Abstract

Medan District Prosecutor's Office is an institution that provides services to the public which currently does not have a service satisfaction assessment system from the public, so the Medan District Prosecutor's Office cannot know the public's assessment or complaints about the public services provided. This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Medan District Attorney's Office. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Then use the scoring calculation method in obtaining the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value. The application is built on an Android basis, so that it can make it easier for users to make assessments with just a hand. The test results of this study produce the value of the level of public satisfaction and eigenvectors that are sorted based on the highest data as the final value of the AHP calculation which can make it easier for the Medan Public Prosecutor's Office to see which service categories should be maximized. In testing the application with 50 respondents in July 2020, the level of community satisfaction in public services at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office was 84% ​​with a service predicate, namely A (Very Good)

Abstract

Robots are electro mechanical equipment which currently greatly helps human work. On a household scale robots that are often used are dust cleaning robots, it's just that to get this robot people have to spend not a little money. By utilizing a microcontroller with the Arduino platform, dust cleaning robots can be made that have a more affordable price and have reliable features. By using Arduino, a robot can be made that can clean the dust automatically, which the robot will not hit the wall, besides the robot is also equipped with two brooms on the bottom. A broom intended to clean the dust on the floor and the dust will be sucked by a vacuum fan installed in the lower robot. In addition, the robot can also be used manually using an Android smartphone so that users can easily connect robots to areas that might not have been passed by a robot.

Abstract

The Raskin program is a program from the government to reduce the burden of spending on the Indonesian people. With existing technological facilities, distribution problems for the Raskin program can be reduced. Rice distribution is an activity that is often carried out around the community. However, rice distribution often takes a very long time and causes long and inefficient queues. To overcome this, an Arduino-based Rice ATM was created to facilitate the distribution of rice using an Arduino microcontroller, photoelectric sensor, loadcell, Rfid, and rice distribution servo motor. can identify objects that have been marked with a unique identifier code. Based on this, this study discusses the rice ATM system using an Arduino-based e-ID card. The results of the testing and implementation of this system are that when the RFID card is tapped, then the ID and balance are checked on the oled lcd, if appropriate, the servo motor will open and remove the rice and if the RFID tag used is not appropriate and the balance provided has run out, the servo motor will not work. open. Distance and position of RFID reading after 1 test. Picking up rice at this ATM is only done 1 time 1 day in 1 card, if you want to take more than 1 time the e-KTP must be reset, the quantity issued by this rice atm system is 1 kg. From these problems, an ATM Rice tool was produced using a weight sensor or loadcell. From the results of testing this tool works well and is able to overcome the problems that have been experienced by the community

Abstract

The world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus that originated in the city of Wuhan, Hubei province in China and has spread to all corners of the world. This virus is Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). The government as a policy maker has imposed new regulations so that everyone can leave the house and do work without having to worry about being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. One of the regulations made by the government is that everyone who will leave the house must wear a mask. However, the use of masks for a long time has the potential to cause headaches to increase respiratory tract resistance caused by carbon dioxide. It is necessary to have a mask that can filter the air properly so that carbon dioxide can come out of the mask directly and not be inhaled again. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to make a tool that can make air or carbon dioxide out of the mask. With existing technological facilities, the problem of breathing in carbon dioxide in masks can be minimized. One example is the MG811 sensor technology where this technology can detect the presence of carbon dioxide in the mask that comes out of human breathing. Based on this, this study discusses the automatic air filter system on an Arduino-based mask. The result of testing and implementing this system is that when the sensor detects excess carbon dioxide in the mask, then the supporting component of the system, namely the fan, will work to remove carbon dioxide in the mask.

Abstract

Ruangan kelas merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang hamper digunakan setiap hari saat adanya proses perkuliahan. Biasanya ketika kuliah berlangsung didalam kelas ada saja permasalahan kecil yang timbul, hal ini bias menggangu proses perkuliahan. Oleh karena itu penerapan teknologi RFID pada ruangan kelas dapat membantu permasalahan saat akan dilakukannya proses belajar mengajar ataupun ketika proses belajar mengajar selesai. Dengan diterapkannya teknologi RFID pada ruangan kelas, dosen cukup melakukan scan pada tag RFID untuk membuka pintu, menghidupkan lampu, menghidupkan AC, dan menghidupkan infokus. Untuk menerapkan teknologi RFID ini pada ruangan kelas dibutuhkan rangkaian pengendalinya, untuk mengendalikannya dapat menggunakan mikrokontroler yang sudah dibuat dalam bentuk papan pengendali utama yaitu Arduino. Teknologi RFID ini dapat mengurangi permasalahan terutama masalah operasional listrik kammpus, dimana saat proses perkuliahan selesai maka seluruh perangkat yang berhubungan dengan listrik akan dimatikan secara otomatis ketika pintu dikunci.

