Abstract

Perumahan Pabuaran Asri merupakan mitra dari Fakultas Teknologi Industri Universitas Jayabaya. Perumuhan ini memiliki target menjadi perumahan zero waste pada tahun 2023. Penanganan limbah organik merupakan permasalahan yang mejadi tantangan untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, merupakan kegiatan berupa alih teknologi pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos dan pupuk cair. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan teknologi yang dihasilkan di Universitas dapat diaplikasikan untuk menyelesaikan permsalahan warga. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung selama 6 bulan, dimana baik teori maupun praktik dalam pengolahan sampah organik menjadi kompos dan pupuk cair. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan adalah teknologi pengolahan sampah organik menjadi kompos dan pupuk cair merupkan solusi yang tepat untuk menangani permasalahan warga akan sampah dan teknologi ini dapat di terapkan di Perumahan Pabuaran Asri RT 07/RW 08, Kelurahan Pabuaran Mekar Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat. Dari hasil evaluasi peserta merasa puas dan berpendapat Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat.

Abstract

Conflict Management in Education: Strategies to Create a Harmonious Learning Environment" discusses the importance of conflict management in creating a conducive and productive learning environment. Conflict is a natural part of the educational environment, but if not managed properly, it can disrupt the teaching and learning process and damage relationships between individuals. Conflict can arise from various sources, such as differences of opinion, competition, lack of communication, limited resources, and inappropriate behavior. This article emphasizes the importance of effective conflict management as the key to creating a harmonious atmosphere in schools, by outlining proactive and holistic strategies, including conflict prevention, conflict resolution, and building a harmonious atmosphere. This article aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize various sources of literature relevant to the topic of conflict management in education, as well as provide an in-depth understanding of strategies in resolving conflicts to create a harmonious atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of management psychology in optimizing teacher motivation as a strategy to improve school effectiveness. Teacher motivation is a major determinant in achieving educational goals, but is often constrained by factors such as excessive workload, lack of appreciation, and an unsupportive work environment. Through a literature review approach, this study examines various previous studies to identify effective management psychology strategies in improving teacher motivation, such as providing support, recognition, training, and good communication. The results of the study indicate that high teacher motivation has a significant impact on their performance, learning effectiveness, and student achievement. In addition, inspirational leadership and a collaborative work environment also play an important role in encouraging teacher motivation. Thus, the application of management psychology principles can create a more effective and competitive education system.
