Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul mengalisis potensi dan kelayakan usaha toko tani ternak pada bumdes di desa borani kecamatan bajawa kabupaten ngada. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang bersumber dari Desa Borani. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara mendalam (indeph interview), dokumentasi dan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan  analisis kelayakan seperti Net B/C, NPV, dan IRR dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi yang ada di desa borani cukup beragam mulai dari penduduknya yang didominasi oleh petani, peternak dan wiraswasta serta adanya dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyrakat setempat sehingga menjadikan pengembangan usaha toko tani ternak cukup stratgeis untuk dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha seperti Net Present Value lebih besar dari nol yakni Rp13.525.501,34, Net Benefit Cost Ratio lebih besar dari satu (1,2) dan Internal Rate of Return lebih besar dari suku bungan berlaku yakni sebesar 16% yang menerangkan usaha ini sangat layak untuk dilaksanakan karena memberikan manfaat bagi pengembang dan masyarakat dimasa yang akan datang.Kata Kunci: Kelayakan, Pengembangan, Usaha, BUMDes

Abstract

Agrotourism in Indonesia stands as a vital potential for development support. Indonesia boasts numerous agrotourism destinations, with one such developed site located in Turekisa Village, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). This tourist destination has gained prominence due to its breathtaking natural beauty, often dubbed as the "land above the clouds," a reputation that continues to grow alongside the increasing number of visitors to the hills and the abundant natural resources, particularly the substantial coffee production at Bukit Wolobobo. The coffee cultivated around Bukit Wolobobo is of the Arabica variety. The aim of this study is to analyze strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats, and to determine development strategies for coffee-based agrotourism in Turekisa Village, Ngada Regency. The research methodology employs SWOT analysis, drawing data from interviews with six key informants: the Head of Agriculture Department, Head of Tourism Department, Agricultural Extension Officer, Chairperson of the Coffee Farmers' Group, Tourism Management, and Community Leaders. The findings of this study indicate placement in Quadrant I, suggesting that the coffee plantation agrotourism in Turekisa Village needs to be maintained and further enhanced given its significant quality potential.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a vocational education institution that focuses on mastering the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed in the industrial and entrepreneurial worlds. This community service activity is carried out for one year per the cooperation contract, including planning and making guidelines for two months, cultivating mentoring activities for nine months, and evaluating activity implementation for one month. The cassava entrepreneurship project cultivation mentoring activities on the SMKN 1 Borong land went well, accompanied by the involvement of the team and teachers and the government represented by the SMA/K supervisor coordinator of East Manggarai Regency. The implementation of the entrepreneurship project at SMKN 1 Borong has followed the guidelines that the team has made from the Flores Bajawa Agricultural College.
