Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technologies has significantly transformed communication, particularly in online spaces where people engage in diverse forms of interaction. In Indonesia, online communities have become central to shaping public discourse and social norms. However, the increasing reliance on digital platforms raises concerns about digital literacy and the responsible use of language. This study explores the role of digital literacy and wise language use within online communities in Indonesia, focusing on how individuals navigate online interactions and the implications of their language practices. The aim of this research is to examine how members of online communities in Indonesia exhibit digital literacy and how they incorporate wise language use in their interactions. A qualitative research design, utilizing semi-structured interviews and content analysis of online communication, was employed to collect data from members of various online communities. The results revealed that while most participants demonstrated strong digital literacy skills, there was a notable variance in the application of wise language use. Some members employed respectful and thoughtful language, while others exhibited aggressive or harmful communication. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of fostering both digital literacy and wise language use to improve the quality of online interactions. Recommendations for promoting these skills in online communities are discussed.

Abstract

Access to healthcare services in remote areas remains a significant global challenge, with many populations experiencing disparities in healthcare availability, quality, and affordability. Sustainable health models that ensure universal access to health services are essential for improving public health outcomes in underserved areas. This study investigates the potential for sustainable health models to increase healthcare access in remote regions, focusing on the role of telemedicine, mobile health clinics, and community health workers. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with healthcare professionals and quantitative data on healthcare access and outcomes in remote communities. The findings indicate that telemedicine platforms have improved healthcare delivery by 40%, while mobile health clinics and trained community health workers have expanded service reach, particularly in geographically isolated areas. Furthermore, community-based health interventions have led to a 30% reduction in preventable diseases in these regions. The study concludes that integrating technology with community-based solutions offers a scalable and effective approach to achieving universal health access in remote areas. However, challenges such as technology infrastructure, resource allocation, and healthcare workforce training need to be addressed to ensure the sustainability of these models.

Abstract

Adolescent mental health is increasingly impacted by the pervasive use of digital technology, with rising rates of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Traditional therapeutic approaches often face barriers in accessibility and engagement among adolescents. Mobile app-based therapy programs offer a promising alternative by providing accessible, scalable, and user-friendly interventions. This study evaluates the effectiveness of a mobile app-based therapy program in addressing mental health challenges among adolescents. The research aimed to assess the impact of the program on reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing overall well-being. A mixed-methods design was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. A total of 120 adolescents aged 13 to 18 years were randomly assigned to an intervention group using the therapy app and a control group receiving standard care. Data were collected using standardized mental health scales and semi-structured interviews. The results demonstrated significant improvements in the intervention group compared to the control group (p < 0.01). Participants in the intervention group reported reduced anxiety and depression symptoms and increased emotional regulation scores. The study concludes that mobile app-based therapy programs are effective tools for improving adolescent mental health.
