Abstract

In this study focuses on the implementation and suitability of the rahn contract at BMT NU Bungatan Situbondo branch, the purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the rahn contract at BMT NU Bungatan Branch whether it is included in the Islamic economic perspective, the theory used in this study uses the concept of fiqh muamalah, the legal basis of the Qur'an and hadith. This research uses descriptive qualitative, namely examining data in depth using primary and secondary data in the technique of documenting, interviewing, and observation. The result of this study is the implementation of the rahn contract financing, the member has agreed with what has been submitted to the BMT NU, after the BMT gives money to the member, this is where the agreement has taken effect when handing over the rahn money and valuables as evidence, from the BMT asking for ujroh by fulfilling the terms and conditions of the rahn contract. The conclusion is that the implementation of the rahn contract at BMT NU Bungatan Branch is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rahn contract.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dan kendala dalamm pengelolaan pada unit usaha grosir dipondok pesantren Al-Mashduqiah. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif lapangan yang menggunkan data primer dan data sekunder, adapun dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang digunkan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Grosir Al-Mashduqiah ini menjadi distribusi pesantren kepada unit usaha yang berada di pondok pesantren al-mashduqiah maupun diluar pesantren hal itu untuk mempermudah melengkapi kebutuhan konsumen. Adapun strategi pemasaran yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix)yang terdiri dari 4P yaitu produk (product), harga (place), tempat (place), promosi (promotion). Adapun dengan harga dimana unit usaha grosir hanya mengambil keuntungan sebesar 5% dari harga sales jika ada pajak atau ongkos ongkir dalam pengiriman unt usaha mengambil keuntungan sebesar 10% dan langsung dipotong oleh ihak pajak sendiri. Adapun dengan strategi tempat yang tidak terlalu luas dengan tataan yang rap dan bersih, adapun dengan strategi promosi dimana unit usaha melaluii periklanan gambar dan kata-kata seperti memasang banner ditempat umum dan membagikan brosur kepada toko-toko yang berdada diluar pondok. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh unit usaha grosir tidak jauh dari persaingan antara koprasi dan MJ (Murah Jaya) dimana konsumen lebih tertarik dengan MJ karana barang-barangnya yang lengkap dan harga lebih murah dari harga koprasi yang ada di dalam pondok.

Abstract

Based on the Decree of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No.96/KKEP/M.KUKM/IX/2004 article (1) savings and loan cooperatives are cooperatives whose activities include savings and loan businesses carried out to collect funds and channel them through cooperative activities savings and Loan. The benchmark area, Kraksaan sub-district, Probolinggo district has a cooperative unit that operates in savings and loan programs. There are several types of things that the Kopontren al-Mashduqiah savings and loan cooperative unit can do, in the benchmark area, Kraksaan sub-district, Probolinggo district. These are SIJARI savings and loans () which are savings that can be withdrawn every day, TAJIROH (hajj and umrah savings) special savings for Hajj and Umrah and SAFITRI () savings that can only be withdrawn during Eid al-Fitr. Vehicle BPKB register in collaboration with Sikopdit Malang banking management. To apply for a loan, customers apply for a loan, then complete the requirements, then the cooperative department will survey the field, find out the person's character, look for information about the person, then the customer's ability to pay, and find out whether the business the customer is running can cover the loan. will be submitted, then the customer provides collateral, if in ACC, then the loan can be processed. However, this is different from businesses where the process is quite long, such as agriculture where the harvest period takes approximately 4-6 months, so the service is taken at the beginning because it is feared that the customer will forget to pay for the service. . This research aims to determine the development of the Al-Mashduqiah Kopontren savings and loan business in the last three years. This service method is field service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) on consumer behavior at Café Lathoman. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observations of ten STEBI BAMA students who were customers of Café Lathoman on September 25, 2025. The results show that the use of QRIS provides convenience and efficiency in financial transactions, as well as increasing consumer convenience. However, this convenience also encourages consumptive behavior due to a decreased perception of the value of money. Thus, the use of QRIS has a dual impact: on the one hand, it increases transaction effectiveness, and on the other hand, it creates psychological challenges in the form of a tendency to overconsume among students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate how product quality and price influence the purchasing decisions made by female students at the Pesantren Al‑Mashduqiah Girls’ Store when choosing to buy the product. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 38 participants. The results show that product quality and price have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. High-quality products increase customer trust, while stable and affordable prices reduce perceived risk and encourage customer loyalty. Both factors jointly influence purchasing decisions in the boarding-school environment.
