Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif tidak hanya bergantung pada materi ajar, tetapi juga sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan guru dalam mengelola dinamika kelas dan menjaga antusiasme siswa. Salah satu keterampilan penting yang berperan besar dalam hal ini adalah kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan variasi dalam mengajar. Variasi mencakup beragam aspek, seperti gaya komunikasi, metode pembelajaran, penggunaan media, bentuk kegiatan, dan pola interaksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana keterampilan menggunakan variasi dalam mengajar dapat meningkatkan antusiasme siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (literature review), yang menganalisis berbagai teori, hasil penelitian terdahulu, dan sumber literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi dalam mengajar mampu menciptakan suasana kelas yang interaktif, menyenangkan, dan mampu mengurangi kejenuhan siswa. Penerapan variasi juga terbukti efektif dalam menjangkau keragaman gaya belajar siswa, meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, serta mendorong keterlibatan kognitif dan emosional siswa. Dengan demikian, keterampilan ini menjadi salah satu kunci penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan semangat belajar siswa secaramenyeluruh.

Abstract

The problem of student discipline in non-formal educational institutions such as the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) is a major concern in efforts to build the character of religious and responsible students. This study aims to evaluate the application of the An-Nadhliyah method in improving the discipline of students at TPA Al-Quba'iyah Bukit Pelangi East Kutai. The research used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation during May 2025, with data sources including the head of TPA, ustadz/ustadzah, and documentation of activities. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the structured application of the An-Nadhliyah method-through classical learning with tapping and individualized learning based on volumes-was able to instill discipline in terms of regularity of time, compliance with rules, and consistency in worship. Although there are adaptation challenges for new students, in general this method is considered effective in shaping the discipline character of students. This finding strengthens the relevance of the An-Nadhliyah method as a model of learning based on Islamic values that can encourage the formation of students' morals and character as a whole.

Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum with its various intracurricular learning aims to optimise learners' learning process, strengthening their concepts and competencies. One of its important programmes is the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5) which instils Pancasila values in everyday life. The Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project encourages learners to learn actively and creatively, and develop a range of essential skills for the future. The implementation of literacy in students' reading and writing interests is the key to the success of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project. The purpose of this research is to find out the integration of literacy and the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the PAI curriculum which will be carried out research in one of the vocational high schools (SMK), namely, at the SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara school. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive form. The results of this study indicate that the integration between literacy and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum has shown a very significant impact. The implementation of the integration of literacy and Pancasila profile cannot be separated from challenges. One of the main challenges is the limited wifi access in schools, which hinders the use of technology in learning. The solution is that the school tries to expand wifi access in the library or provide alternatives to using students' personal internet data. In addition, the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher as a guide and supporter of this integration is very important
