Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam dampak budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen karyawan dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur dari berbagai penelitian yang relevan. Budaya organisasi adalah kumpulan nilai, kepercayaan, dan norma yang menjadi acuan bagi perilaku anggota di dalam suatu organisasi. Sementara itu, komitmen karyawan menggambarkan ikatan emosional, moral, dan rasional yang dimiliki individu terhadap organisasi tempat mereka bekerja. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang solid secara konsisten memberikan dampak positif terhadap komitmen karyawan. Budaya organisasi yang positif dapat menimbulkan perasaan nyaman, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini mendorong karyawan untuk menjadi lebih setia terlibat secara aktif, serta memberikan kinerja terbaik mereka. Berbagai penelitian menekankan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memperkuat hubungan antar budaya organisasi dan komitmen karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, budaya organisasi terbukti memiliki peranan penting dalam membangun komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) over the past ten years has significantly changed the way companies manage their workforce, from orientation and training to skill development and performance appraisal systems. These changes not only impact work transformation methods but also force individuals to adapt comprehensively to increasingly intelligent, flexible, and autonomous technology. This research method uses a literature review that compiles and analyzes various studies related to HR readiness to face the penetration of AI in the modern workplace. The results of this study identify four main aspects of human resource readiness: digital literacy, psychological and behavioral readiness, organizational readiness, and AI ethics and governance readiness. These findings confirm that strengthening these four aspects is a crucial prerequisite for organizations to ensure effective and sustainable AI implementation that can improve performance and competitiveness in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

In carrying out their duties, employees often face various problems, causing their performance to decline. With the decline in employee performance, the company's income will gradually decrease. One factor that can affect employee performance is leadership. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance. The technique used was to review written works and conduct research based on various previous journals, with a particular focus on transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Information was collected using search engines such as Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar. In this study, 20 scientific articles were used as sources of information. The inclusion criteria in this review were specifically defined, namely that articles must discuss transformational leadership and its direct impact on employee performance. Conversely, exclusion criteria were applied to articles that only discussed one variable, for example, only discussing leadership style without linking it to employee performance, or vice versa. This approach ensured that the selected literature truly supported the research focus so that the review results were more focused and comprehensive. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive influence due to its efficient leadership style, with clear communication that can be applied in various fields.
