Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the 360 ​​degree assessment method in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 3 Labuhan Batu. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the 360 ​​degree feedback method is effective in improving teacher discipline, especially in indicators of attendance, punctuality and compliance with rules. However, the application of this method faces challenges such as work culture resistance that avoids criticism and limited understanding of techniques for providing constructive feedback. These findings provide important implications for the development of performance evaluation strategies in educational institutions, especially in creating a transparent and collaborative work culture.

Abstract

This research aims to explore: First, evaluate the level of understanding and ability of MAN Binjai teachers in implementing learning media that supports the principles of the Independent Curriculum. Second, knowing the strategies that can be implemented to optimize the use of learning media in accordance with the Independent Curriculum at MAN Binjai. Third, knowing the obstacles faced in implementing learning media at MAN Binjai, knowing the strategies that can be implemented to optimize the use of learning media in accordance with the Independent Curriculum at MAN Binjai. This research method is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The instruments used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The location of this research is MAN Binjai, North Sumatra. This research data analysis uses three steps, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that: First, the implementation of the independent curriculum at MAN Binjai includes the implementation of intracurricular learning, extracurricular learning, and the Pancasila Rahmatan Lil Al-Amin (P5RA) Student Profile Strengthening Project. This independent curriculum emphasizes freedom to think, innovate, learn independently and creatively, as well as the freedom to feel happy. Second, the planning strategy for using interactive digital learning media at MAN Binjai begins with intensive training for teachers to integrate technology in their teaching process. The use of digital media also helps students develop technological skills which are very important in the modern era. The research results show that the use of interactive digital learning media at MAN Binjai has increased student engagement, expanded access to learning, and developed their digital skills. Third, the obstacles faced by Technological Infrastructure: One of the main obstacles is the availability of adequate technological infrastructure. Training Limitations: Despite intensive training, there are still challenges in obtaining adequate training for all teachers. Teacher Readiness and Willingness: Not all teachers have the same readiness in adopting and integrating digital learning media. Insufficient Content: Sometimes, the availability of appropriate and quality content to support project-based learning can be a challenge. Time Limitations: Implementing interactive digital learning media requires additional time for preparation and development of learning content. Student Engagement: While digital learning media can increase student engagement, there are also challenges in ensuring that all students can access and use the technology effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to explore: First, evaluate the Superior Class Program Policy at MIN 1 Medan. Second, knowing the strategies that can be implemented to optimize the Superior Class Program at MIN 1 Medan. Third, find out the obstacles faced in the MIN 1 Medan Superior Class Program Policy. This research method is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The instruments used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation studies. This research evaluation model uses the CIPP evaluation model, namely context, input, process and product evaluation. The location of this research is MIN 1 Medan, North Sumatra. This research data analysis uses three steps, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that: First, the implementation of the superior class program at MIN 1 Medan includes implementing different learning from regular ones, has more complete facilities than regular ones, and learning takes longer than regular ones. Second, the planning strategy for the superior class program, namely interactive digital learning media at MIN 1 Medan, is to be more practical and carried out as early as possible so that students can easily adapt in the future. The use of digital media also helps students develop technological skills which are very important in the modern era. And facilities such as TVs are available in superior classes so that they don't use projectors which take a long time to start learning. Third, the obstacle faced in the superior class program is Training Limitations: Even though intensive training has been carried out, there are still challenges in getting an adequate amount of training for all teachers in the superior class program. Insufficient Content: At times, the availability of appropriate, quality content to support learning in top class programs can be a challenge. Time Limitations: Implementing interactive digital learning media requires additional time for preparation and development of learning content in superior class programs. Student Engagement: Although digital learning media can increase student engagement, there are also challenges in ensuring that all students can access and use the technology effectively in accordance with excellent classroom programs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategic planning of education at MIN 05 Labuhanbatu. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The subjects of this research are the head of the madrasa, teachers, and students at MIN 05 Labuhanbatu. The results show that the strategic planning of education at MIN 05 Labuhanbatu includes: (1) analysis of internal and external environments, (2) setting of vision, mission, and goals, (3) strategy selection, (4) strategy implementation, and (5) evaluation and control. It can be concluded that MIN 05 Labuhanbatu has conducted educational strategic planning well, encompassing environmental analysis, vision, mission, and goal setting, strategy selection, implementation, as well as evaluation and control. This indicates that the madrasa has good management in handling education.
