Abstract

Menghadapi masa pandemi Covid 19 dan kebijakan pemerintah yang membatasi kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat adalah fenomena baru bagi Indonesia dan seluruh negara di dunia. Aktivitas ekonomi tertunda sehingga meningkatnya permasalahan di masyarakat, diantaranya keuangan dikarenakan tatakelola keuangan masyarakat yang tidak seimbang anatara pemasukan dan pengeluaran akan kebutuhan, untuk dapat Mengelola keuangan dengan tepat penggunaan Microsoft Excel sebagai kontrol keuangan bagi pelajar yayasan Sigma Foundation. Metode kegiatan berupa pelatihan dengan penyampaian materi secara umum kemudian praktek cara input mengelola keuangan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Melalui kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam mengelola keuangan di masa pandemi Covid 19. Dengan menciptakan peluang usaha baru baik produk atau jasa untuk mendapatkan tambahan keuangan, dan mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta mempunyai motivasi untuk memperoleh pendapatan tambahan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari maupun kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu yang diadakan Yayasan SIGMA Foundation.

Abstract

Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Setia merupakan salah satu bagian dari Yayasan Rukun Istri Sejahtera. Yayasan ini bergerak dalam bidang sosial, pendidikan, keagamaan dan kemanusiaan yang didirikan oleh para Istri pejuang pada 19 Mei 1931 dimana tidak hanya memberikan dukungan untuk pendidikan dini namun hingga perkuliahan kepada siswa yang mempunyai prestasi. Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas atau yang sederajat merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang akan memenuhi kebutuhan industri di masa yang akan datang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi khususnya para pelajar Panti Asuhan tersebut akibat dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 dimana banyak pola penggunaan yang mulai bergeser, yang tadinya secara offline akhirnya pindah ke online dan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan pelajar yang rentan terhadap ketergantungan pada media sosial serta dituntut untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan marketing yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia industri di revolusi 4.0 agar dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan sistem kerja yang ada. Dengan memberikan kegiatan pelatihan tentang Marketing 4.0 di Ekonomi Digital dengan Pemanfaatan Linktree Bagi Pelajar Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Setia bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan kreativitas dengan memberikan pelatihan. Metode kegiatan berupa pelatihan dengan penyampaian materi secara umum kemudian praktek cara mengoperasikan Linktree. Pelatihan ini mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari mitra dan para peserta sangat antusias serta aktif dalam mengikuti pelatihan dengan menyampaikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan serta pelatihan yang disampaikan sangat bermanfaat para pelajar untuk mencari penghasilan tambahan sendiri baik dalam kegiatan sehari-hari maupun kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu yang diadakan oleh Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Setia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Panairsan Pratama. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi asosiatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT. Panairsan Pratama. Jumlah sampel menggunakan stratified simple random sampling dimana 60 orang karyawan di klasifikasi berdasarkan jabatan sebesar 70% dari total populasi sehingga diperoleh 42 orang. Perhitungan statistik dimulai dari uji kualitas data (validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur atau Path Analysis.Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi parsial X1 dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,363 ,X2dengan Y adalah sebesar -0,188, X3dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,347, X4dengan Y adalah sebesar -0,042,  X5 dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,473. Nilai koefesien regresi berganda antara variabel bebas  X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 terhadap Y adalah 0,661.  Nilai koefisien regresi parsial X1 dengan Z adalah sebesar -0,284 ,X2dengan Z adalah sebesar -0,134, X3dengan Z adalah sebesar --0,416, X4dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,468,  X5 dengan Z adalah sebesar 0,489, Y dengan Z sebesar 0,224. Nilai koefesien regresi berganda antara variabel bebas  X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 melalui Y terhadap Z adalah 0,394. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan  menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, kompensasi,  kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of coorporate culture, compensation, leadership, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on the productivity of employees of PT. Panairsan Pratama. The research strategy used is associative strategy. The research method used in this study is the sample survey method. The population in this study were 60 employees of PT. Panairsan Pratama. The number of samples using stratified simple random sampling where 60 employees in the classification based on the position of 70% of the total population so that 42 people obtained. The statistical calculation starts from the test of data quality (validity, reliability, and normality). The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results obtained by partial regression coefficient X1 with Y is 0.363, X2 with Y is equal to -0.188, X3 with Y is equal to 0.347, X4 with Y is equal to -0.042, X5 with Y is 0.473. The multiple regression coefficient value between the independent variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 to Y is 0.661. Partial regression coefficient value X1 with Z is equal to -0.284, X2 with Z is equal to -0.134, X3 with Z is equal to -0.416, X4 with Y is 0.468, X5 with Z is 0.489, Y with Z is 0.224. Multiple regression coefficients between independent variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 through Y to Z are 0.394. Simultaneous hypothesis testing with α = 0.05 indicates that there is a positive and significant influence on coorporate culture, compensation, leadership, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction and its impact on productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of service quality, customer motivation and customer behavior on customer satisfaction with customer complaints as moderation and its impact on customer loyalty at Bank Sabahat Sampoerna Branch Kelapa Gading This study uses the SEM method with the Smart-PLS application. The number of samples in this study amounted to 52 with the sampling technique of accidental sampling which is included in the type of non-probability sampling where the object in this study is the customer who uses credit facilities at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Kelapa Gading. The results of this study obtained the endogenous variable Customer Satisfaction (Y) of 0.98 and Customer Loyalty (Z) of 0.97. This indicates that the endogenous latent variable Customer Satisfaction (Y) is strongly influenced by the exogenous variables of Service Quality (X1), Customer Motivation (X2) and Customer Behavior (X3). Meanwhile, the endogenous latent variable of Customer Loyalty (Z) is strongly influenced by 0.97 by the exogenous variables of Service Quality (X1), Customer Motivation (X2) and Customer Behavior (X3) through the mediating variable of Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Street food vendors are an integral part of the informal sector, which has made a significant contribution to urban activity in many developing countries and appears to be one of the important categories of informal economic activity. This study aims to determine whether the PPKM Level 4 policy implemented by the government affects food and beverage purchasing decisions at street vendors in the Jakarta area. This research method is quantitative research. The population in this study are people who buy food and beverages at street vendors in a number of traditional markets in the Jakarta area. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling, namely incidental sampling of 100 samples. This research data is primary data. Data collection techniques with research questionnaires. Data analysis in this study is quantitative analysis by conducting tests starting with the classical assumption test research instrument consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test and simple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study obtained a regression coefficient of 0.255 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be said that this research hypothesis is accepted because the PPKM Level 4 Application Variable (X) has a low positive effect on the Purchase Decision Variable (Y).

