi semua jamaah, termasuk penyandang disabilitas, agar dapat meraih Haji Mabrur. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui tinjauan pustaka dan observasi, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya petugas bimbingan yang kompeten dan akuntabel serta dukungan khusus bagi jamaah disabilitas. Kesimpulannya, bimbingan yang efektif, layanan khusus, dan fasilitas inklusif sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan kesempatan yang setara bagi semua jamaah dan meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman ibadah haji.
