Abstract

Generasi Z adalah kelompok yang tumbuh di tengah kemajuan digital yang cepat, tetapi mereka juga menghadapi masalah besar dalam aspek moral, spiritual, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai karakter Islami yang diambil dari Al-Qur'an sebagai cara untuk membentuk individu yang berperilaku baik. Ayat-ayat seperti Q.S Luqman:13, Q.S Al-Isra:23–24, Q.S Al-Isra:7, dan Q.S Al-Hujurat:11–12 menjadi pijakan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tauhid, penghormatan kepada orang tua, tanggung jawab individu, dan norma sosial yang positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan karakter Islami yang menyeluruh sangat penting untuk menghadapi tantangan yang dihadapi Generasi Z agar dapat berkembang menjadi individu yang tidak hanya canggih dalam teknologi, tetapi juga memiliki kekuatan moral dan spiritual.

Abstract

analyze the impact of social media on young people’s knowledge of Human Rights (HAM). Social media, as the primary channel for communication and information for young people, has a significant ability to shape their views and understanding of human rights. This study will examine how social media content, both supportive and anti-human, influences young people’s understanding, attitudes, and actions about human rights. In addition, this study will also investigate the function of social media in raising human rights awareness, and identify challenges and opportunities in utilizing social media for human rights education and advocacy among young people. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of effective strategies in using social media to increase understanding and awareness of human rights among young people.

Abstract

Educational supervision is an important instrument for improving learning quality and teacher professionalism. However, its implementation is often dominated by administrative activities that emphasize document completion rather than reflective and collaborative professional development. This study aims to analyze the integration of digital data in restoring the essence of educational supervision to become more objective, effective, reflective, and collaborative. The research employed a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach by examining relevant scientific sources on educational supervision and digital transformation. The findings indicate that digital data–based supervision enhances the objectivity of teacher performance assessment, supports more accurate decision-making, and improves the quality of feedback in the learning process. In addition, digital data integration promotes a shift from administration-oriented supervision toward a reflective, collaborative, and data-driven approach, enabling teachers to participate actively in evaluating and improving their instructional practices. This approach also reduces teachers’ administrative workload and increases supervision efficiency within educational institutions. Therefore, digital data integration contributes significantly to transforming educational supervision into a sustainable professional development system that is adaptive to technological advancement and supports improved teacher professionalism and educational quality in the digital era.
