Abstract

Public service is the responsibility that the government must carry out to meet the needs of community services. One form of fulfilling the needs of public services carried out by the government is to innovate services through the Public Service Mall (MPP). The implementations of this program is carried out by the East Lombok Regency Government which already has an MPP and has been implemented to carry out services for the community. This study aims to analyze the quality of MPP services in East Lombok Regency in supporting innovative governance and openness of information to provide maximum service to the community. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique and sample calculations using the Slovin formula. The calculation of the results of the respondent's calculations using WMS with a variable focus based on the theory of service quality Zeithaml, Parasuarman & Berry and the Smart City Theory Smart City (Giffinger et al. 2007) with the dimension of innovative governance in supporting openness of information. From the results of the recapitulation of the assessment of the quality of service and the implementation of innovative governance, the calculation results were 3.89 with a suitable category; this shows that the quality of MPP services in East Lombok Regency has been running well and supports openness of information for the public. But in its implementation there must always be an increase in services so that the existence of MPP can provide maximum service to the public and realize innovative governance towards a smart city in East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Public transportation supports community mobility and drives economic growth, especially in tourist areas like the East Lombok Regency. This study discusses how the quality of intermodal public transportation services contributes to economic efficiency in the area. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this study collected data from 109 respondents who used DAMRI intermodal public transportation through a Likert scale-based survey and analyzed using the Weigh Means Score (WMS) method. The study results showed that intermodal public transportation services in East Lombok Regency were rated "Good," with an average score 3.83. The most appreciated aspect was officers' concern for vulnerable group passengers, such as the elderly and disabled, with a score of 3.97. However, several things still need to be improved, especially in integration between modes of transportation. Public transportation also been shown to positively impact the local economy, especially in supporting the tourism sector and creating business opportunities for the surrounding community. This study provides recommendations for local governments to continue to strive to improve infrastructure and transportation systems to make more efficient and affordable services for the community and tourists. The findings serve as a strategic reference for local governments to design more inclusive and economically beneficial public transportation systems.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara mempunyai potensi tinggi terhadap bencana gempabumi, tsunami, letusan gunungapi dan gerakan tanah (tanah longsor). Posisi wilayah Indonesia yang berada di garis Khatulistiwa dan berbentuk Kepulauan menimbulkan potensi tinggi terjadinya berbagai jenis bencana hidrometeorologi, yaitu banjir, banjir bandang, kekeringan, cuaca ekstrim (angin puting beliung), abrasi, gelombang ekstrim dan kebakaran lahan dan hutan. Hal Ini membuat Indonesia rentan terhadap potensi ancaman bencana hidrometeorologis dan bencana geologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perkembangan mitigasi bencana di Indonesia dan mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mensukseskan Implementasi kebijakan mitigasi bencana di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Mitigasi bencana adalah serangkaian upaya untuk mengurangi risiko bencana. Risiko diartikan sebagai probabilitas dari bahaya atau ekspektasi dari kematian dan kerusakan properti akibat dari interaksi antara bencana dan kerentanan. Dalam menghadapi bencana alam, tindakan pencegahan selalu lebih baik daripada penanganan, oleh karenanya upaya mitigasi bencana di Indonesia merupakan hal yang krusial dilakukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan tahan bencana bagi generasi mendatang. Secara fundamental seharusnya kesadaran akan mitigasi dan adaptasi bencana harus ditanamkan pada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia tanpa terkecuali. Menyadari Indonesia merupakan negara dengan risiko bencana yang tinggi sudah cukup menjadi alasan bagaimana kesadaran itu harus dipupuk dan disiarkan ke seluruh penjuru negeri. Sehingga mitigasi dan adaptasi kebencanaan di Indonesia merupakan sebuah hal yang krusial untuk terus dilakukan untuk membangun Indonesia yang selamat dan sejahtera untuk menjaga bumi dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Perubahan cuaca yang tidak menentu sering kali memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai aktivitas manusia, seperti sektor pertanian, transportasi, perikanan, serta kegiatan masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Ketidakpastian kondisi cuaca dapat menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi maupun gangguan aktivitas apabila tidak diantisipasi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem prediksi cuaca yang sederhana, mudah digunakan, namun tetap mampu memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dalam melakukan prediksi kondisi cuaca harian berdasarkan parameter suhu dan kelembapan udara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimental dengan memanfaatkan data cuaca historis yang diperoleh dari Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) serta dataset publik lainnya. Data suhu dan kelembapan digunakan sebagai variabel input, sedangkan kondisi cuaca harian yang diklasifikasikan menjadi cerah, berawan, dan hujan dijadikan sebagai variabel output. Model ANN dibangun menggunakan arsitektur jaringan saraf tiruan sederhana yang terdiri dari lapisan input, beberapa lapisan tersembunyi, dan lapisan output. Proses pelatihan dilakukan menggunakan metode supervised learning. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model ANN mampu memprediksi kondisi cuaca harian dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi alternatif yang efisien dalam menyediakan informasi cuaca sederhana bagi masyarakat serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital communication has encouraged local governments to use social media to strengthen public policy transparency. Instagram, as a visually oriented and interactive platform, is increasingly adopted to disseminate policy information and public service messages. This study examines how the Palangka Raya City Government uses Instagram to support public policy transparency by focusing on: (1) the types of policy information communicated and their framing, (2) the dominant communication strategy pattern (push, pull, or networked), and (3) the implications of these practices for citizen interaction and perceived transparency. The study adopts a purposive case approach and qualitative content analysis. Data were drawn from peer-reviewed academic literature, official local government documents, publicly accessible Instagram content from relevant official accounts, and supporting news coverage (2019–2024). The analysis assessed informational completeness (why–what–how–so what), communication strategies, and observable interaction cues (e.g., questions, complaints, clarifications, and visible responses). The findings indicate that Instagram contributes to transparency mainly by increasing policy visibility and providing basic informational access. Substantive transparency is more evident in service-oriented posts that offer actionable guidance and link citizens to formal disclosure and complaint mechanisms such as KIP/PPID and SP4N-LAPOR. However, communication remains predominantly push-oriented, while pull-based interaction is limited and networked collaboration is largely absent. Consequently, digital transparency tends to emphasize information dissemination rather than demonstrably meaningful participation, and any implications for public trust are discussed as inferences rather than directly measured outcomes.
