Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital telah membawa dampak besar terhadap sistem pendidikan, termasuk dalam evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Pemanfaatan teknologi memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi yang lebih efisien, fleksibel, dan akurat melalui berbagai platform digital. Namun demikian, penerapan evaluasi berbasis IT tidak terlepas dari berbagai tantangan, seperti kesenjangan akses teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital guru dan siswa, serta potensi penurunan integritas akademik akibat kecurangan dalam evaluasi daring. Evaluasi PAI juga dituntut untuk tetap memperhatikan dimensi spiritual, sosial, dan moral, yang sering kali terpinggirkan dalam pendekatan digital murni. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut serta solusi strategis yang dapat diterapkan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan pelatihan guru, kebijakan pendidikan yang adaptif, serta pengembangan platform digital yang sesuai dengan karakteristik PAI. Evaluasi digital harus dirancang secara bijak agar tidak hanya menilai kognisi, tetapi juga membentuk akhlak dan karakter siswa sesuai nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan pendekatan holistik dan kolaboratif, evaluasi berbasis IT dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam mewujudkan pendidikan PAI yang berkualitas dan kontekstual di era digital.

Abstract

The issue of ablution remains an interesting topic of debate among Muslims, particularly in relation to the differing views of the four major madhhabs of Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hambali. Although the basic principle of wudhu, which is to cleanse the body with water in order to perform acts of worship such as prayer, is similar in all madhhabs, there are variations in technical matters related to certain procedures and requirements. There are different views regarding wiping the head during wudhu, the opinions of the four madhhabs stem from various factors, including differences in understanding the main arguments regarding the obligation to wipe the head found in Qs Al-Maidah verse 6 and fiqh books. This study aims to analyze the fardhu wudhu, sunnah wudhu, things that invalidate wudhu and views on wiping the head in the perspective of the four madhhabs namely Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hambali. The main focus of the research is to understand the application of the concept of wudhu in the differences between the four madhhabs. The methods used include literature study and qualitative analysis of the sources. The findings show that the views of the four madhhabs on the concept of ablution are different but still have the same purpose. The benefit of this research is that it provides new insights into the views of the people in following one of the madhhabs regarding ablution despite differences in understanding.

Abstract

This study discusses five sunnah prayers recommended by the Prophet PBUH from the perspective of worship fiqh according to Al-Muzani, namely the Witir prayer, the prayer before Fajr, the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers, the solar and lunar eclipse prayers, and the Istisqa prayer. These five prayers have a special position in Islam because they are recommended by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH which is explained in various fiqh literature such as sahih hadiths which are believed to be authentic. This study aims to understand the importance of carrying out the five sunnah prayers of the Prophet, namely the Witir prayer, the prayer before Fajr, the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers, the solar and lunar eclipse prayers, and the Istisqa prayer. The research method used in this study is the library research method, this study discusses the importance of carrying out sunnah prayers as a complement of worship that must be supported by sahih hadiths that are believed to be authentic. The results of the study show that by understanding and practicing these five sunnah prayers, a Muslim can improve the quality of his worship and strengthen the relationship with Allah SWT and others.

Abstract

Professional zakat is a form of zakat legal development that adjusts to the development of the modern economy, where most of the income is obtained from the professional sector. Yusuf Qardhawi argues that professional zakat must be issued like agricultural and trade zakat, with the principle of justice and the benefit of the people. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into Yusuf Qardhawi's thinking in contemporary fiqh issues, especially on professional zakat issues. This type of research uses a library research method that relies on literature reviews and several other sources. The results of the study show that Yusuf Qardhawi's ideas make an important contribution to the development of zakat fiqh that is more adaptive to the needs of the times. This research is expected to provide a broader understanding of the concept of professional zakat in the modern Islamic economic system.
