Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of promotional language by influencers on TikTok in Glad2Glow skincare advertisements and its influence on Generation Z’s purchase intention. The research is motivated by the increasing role of influencer marketing in social media, particularly TikTok, which has become a dominant platform among Gen Z. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 respondents aged 18–25 years in Medan who actively use TikTok. The results show that most respondents were exposed to Glad2Glow advertisements and admitted that casual, authentic, and relatable promotional language successfully captured their attention and sparked curiosity. However, only a small portion of respondents expressed an actual purchase intention. Trust was identified as the most dominant factor bridging interest and purchase decisions, while advertisement visualization only played a supporting role. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of promotion is not solely determined by language style but also by the integration of persuasive communication, creative visuals, and influencer credibility. Abstract

The transition toward clean energy poses a major challenge for Indonesia due to its high dependence on fossil fuels. Green hydrogen is considered a strategic option to strengthen energy security while supporting the national decarbonization agenda. This study aims to analyze the role of natural resource management policies in driving the energy transition based on green hydrogen in Indonesia. The research employs a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach through the examination of academic journals, international institutional reports, and official government documents. The findings reveal that although Indonesia possesses abundant renewable energy potential, the implementation of green hydrogen remains constrained by high production costs, limited infrastructure, and the absence of comprehensive regulations. Natural resource policies play a strategic role in overcoming these barriers through regulatory support, fiscal incentives, infrastructure development, and integration with low-carbon development strategies. Lessons from Japan and Germany highlight the importance of policy consistency, sustainable financing, and cross-sectoral coordination. Comprehensive and adaptive natural resource policies are the key to accelerating the green hydrogen–based energy transition. This study emphasizes that such policies are not merely technical instruments, but also strategic foundations for strengthening energy security, fostering a green economy, and ensuring sustainable national development.

Abstract

Transformasi digital merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan daya saing dan efektivitas rantai pasok industri kecil dan menengah (IKM) di Indonesia. Di tengah dinamika ekonomi global dan percepatan teknologi, IKM dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan sistem berbasis digital yang memungkinkan pengelolaan data, koordinasi antar pelaku usaha, dan proses distribusi secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris peran transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas rantai pasok IKM melalui pendekatan studi literatur sistematik terhadap publikasi akademik dan laporan resmi periode 2020–2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi proses operasional, integrasi sistem informasi rantai pasok, dan peningkatan kelincahan organisasi secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi biaya, kecepatan pengiriman, serta peningkatan kualitas produk. Namun, kendala utama masih ditemukan pada keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital, dan hambatan pembiayaan bagi UMKM untuk mengadopsi teknologi mutakhir. Penelitian ini menyarankan sinergi kebijakan antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan lembaga pendidikan untuk memperkuat ekosistem digital IKM secara menyeluruh, serta menjadikan transformasi digital bukan sekadar inovasi teknologi, tetapi juga strategi pembangunan ekonomi nasional yang berkelanjutan.
