Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan kondisi di mana seseorang memiliki jiwa yang sehat, mampu menghadapi tantangan hidup, serta menjalin hubungan yang positif dengan lingkungan sekitar. Dalam menghadapi era milenial, Pondok Pesantren Assalafie Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon berupaya membangun dan menjaga kesehatan mental para santri melalui pendidikan yang terarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan di pesantren dalam membentuk kesehatan mental santri serta dampaknya terhadap kehidupan mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan eksperimen, melalui wawancara dengan santri, pengurus, dan pimpinan pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk mental yang kuat pada santri, sekaligus menjadi solusi bagi orang tua dalam mendidik anak di tengah tantangan zaman. Kurikulum pendidikan yang diterapkan di pesantren terbukti mampu mencetak santri yang tidak hanya berilmu, tetapi juga tangguh secara mental dalam menghadapi era milenial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK YAPALIS Krian dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja SMK YAPALIS Krian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan SMK YAPALIS Krian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan SMK YAPALIS Krian. Diantara ketiga variabel, kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja, variabel kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research investigates agricultural adaptation strategies to weather fluctuations for enhancing agribusiness sustainability in West Java, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study delves into the challenges posed by climate variability and the responses of farmers and agribusiness stakeholders to mitigate these challenges. Through interviews, focus group discussions, and participant observation, the research identifies key weather-related challenges, including erratic rainfall patterns, temperature extremes, natural disasters, and pest outbreaks. Furthermore, the study explores adaptation strategies such as crop diversification, water management, soil conservation, adoption of climate-resilient crop varieties, and agroforestry. The findings contribute to understanding the complexities of agricultural adaptation and offer insights for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders to promote sustainable agribusiness development in West Java and similar regions facing climate-related challenges.

Abstract

Hotel condominiums are accommodations that can be used as an alternative to support the high mobility of today's society. This has made Condotel grow rapidly in Indonesia, however, this development is not in line with the existence of clear legal regulations. The approach used in this paper is a sociological juridical approach, which is an approach by seeking information through direct interviews with informants empirically first and then proceeding with conducting research on secondary data contained in literature studies through theoretical steps. Based on the study in this paper it is known. The implementation of hotel condo agreements so far has not had a legal footing in Indonesia, this has resulted in many developers and builders often seeking large profits without heeding the principles of good ethics in buying and selling agreements and managing hotel condos. The weakness that makes the condo hotel agreement policy in Indonesia not fair is the weakness of laws and regulations in the form of non-regulation of the contents of the condo hotel agreement and the position of the condo hotel in Act No. 20 of 2011, this results in no oversight regarding the sale and purchase agreement. and management of hotel condominiums, so that many actors in the development and construction of hotel condominiums seek profit through sale and purchase agreements and management of hotel condominiums by excluding consumers or hotel condotel owners (condotel).Keywords: Assurance; Condominium; Hotel.
