Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the largest coffee producers in the world, has a promising market for sachet coffee products, with Kapal Api being one of the most popular brands. This study aims to measure Kapal Api’s brand equity through four main aspects: brand awareness, brand association, brand perceived quality, and brand loyalty. The research method employed mixed methods, using qualitative analysis through focus group discussions to explore brand awareness, brand perceived quality, and brand loyalty, and quantitative analysis to test the brand association hypothesis using the Cochran test. The study involved 96 respondents in Sawangan selected through purposive sampling, aged at least 17 years, residing in Sawangan, and actively consuming sachet coffee within the last month. The results showed that 100% of respondents recognized Kapal Api as a leading sachet coffee brand and it became the top of mind in Sawangan. Kapal Api’s brand association was generally rated positively, especially regarding its distinctive taste and aroma. The price was considered fair in relation to the quality and flavor offered. The product is easy to brew and suitable for consumption in various situations such as in the morning, while working, or relaxing. Most respondents rated Kapal Api as having good quality, characterized by a strong and consistent taste and aroma, product durability during storage, and attractive packaging. Kapal Api’s brand loyalty was strong, demonstrated by an inverted loyalty pyramid with the highest percentage of committed buyers, indicating a very good level of loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance at PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama using a path analysis model with Smart PLS software version 4.1.0.0. The exogenous variables considered are compensation and work environment, while the endogenous variables examined are job satisfaction and employee performance. This research also investigates the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between compensation, work environment, and employee performance. The study utilizes a non-probability sampling approach, specifically a saturated sample of 75 respondents, and adopts a quantitative post facto method. The findings reveal that compensation and work environment have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction plays a crucial mediating role in the relationship between compensation, work environment, and employee performance. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing job satisfaction and employee performance within the context of PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance for companies to prioritize compensation strategies and create conducive work environments to enhance employee satisfaction and performance, ultimately facilitating the achievement of organizational goals. However, it's essential to acknowledge the limitations of the study, such as the reliance on a specific sampling method and the potential for other unexplored variables to influence the outcomes. Further research could address these limitations and provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics at play.

Abstract

Meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi asisten virtual berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah membawa transformasi signifikan dalam interaksi antara merek dan konsumen diantarannya brand Xiomi dengan Ai (Xiomi Hiper Ai), Apple dengan Ai (Siri), Huawei dengan Ai (Celia asisten virtual) yang sudah beredar di negara-negara lain, Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Bixby, asisten digital Samsung, dalam memengaruhi persepsi kualitas, fungsionalitas, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan produktivitas konsumen dan penjualan Samsung Electronics Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan SEM- PLS dan Path Analisis dengan populasi 95 terhadap pengguna perangkat Samsung yang memanfaatkan Bixby dengan nilai P-values 0,046, serta analisis data penjualan untuk mengukur korelasi antara adopsi teknologi ini dan pertumbuhan bisnis dengan nilai P-values 0,507 terdapat hubungan Linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bixby berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengguna melalui fitur-fitur berbasis AI, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat loyalitas merek dan mendorong penjualan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan teknologi dalam mengoptimalkan asisten virtual untuk meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen dan keunggulan kompetitif di pasar Indonesia
