Abstract

Recent data, observations and research show that the level of congestion at peak hours in Jakarta from mid-2022 to throughout 2023 has matched or even exceeded the level of congestion in 2019, or the time before the COVID-19 pandemic. One discourse to reduce the high level of congestion in DKI is the implementation of a policy to rearrange office hours in DKI and between May 22, 2023 and June 2, 2023 DTKJ conducted an indicative online questionnaire entitled "Survey on Rearrangement of Working Hours in DKI Jakarta" which covered 881 respondents. Based on the results of the indicative questionnaire, DTKJ recommended improvements to the public transport sector to be made by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, primarily by (i) increasing the public transport fleet, especially to operate during peak hours to reduce waiting time for users at public transport stops, terminals and stations, (ii) increasing the level of safety and comfort in the use of public transport, (iii) expanding service coverage areas to increasingly reach residential areas and suburban areas of DKI Jakarta, and (iv) increasing public transport service routes. The questionnaire results show that the majority, or more than 80 percent, of Jakarta transportation users approve of the implementation of rearranging work entry and return hours as a policy to reduce congestion levels, especially at peak hours. However, based on the results of the same online survey, DTJK concluded that the policy of rearranging work hours is not the main or only policy that can be carried out by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government because improvements to the public transportation sector are the main steps that must be taken. In addition, the Jakarta Provincial Government is expected to ensure that the various policies that have been implemented can be enforced in the field and even expanded by continuing to review various policies that have the potential to reduce travel demand.

Abstract

Small-scale home industries face challenges in expanding consumer reach due to limited digital marketing capabilities. This study developed an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven consumer outreach strategy using big data analytics to address this issue. The strategy design focused on collecting, analyzing, and applying consumer data from various digital platforms to identify consumer behavior patterns and market preferences. Using machine learning algorithms, this model significantly enhanced marketing relevance and reach, enabling the acquisition of new consumers while retaining existing ones. The findings indicated that this big data and AI-based approach yielded substantial efficiency in reaching the target market segments. This strategy provides an innovative solution for small-scale home industries to improve competitiveness and retain a larger market share. Studi ini mengembangkan strategi penjangkauan konsumen berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dengan memanfaatkan analitik big data untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Perancangan strategi difokuskan pada pengumpulan, analisis, dan penerapan data konsumen dari berbagai platform digital guna mengidentifikasi pola perilaku konsumen dan preferensi pasar. Dengan menggunakan algoritma pembelajaran mesin (machine learning), model ini secara signifikan meningkatkan relevansi dan jangkauan pemasaran, memungkinkan perolehan konsumen baru sekaligus mempertahankan konsumen yang sudah ada. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis big data dan AI ini memberikan efisiensi yang signifikan dalam menjangkau segmen pasar yang ditargetkan. Strategi ini menawarkan solusi inovatif bagi industri rumahan skala kecil untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mempertahankan pangsa pasar yang lebih besar.

Abstract

This training aims to provide practical knowledge and skills in managing social media as a tool to develop a business. For Warung Tegal (Warteg) business actors in Bandung City, the ability to utilize social media as a business platform is a very important skill. Through social media, warteg products and services can be promoted widely without geographical limitations. The Sisi Lain Community of Tegal Bandung Raya Regency (SLKT Baraya) has great potential to be empowered. Its potential lies not only in the individual abilities of its members but also in the collective strength of the community in creating social and economic impacts for the people. The training stages are specifically designed for members of the Sisi Lain Community of Tegal Bandung Raya Regency (SLKT Baraya) including the preparation stage, implementation stage, practice stage, and closing stage. This training is expected to help members of the SLKT Baraya community understand how to utilize various social media platforms to reach a wider target market.

Abstract

The high rate of youth unemployment and the limited integration of entrepreneurship education in secondary schools present a serious challenge in preparing young generations to become independent and adaptable to future economic dynamics. This community engagement program aimed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and equip students of SMA Unggulan Darul Hikam with fundamental skills in designing business models using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The method applied was experiential learning through participatory workshops, which included theoretical sessions, BMC simulations, group presentations, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and the key elements of the BMC framework. All student groups successfully completed their business model designs and presented relevant and contextually appropriate business ideas. In addition to cognitive gains, the training also enhanced participants’ collaboration, communication, and self-confidence. Feedback from students indicated a high level of enthusiasm and expressed hope for continued support through mentoring and the replication of similar workshops in other schools. The program concludes that BMC is an effective method for entrepreneurship education among adolescents and holds great potential to be integrated into school curricula or character development programs focused on entrepreneurship at the secondary level

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat hilirisasi produk teknologi dalam mendukung perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Melalui skema Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), program ini akan mengimplementasikan dashboard analisis data sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam perencanaan pembangunan di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dashboard ini akan menjadi produk teknologi yang dapat digunakan oleh Bappeda untuk mengintegrasikan, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan data dari berbagai sumber guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pembangunan daerah yang semakin kompleks, Bappeda memerlukan alat yang mampu menyederhanakan proses analisis data yang beragam dan menyajikan informasi yang relevan secara cepat dan akurat. Dashboard yang diusulkan akan membantu Bappeda dalam memantau indikator pembangunan, mengidentifikasi tren, serta mengevaluasi kinerja program-program pembangunan secara lebih efektif. Proyek ini akan dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan untuk menentukan jenis data dan informasi yang harus disajikan dalam dashboard. Setelah itu, pengembangan dashboard akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi visualisasi data yang interaktif dan mudah digunakan. Seluruh proses ini akan dilengkapi dengan pelatihan kepada staf Bappeda agar mereka mampu memanfaatkan dashboard ini secara optimal dalam tugas sehari-hari. Selain itu, dashboard ini akan dirancang agar dapat diakses oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan yang berkepentingan dengan perencanaan pembangunan, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas proses perencanaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas perencanaan pembangunan di Jawa Barat. Dashboard yang dikembangkan akan memberikan kemampuan kepada Bappeda untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat berdasarkan data yang telah dianalisis secara komprehensif. Sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat diadopsi oleh Bappeda di daerah lain sebagai bagian dari upaya pengembangan perencanaan yang berbasis teknologi tepat guna. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini telah menjadi langkah penting dalam memperkuat sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah daerah, khususnya dalam hal penerapan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pembangunan daerah yang berkelanjutan.