Abstract

Penghobi ikan hias saat sekarang ini semakin banyak, hal ini disebabkan ketenangan yang didapatkan oleh beberapa orang ketika melihat ikan berenang kesana kemari. Untuk mendapatkan ikan peliharaan yang sehat dan aktif ada beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan salah satunya suhu air didalam akuarium. Jika suhu didalam akuarium terlalu rendah ataupun terlalu tinggi maka hal ini menyebabkan ketidak nyamanan ikan peliharaan. Saat ini sudah ada alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatur suhu air akuarium secara otomatis, hanya saja harga yang ditawarkan sangatlah mahal dan belum tentu bisa diatur sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Untuk mengatur suhu air didalam akuarium dapat menggunakan teknologi mikrokontroler yang praktis dan murah. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan sensor suhu dan fan yang digunakan untuk mengatur suhu dalam air akuarium. Suhu air didalam akuarium dapat diatur menggunakan sinyal PWM pada driver motor yang dihubungkan ke fan. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) adalah teknik modulasi yang digunakan untuk mengubah lebar pulsa dengan amplitudo dan frekuensi yang tetap.

Abstract

The number of illegal parking attendants creates problems around us, especially the losses received by the regional government. Parking money that should have contributed to regional income, but because of the presence of illegal parking attendants did not make the slightest contribution to the local government. Another problem is that the parking attendant often gives tariffs outside the normal tariff, so that the people are harmed. Therefore, with the development of current technology, it can help the public to report the illegal parking attendants, the system created in this study provides a solution where the parking lot business card will be given a QR Code marker, the public can scan the QR Code on the id card the parking attendant. If the parking attendant is indicated to be illegal, the public can report it directly using the application on their smart phone. In addition, the information contained in the QR Code is encrypted using vigenere cipher cryptography, it is intended that the information is guaranteed authentic and cannot be falsified by certain parties that aim to take advantage.Keywords:  QR Code, Parking Attendant, Smart Phone, Cryptography, Vigenere Cipher

Abstract

The development of the use of technology in the industrial world is growing rapidly, it makes conventional tools and machines begin to be abandoned and then switch to more modern tools and machines with automatic control, thus helping the workforce to work more optimally. Selection of goods is an activity that is mostly carried out in the industrial world in the process of export and import activities, such as grouping by temperature. Previously some of the shrimp selection was done manually, this process is very inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort. The ATmega32 microcontroller (Arduino Uno) functions as the control center of the system, infrared temperature sensor with the MLX90614 series which functions to detect the temperature scale, DC motor as a conveyor drive, IR sensor detects shrimp objects that pass and makes the computer stop then the temperature sensor will detect the temperature of the shrimp object and displays the temperature value on the 20x4 LCD. The servo motor as a sorter forms a partition or gate indicating which direction the shrimp object will be positioned. Through the stages of the mechanical design process and system programming using the Arduino IDE program, as well as the results of testing and data analysis, a system that can work well and continuously is obtained. Although the system is designed only in the form of a prototype, but by using equipment with industrial standards it can be applied to support automated and efficient work in the industrial sector.Keywords: Shrimp, Export, Microcontroller, Arduino Uno, MLX90614, Motor DC.

Abstract

In today’s increasingly sophiticated era, the crime of car theft is increasing, this is because the warning system installed on the vehicle is steal weak. Another thing that causes car theft is also due to the negligence of the car owner in leaving his car anywhere. For example, leaving the vechicle in a quiet and crime prone place. This is one of the reasons vehicle owners need additional more sophisticated warning  systems. By using magnets, hall sensors, buzzers as warning alarms sent via module SIM 800L to vehicle users, it is hoped that this will be a solution in improving the warning system. In thus study, if the tire undergoes 3 rounds in less than 5 second, the buzzer will turn on, thus sending an SMS notification to the user via module SIM 800L which indicates an unwanted movement action on the vehicle. The results of the hall sensor test can detect adjacent magnetic fields, even though there are objects attached to the magnets that do not affect the performance of the hall sensors to detect magnets. These results indicate that the application of magnets and hall sensors affixed to vehicle tires and utilizing module SIM 800L programmed with arduino uno can be one of the right solutions to improve vehicle warning  systems. Key words: warning system, hall sensor, arduino

Abstract

This study aims to design a microcontroller-based tripod movement controller. Lots of people carry a camera when they are traveling or traveling. They brought cameras to make documentation while traveling for collection. While traveling, sometimes many travelers who travel alone or solo travelers have difficulty when they want to take pictures of themselves. Usually we will ask for help from other people who are around the place to take pictures so that the photos we take are good. If you are in a crowded place, of course this will not be a problem. However, if you are really alone, of course it will be difficult to do that. To overcome this, usually people use a tripod so he can take pictures of himself. The author tries to provide a solution to the problems that have been detailed previously by creating a system that can help photographers take pictures more easily. The system that will be made in the design of this microcontroller-based tripod movement controller uses bluetooth as a source of communication between the two Bluetooth pieces in building the system. wireless and to adjust the movement of the tripod in the specified direction using a servo motor, remote control as a remote controller, By connecting Arduino nano with bluetooth and a servo motor, the tripod can be moved remotely via the remote control.