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide socialization and training for teenagers who are under the guidance of the Putra Setia Orphanage, the Rukun Istri Sejahtera Foundation, Central Jakarta where these teenagers need knowledge about personality development with the DISC concept. The method used is to give lectures or direct presentation of material. The DISC concept consists of Dominant, Influence, Steady and Compliant. By knowing the DISC concept, these teenagers can get to know themselves in an effort to develop personality and increase human resources.

Abstract

Post-pandemic economic growth is a focus for the government where one of the steps taken is a policy related to bank interest rates to stimulate the growth of corporate and small medium enterprise loans. One of the banks that has a focus on providing corporate and small medium enterprise loans is Bank Sahabat Sampoerna. Tight competition in the banking world in helping efforts to grow the economy has triggered Bank Sahabat Samporna to provide the best quality products and services to its customers so that these customers receive satisfaction which then become loyal customers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of product and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank Sabahat Sampoerna Kelapa Gading Branch. Smart-PLS is used to implement the SEM method in this study. In this study, 100 customers who used credit services were sampled using the accidental sampling method, which falls under the category of non-probability sampling.The endogenous variables Customer Loyalty (Z) and Customer Satisfaction (Y) were found to be 0.417 and 0.433, respectively, in this study. This demonstrates that the endogenous inert variable Customer Satisfaction (Y) is weakly affected by 0.433 by the exogenous factors Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2). In the interim, the endogenous dormant variable Customer Loyalty (Z) is weakly impacted by 0.417 by the exogenous variable Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) through the intervening variable Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance at PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama using a path analysis model with Smart PLS software version 4.1.0.0. The exogenous variables considered are compensation and work environment, while the endogenous variables examined are job satisfaction and employee performance. This research also investigates the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between compensation, work environment, and employee performance. The study utilizes a non-probability sampling approach, specifically a saturated sample of 75 respondents, and adopts a quantitative post facto method. The findings reveal that compensation and work environment have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction plays a crucial mediating role in the relationship between compensation, work environment, and employee performance. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing job satisfaction and employee performance within the context of PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance for companies to prioritize compensation strategies and create conducive work environments to enhance employee satisfaction and performance, ultimately facilitating the achievement of organizational goals. However, it's essential to acknowledge the limitations of the study, such as the reliance on a specific sampling method and the potential for other unexplored variables to influence the outcomes. Further research could address these limitations and provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics at play.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide training for teenagers who are members of the RW 007 Margonda Youth Association organization, Depok, West Java, where these teenagers need knowledge about how to build a brand in entrepreneurship. Current developments in the era of digitalization mean that consumers can communicate easily by social media, which requires business owners to build a brand that is human-oriented. Building a brand that is oriented towards humans as customers can be done by understanding consumers through social listening, netnography and empathic research methods. By knowing the concept of building a human-oriented brand, these teenagers can easily capture consumer responses and innovate products according to their customers' needs.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to provide socialization and training for teenagers who are under the guidance of the Margonda Orphan Compensation Agency, Depok where children who take shelter in this institution need knowledge of digital skills in development efforts. The method used is by giving lectures or presenting material directly, consisting of an explanation of what digitalpreneur is to the use of e-commerce in building an online shop. By knowing the concept of digipreneur, teenagers can understand the potential of entrepreneurship which is supported by the ability to utilize technology.
