Abstract

Salatiga is one of the cities that were in the area of nationally strategic Kedungsepur, and has potential of natural resources and infrastructure and facilities provide opportunities for Salatiga city to grow and evolve and one of them with carrying out development. High levels of development making Salatiga city get in trouble in terms of the use of space, among athor limited land which resulted in the opening of agricultural lamd the offense of between spatial plan from the utilization of space, and weal law enforcement againts violations.The focus and purpose of the research is to describe and analyze how the implementastion  controling the utilization space in Salatiga City.In addition to describe and analyze the factors that contribute to the implementation of controling the utilization space in Salatiga space. The theory used in this research is Public Administration, Public Implementation, and control of spatial use of space. This research uses qualitative research type by using doamin analysis method, analysis of the taxonomy and analysis of overlay map within view the implementation of controling the utilization space in Salatiga space. The respondent who used, among others Dinas Cipta Karya dan Ruang Kota Salatiga, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Salatiga and the people of Salatiga city.The result of this research explains that the implementation of the control usage space in the Salatiga city is implemented in stages of monitoring and curbing. But in the process of implementation encountered obstacles related to managing human resources, implementing agencies coordination, process evaluation of utilization of space, the implementing agencies carried out socialization, budget execution control and the lackof participation from people of teh Salatiga city. This caused the control usage space in the Salatiga city not running optimally.Implementation of the control usage space in the Salatiga city can be maximized by means of the control activities in society involve the utilization of space, increasing the budget for tha activity control, improve coordination of agencies implementing, improving socialization about controling the utilization of space and increase the involvement of private and the people of the Salatiga city,

Abstract

Bekasi Regency, one of the districts affected when rainfall is high occurs according to data from BPS during 2016 the average rainfall reached 2,000.12 mm. Public Middle School 3 East Cikarang, one of the areas that has the potential for flooding, is caused by a lower land surface than the surrounding area. Biopori Infiltration Hole, is one of the techniques carried out for disaster mitigation and can be applied easily by everyone. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the benefits of biopori as a solution to minimize the potential for flooding applied in schools that are often affected by flooding. The benefit of this research is that students and the community know the benefits of biopori as a whole, not just as a flood prevention. The results obtained are overall knowledge about biopori, the benefits of applying biopori, designing a good biopori installation location, and also designing an effective biopori manufacture.

Abstract

Nagasari Village is one of the villages in Serang Baru Sub-district, Bekasi Regency, the majority of the population in this village as farmers and ranchers. The high number of people who have cattle in Nagasari village raises the problem for the village, namely the high number of cow dung waste. The confinement of knowledge both theoretically and practically related to the utilization of cow dung waste, causing the community to only dispose of and burn cow dung without exploiting it.  Based on the problem, we take the initiative to provide counseling and training on how to make organic fertilizer from cow dung. The process is done through socialization to the community, then conducted teaching on the method of implementing the implementation of the Hajj fertilizer from cow dung. The next step is the process of making and fermentation fertilizer. The results obtained by the enable will be applied to the community Tanamman and distributed or sold with organic fertilizer label Village.

