Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam proses berkembangnya suatu negara. Negara yang maju memiliki pendidikan dengan kualitas yang baik sehingga diperlukan inovasi, salah satunya dalam proses pembelajaran. Banyak cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran salah satunya adalah dengan lesson study. Lesson study yang merupakan serangkaian kegiatan dalam pengembangan kemampuan pendidik dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas mulai dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, sampai kegiatan akhir yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu plan (perencanaan), do (pelaksanaan), dan see (refleksi). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan lesson study sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi problematika pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung pada pelaksanaan lesson study di kelas XI F5 SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa lesson study menjadi tindakan yang efektif dalam mengatasi problematika pembelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan hasil lesson study, problematika yang terjadi seperti kurangnya keefektifan waktu karena sulitnya mengefektifkan pembagian kelompok karena perbedaan pendapat dapat diatasi dengan pembelajaran individu untuk diterapkan di kelas XI F5 dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran kelompok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness and contribution of the role of rural and urban land and building tax in Air Salemba Village. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Descriptive method is a research method that serves to provide an overview or description of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected, without analyzing and making conclusions that apply to the public. The data used in this study are mixed data, namely primary data obtained from Air Salemba Village related to the realization of revenue and the target of rural and urban land and building tax revenue. As for secondary data obtained from data from the central statistics agency, reports, journals, and other sources related to the realization of PAD revenue. The results showed that the effectiveness and contribution of PBB-P2 to PAD in Air Salemba Village, Pangkalpinang City in 2022, can be concluded that the level of effectiveness is categorized as less effective. Although, the level of effectiveness is categorized in effective criteria because the realization of revenue is in accordance with the predetermined revenue target. The level of PBB-P2 contribution to PAD is still categorized as less. Air Salemba Village is one of the highest PBB-2 tax revenues in Gabek Sub-district but its contribution to PAD is not significant.

Abstract

The Notary Supervisory Council is a body that has the authority and obligation to carry out guidance and supervision of Notaries. The Notary Supervisory Council is divided into the Central Supervisory Council, Regional Supervisory Council, and Regional Supervisory Council. The aim of supervision is to ensure that Notaries when carrying out their official duties fulfill all requirements relating to the implementation of the duties of a Notary. Supervision by the Notary Supervisory Board is carried out repressively. The theory used in this research is the Theory of Legal Certainty according to Gustav Radbruch, the Theory of Legal Supervision according to Lyndal F. Urwick and Stephen Robein. The method used in this research is normative juridical (library law research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal material sources), coupled with interviews as complementary data. The research approaches used are statutory, case, analytical and conceptual approaches with legal material collection techniques carried out by identifying and inventorying legal rules, book literature and other legal materials. Legal material analysis techniques are carried out using grammatical legal interpretation and systematic interpretation. From the results of the research, it was concluded that in order to carry out the function of supervision and guidance for Notaries, the Notary Supervisory Council has the role of supervising the party not only aimed at complying with the code of ethics but also has a broader aim, namely that the Notary in carrying out his duties fulfills the requirements. determined by statutory regulations for the protection of the interests of the community it serves. The Notary Supervisory Council has the authority to supervise, examine and impose sanctions on Notaries. In the event that a Notary commits a violation of holding multiple positions, the Notary is not authorized to make a deed and the deed cannot be treated as an authentic deed, so the deed is only a private deed.

Abstract

The research background of the fact that learning in elementary school is often dominated by the teacher as a source of information based on observation the researchers found low student learning outcomes. Here researchers using CTL approach to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes approach Civics using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in class IV SDN 34 Pasar Durian Lubuk Basung Agam District. The study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses four stages of action, namely the planning, action, observation and reflection. The data source is the process of implementation of CTL approach learning in class IV Elementary School District 34 Pasar Durian Lubuk Basung Agam District. Subjects were fourth grade students totaling 16 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, field recording, and engineering tests. The results showed the first cycle I and II meetings that RPP obtained from the assessment scores 71.4 and 78.6, from the aspect of teacher earned a score of 70 and 81.8, from the aspect of the students obtained a score of 65.9 and 82, student learning outcomes acquired nilsi was 57.7 and 88 cognitive, affective values ​​63 and 94, while the value psikomotornya are 60 and 82. While on the second cycle of assessment scores obtained RPP 96.4, from the aspect of teachers obtained a score 95.5, from the aspect of the students obtained a score of 93.2, obtained students' cognitive nilsi was 96, affective value of 97, while the value was 86 psikomotornya , it appears that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle II. Thus it was revealed that the use of CTL approach can improve learning outcomes Civics in the Elementary School fourth grade students 34 Pasar Durian Lubuk Basung Agam District. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, PKn, contextual teaching and learning (ctl)

Abstract

Jaminan keselamatan adalah segala kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan serta menjamin kondisi bagi penumpang. Namun di Indonesia sistem pengawasan angkutan jalan masih bersifat konvensional,terutama di Provinsi Riau dengan tingginya angka kecelakaan yang terjadi setiap tahunnya. kurangnya pengawasan terhadap para pengguna jasa, dimana masih banyak ditemukan para pengendara yang tidak memenuhi standart keselamatan yang berlaku serta kurangnya pemantauan terhadap kelayakan kendaraan yang di gunakan para pengguna jasa angkutan umum. Sumber daya pengawasan yang tidak efesien dengan melakukan pemeriksaan merata tanpa memprioritaskan risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau dalam menangani risiko jaminan keselamatan penumpang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengawasan konvensional saat ini masih bersifat seragam dan belum memperhitungkan tingkat risiko yang berbeda pada setiap operator atau trayek. Model pengawasan berbasis risiko yang diusulkan mencakup tahap identifikasi risiko, penilaian tingkat risiko, komunikasi risiko, serta penerapan mekanisme pengendalian yang terstruktur sesuai dengan prinsip risk governance framework yang dikemukkan oleh Ren (2008). Penerapan model ini diharapkan dapat membuat penggunaan sumber daya pengawasan lebih efisien, memusatkan perhatian pada armada dan operator yang memiliki risiko tinggi, serta secara signifikan mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan maupun pelanggaran operasional. Temuan penelitian ini mendukung penerapan strategi pengawasan transportasi darat yang lebih adaptif, berbasis data, dan berfokus pada keselamatan penumpang.
