Abstract

The research carried out is included in the Research and Development (R&D) type of research using the modified Borg and Gall development model. The stages in this development research are research and data collection, planning, product development, initial field testing, initial product revision, main field testing and second product revision. The research subjects were 32 class IV students at SDN 10 Mowila. Research data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. Using types of primary data and secondary data. The research data analysis stage uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The qualitative data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubberman analysis model. Quantitative data analysis techniques include using the one group pretest posttest design average calculation model and average percentage calculation using a Likert scale reference. The results of the development research show that: (1) The results of media products that were validated obtained a design validation percentage of 91% in the very good category, material validation was 91% in the very good category, both of which show that the media is very valid and very suitable for use. (2) The level of media attractiveness was obtained through the results of student responses with a percentage of 87.6% in the interesting category. (3) The level of media effectiveness was obtained through pretest results of 62.18 and posttest results of 93.75. The difference in scores between the two shows that the application of media improves the results and learning of class IV students at SDN 10 Mowila

Abstract

Elementary school children's social behavior develops along with their interactions with peers. These interactions play an important role in the formation of values, norms, and social skills that will affect children's social lives in the future. This literature study aims to analyze how peer interactions contribute to the development of elementary school children's social behavior. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various previous studies that discuss this topic. The results of the study indicate that interactions with peers help children understand social norms, develop empathy, and improve communication and cooperation skills. Factors such as parenting patterns, school environment, and culture also influence the formation of children's social behavior. Thus, it is important for teachers and parents to provide appropriate guidance in supporting positive social interactions among children.

Abstract

21st-century learning requires teachers to integrate digital technology and learning approaches oriented toward student competency achievement. One relevant approach is Outcome-Based Education (OBE), which focuses the learning process on measurable and meaningful learning outcomes. In the context of Music Arts learning in elementary schools, integrating OBE with e-learning is crucial because music learning requires audio-visual media and practice-based activities. However, observations at SDN 10, Central Buton Regency, indicate that teachers still face challenges in designing OBE-based Music Arts learning and optimally utilizing e-learning. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' capacity in designing, implementing, and evaluating OBE-based Music Arts learning through an e-learning platform. The method used is a participatory mentoring approach, which includes needs analysis, training and workshops, digital material development, implementation support, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity indicate a significant increase in teacher competency in formulating OBE-based learning outcomes, developing teaching modules, developing e-learning media, and implementing performance-based assessments. Teachers successfully developed digital content in the form of videos, audio, and interactive worksheets that were uploaded to the school's e-learning platform. The implementation of this learning in the classroom demonstrated increased student activity, creativity, and engagement in the music project. Thus, teacher mentoring in the development of OBE-based e-learning has proven effective in improving the quality of Music Arts learning in fourth-grade students at SDN 10, Central Buton Regency. The integration of OBE and e-learning provides a more meaningful, creative, and relevant learning experience to meet the demands of 21st-century education

Abstract

Music learning in elementary schools plays a crucial role in developing students' creativity, self-confidence, and social skills. However, in practice, music learning often receives little attention and is still dominated by lecture methods, resulting in less active student engagement. This study aims to describe effective music learning strategies for fourth-grade students at SDN 10, Central Buton Regency, and their impact on student engagement, creativity, and learning outcomes. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The subjects were arts and culture teachers and fourth-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that teachers implemented learning strategies that emphasized demonstrations, hands-on practice, and group work. The learning media used were simple rhythmic musical instruments made from recycled materials. This strategy made students more active, enthusiastic, confident in performing, and able to work collaboratively in groups. Interviews with teachers and students revealed an increase in student interest in learning, self-confidence, and engagement in music learning. It was concluded that contextual, varied, and practice-based music arts learning strategies can holistically improve the quality of students' learning processes and outcomes. Music arts learning not only develops musical skills but also shapes the character, creativity, and social attitudes of elementary school students.