Abstract

Desa Tambelang, Kecamatan Tambelang, Kabupaten Bekasi, memiliki potensi ekonomiyang cukup besar, terutama dalam sektor UMKM. Namun, pertumbuhan usaha di desa ini masihterkendala oleh rendahnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan minimnya inovasi bisnis,sehingga belum ada UMKM yang berkembang menjadi skala besar atau mampu bersaing secararegional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginisiasi strategi peningkatan produktivitas desamelalui penguatan kapasitas SDM dan kreativitas lokal. Metode yang digunakan mencakup surveidan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, pelatihankewirausahaan, pendampingan bisnis, serta pembentukan ekosistem ekonomi kreatif berbasiskomunitas. Evaluasi program selama satu bulan menunjukkan hasil baik yaitu: pesertameningkatkan inovasi produk berbasis potensi lokal, dan pelaku usaha merasa lebih kreatif dalampemasaran produk bisnis setelah pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwapendekatan berbasis edukasi, komunitas usaha, dapat meningkatkan kreativitas Desa Tambelangsecara berkelanjutan. Dengan strategi penguatan SDM dan inovasi ekonomi lokal, desa inimemiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan ekosistem usaha yang lebih mandiri dan kompetitif dimasa depan.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital interaktif telah menjadi fenomena global yang memengaruhi pola konsumsi dan perilaku belanja masyarakat, terutama generasi muda dan mahasiswa. Strategi seperti potongan harga, gratis ongkir, dan endorsement oleh influencer semakin sering digunakan untuk memicu keputusan pembelian. Tujuan: Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh potongan harga, gratis ongkir, dan endorsement oleh influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa, dan mengkaji implikasi Keputusan pembelian terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Metodologi: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan Variabel X1 (Potongan Harga), X2 (Gratis Ongkir), X3 (Endorsement) Y1 (Keputusan Pembelian) dan Y2 (Pengelolaan Keuangan Pribadi), pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 20, dan SEM PLS 3. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Variabel X1, X2, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Y1, sedangakn pada X3 berpengaruh tidak signifikan pada Y1, dan Variabel mediasi Y1 mempengaruhi Y2. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan insight dalam merancang promosi yang berdampak langsung pada penjualan, yaitu efektivitas variable yang diteliti, secara spesifik endorsement sebagai alat persuasi konsumen, dan menyadarkan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan dalam menghadapi promosi yang agresif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance at PT. Samjin Indonesia. The method used in this study is quantitative. Data collection was conducted using primary data from questionnaires distributed to employees. The population in this study was 955 people, and the sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate, resulting in a sample of 282 respondents. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis with normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the partial test, it was shown that Leadership Style (X1) and Work Ethic (X2) partially exhibit a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Samjin Indonesia, with calculated t-values ​​of 2.400 and 12.382, respectively, > from the t-table of 1.969. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test showed a calculated F-value of 125.442 > from the F-table of 3.03, so that Leadership Style (X1) and Work Ethic (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.473 indicates an influence of 47.3%, while 52.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) atlet penyandang disabilitas merupakan aspek penting dalam mewujudkan prestasi olahraga yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. National Paralympic Committee Indonesia (NPCI) Kabupaten Bekasi memiliki peran strategis dalam mengelola pembinaan dan pengembangan SDM atlet Paralympic di tingkat daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran NPCI Kabupaten Bekasi dalam proses pengembangan SDM atlet Paralympic. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan informan dari pengurus NPCI, pelatih, atlet, serta instansi pemerintah terkait. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NPCI telah melaksanakan fungsi seleksi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi pembinaan secara sistematis, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan fasilitas, anggaran, dan jumlah pelatih yang kompeten. Dukungan keluarga dan kerja sama lintas sektor turut berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan pembinaan atlet disabilitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan SDM atlet Paralympic di Kabupaten Bekasi telah berjalan cukup efektif, namun masih memerlukan penguatan sistem evaluasi dan perluasan jejaring kerja sama antar lembaga. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi peningkatan kebijakan pembinaan olahraga disabilitas di tingkat daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan kepemimpinan dengan studi kasus di Divisi Injection Molding PT. Tenma Cikarang Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kepemimpinan yang terjadi di Divisi Injection Molding ini sangat berdampak positif. Dengan adanya perubahan kepemimpinan tersebut banyak sistem atau cara kerja baru yang tercipta, dimana sistem atau cara kerja tersebut tidak ada di era kepemimpinan yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu strategi yang bagus dan berdampak positif pada Divisi Injection Molding PT. Tenma Cikarang Indonesia untuk penurunan defect yang tercetak.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key factors in achieving company objectives. However, performance is often influenced by various factors, including workload and work environment. Excessive or insufficient workload can reduce productivity, while an unconducive work environment may hinder comfort and work effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of Injection section employees at PT Hijau Elektronika Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all 114 female employees in the Injection section, with the sampling technique using a saturated sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS version 20. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.004 < 0.05), work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and both variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The R² value of 0.447 indicates that 44.7% of the variation in employee performance is explained by workload and work environment, while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other factors. Based on these findings, the company is advised to manage workload proportionally and create a safe, comfortable, and supportive work environment, considering that the work environment is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.
