Abstract

This research aims to implement marketing content creation on the Instagram social media account @Bilal.Id owned by Bilal Production. The background of this study is based on the low level of digital marketing activities conducted by Bilal Production, as well as the lack of consistency in content creation and posting on their Instagram account. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The strategy applied in this study refers to the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) to design, manage, and evaluate effective content management. The results show that systematic planning, structured content scheduling, and the use of diverse content formats significantly improved the performance of Bilal Production's Instagram account. During the implementation period, there was a notable increase in post views, interactions, profile visits, and follower growth, reflecting the effectiveness of the content strategy applied. Instagram insights recorded 683 post views, 452 interactions, and an increase in followers reaching 517 accounts in less than two months. These findings indicate that consistent and well-directed social media content management can serve as an effective strategy for enhancing audience engagement and expanding market reach for SMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The following are the steps he took with one hundred and fifty students at the Institute of Tourism and International Business and Telkom Unversity. The result in this article show that The socialization in this article aims to teach students how to use the Semantic Scholar application to improve the quality of their article. One indicator of quality article can be seen from quality references. Semantic Scholar is an AI that offers a myriad of quality references to improve article quality. Some of the advantages of Semantic Scholar include the following: 1. Article Efficiency: With its unique ability to identify context and relationships, Semantic Scholar can save article time. Auhtors no longer need to sort through hundreds of articles just to find relevant ones. 2. Faster Innovation: With easier access to relevant article, innovation can happen more quickly. This can have a positive impact on various industries and disciplines. 3. Article Empowerment: Semantic Scholar empowers auhtors to explore various disciplines and gain a better understanding of their fields. 4. Open Access: One important aspect of Semantic Scholar is open access. This means that most of the content you find in it is freely accessible. This is a major step in democratizing access to knowledge. Based on this, auhtors believe that this socialization can gradually improve the quality of student article.

Abstract

Workshop penyusunan proposal hibah DPPM bagi dosen perguruan tinggi dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap masih rendahnya kemampuan sebagian besar dosen, khususnya dosen pemula, dalam menyusun proposal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang layak dan kompetitif. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi dan keberhasilan dosen dalam mengakses hibah pengabdian, yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap kinerja institusi dalam pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dosen melalui pelatihan teknis penyusunan proposal hibah berbasis output dan berbasis luaran yang sesuai dengan pedoman dari Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (DPPM). Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik penyusunan proposal, serta pendampingan oleh narasumber. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa workshop ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terkait sistematika penulisan proposal, kemampuan menyusun draft proposal yang terstruktur, serta menumbuhkan motivasi untuk mengikuti program hibah pengabdian. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan semacam ini sangat penting untuk membangun ekosistem akademik yang produktif serta memperluas akses dosen terhadap peluang pendanaan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan serupa perlu terus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan model pendampingan jangka panjang.
