Abstract

This study aims to conduct a systematic review of various scientific literature that discusses the application of information technology in strengthening financial governance in educational institutions in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, which analyzes 15 national and international scientific articles published between 2019 and 2025. The results of the study show that the application of digital financial systems, such as ARKAS, SIMUTU, and blockchain technology, has been proven to increase efficiency in the budget planning and reporting process, strengthen public transparency, and encourage accountability based on evaluation and community participation. However, digitalization also faces various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, digital literacy of financial managers, and data security. Therefore, collaboration between the government, schools, and the private sector, as well as adaptive regulations are needed to build an inclusive, safe, and sustainable education financial system. This study recommends strengthening human resource capacity and integrating digital systems into school financial policies as the main strategy to support the quality of national education.

Abstract

In the current day, attempts to improve the caliber and effectiveness of education have made digital transformation in educational management a top priority. This study examines how technology may be used to improve school management, describes the difficulties in putting it into practice, and looks at the potential it offers. Notwithstanding the enormous potential of technology to increase accessibility and customize education, obstacles including the digital divide, teacher competency gaps, and data privacy concerns continue to be major obstacles. Comprehensive approaches and regulations are therefore required, such as improving teacher training and digital literacy, fortifying technology infrastructure, and creating strict data protection guidelines.s.In order to build a creative and sustainable educational environment, it is suggested that the curriculum be modified to satisfy the demands of the twenty-first century and that cross-sector cooperation be encouraged. It is envisaged that by putting these strategies into practice, educational administration would be able to take advantage of technological advancements and successfully adjust to new difficulties, ultimately generating graduates who are equipped to handle future global issues.

Abstract

Kebijakan desentralisasi pendidikan pasca reformasi menjadi tonggak penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara sistematis berbagai literatur yang membahas pelaksanaan otonomi daerah dalam sektor pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif  menganalis berbagai hasil studi dari jurnal terakreditasi nasional, laporan kebijakan, dan dokumen peraturan perundang-undangan dalam rentang waktu 2012–2025. Literatur dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran sistematis di basis data seperti Google Scholar, SINTA, Garuda, dan DOAJ dengan menggunakan kata kunci terkait desentralisasi pendidikan, manajemen pendidikan, dan otonomi daerah.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa desentralisasi membawa peluang besar dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis kebutuhan lokal melalui manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) dan pelibatan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan utama yang muncul meliputi ketimpangan sumber daya, lemahnya kapasitas manajerial, dan belum optimalnya sinergi antar level pemerintahan. Studi ini merekomendasikan reformulasi kebijakan yang lebih partisipatif dan kontekstual, peningkatan kapasitas SDM daerah, serta harmonisasi regulasi pusat-daerah untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat desentralisasi pendidikan.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan strategis yang efektif sangat penting bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan yang dinamis di era digital. Teknologi informasi (TI) telah menjadi salah satu komponen utama yang dapat mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran TI dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis di lembaga pendidikan berdasarkan kajian sistematis terhadap literatur ilmiah terbitan tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA dan analisis sintesis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa TI memainkan peran penting dalam empat aspek utama: perencanaan strategis, pengumpulan dan analisis data, komunikasi dan koordinasi kebijakan, serta efektivitas keputusan manajerial. Namun, penerapan TI juga menghadapi tantangan seperti kesiapan infrastruktur, literasi digital, dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami bagaimana TI dapat dioptimalkan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efisien dan berbasis bukti di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan kemajuan suatu bangsa di era global yang kompetitif. Dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman dan dinamika sistem pendidikan nasional, diperlukan pendekatan manajerial yang mampu mendorong peningkatan mutu secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) dan siklus PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) sebagai strategi penguatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi literatur, yaitu dengan menelaah berbagai referensi ilmiah, kebijakan pendidikan, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. TQM sebagai pendekatan manajemen berfokus pada keterlibatan seluruh elemen organisasi, kepuasan pelanggan, serta perbaikan berkelanjutan. Sementara siklus PDCA menjadi instrumen penting dalam mengelola perubahan dan mengevaluasi kinerja lembaga pendidikan secara sistematis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TQM dan siklus PDCA dapat memperkuat sistem manajemen mutu di sekolah, meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, serta membangun budaya mutu yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, implementasi kedua strategi ini secara konsisten dan menyeluruh diharapkan mampu mendorong terciptanya lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of teacher professionalism in integrating information and communication technology (ICT) into teaching practices as a strategy to enhance the quality of national education. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of relevant academic sources, particularly those discussing the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. The findings reveal that teacher professionalism is reflected in various activities such as designing TPACK-based lessons, utilizing interactive digital media, participating in ICT training, developing digital teaching portfolios, and collaborating in digital design teams. ICT integration by teachers has a transformative effect on the learning process, enabling personalization, flexibility, and the promotion of students’ digital literacy and ethics. The study highlights TPACK as the foundational framework for building 21st-century teacher competencies that are adaptive to technological advancements. Therefore, sustainable strategies such as TPACK-based training, strengthening digital teacher communities of practice, equitable infrastructure, and providing incentives and certifications for digitally innovative teachers are recommended to reinforce ICT integration in the national education system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the potential and challenges of integrating Deep Learning (DL) into character education aligned with the Profile of Pancasila Students. The method employed is a literature review of recent studies on DL applications in character development, focusing on how this technology supports dimensions such as independence, collaboration, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. The findings indicate that DL has significant capabilities in personalizing learning, predicting student learning behavior, and facilitating reflective and value-driven learning activities. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, low digital literacy among educators, and ethical issues such as data privacy and algorithmic bias. Moreover, existing literature tends to emphasize DL’s functional benefits rather than its specific architectural or methodological details, highlighting the need for further research on the most effective and ethical DL models for student character development.
